The title of the Word: The most blessing of them who have received wisdom and understanding in the Holy Spirit
The prophet Isaiah testified about the Holy Spirit who would be present in the world in Jesus Christ as the root of David, son of Jesse:
” And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots:
2And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD; “(Isaiah 11: 1-2)
King Solomon, who received the Spirit of Christ, testified to the sons of men about the spirit of wisdom and understanding. He calls out to people that wisdom and understanding are crying out and increasing their voice. This wisdom and understanding also testify that it cannot be compared with any gold and jewelry in the world.
Apostle Paul, who received the Spirit of Christ and received the wisdom and understanding of God, testified of the great blessings of God in the Spirit:
‘But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory:
8Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.
9But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
10But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God. “(1Cor. 2:7-10)
We can see that those who receive the Spirit of Christ in the Word of God testify spiritually to the deep things in God. Moses, a man of God, testified in the book of Genesis, from the beginning, as though he had seen the things of God from eternity. Even if we look at only a portion of his testimony, we can see that he has gained insights into what is in the deep divine he saw in the Spirit of Christ:
King Solomon, who received God’s wisdom, received the Spirit of Christ to come and testify as if he had been there before the foundation of the world, when Christ was with the Father in the beginning of the Word:
“The LORD possessed me in the beginning of his way, before his works of old.
23I was set up from everlasting, from the beginning, or ever the earth was.
24When there were no depths, I was brought forth; when there wereno fountains abounding with water.
25Before the mountains were settled, before the hills was I brought forth:
26While as yet he had not made the earth, nor the fields, nor the highest part of the dust of the world.
27When he prepared the heavens, I was there: when he set a compass upon the face of the depth:
28When he established the clouds above: when he strengthened the fountains of the deep:When he gave to the sea his decree, that the waters should not pass his commandment: when he appointed the foundations of the earth:
30Then I was by him, as one brought up with him: and I was daily hisdelight, rejoicing always before him;31Rejoicing in the habitable part of his earth; and my delights werewith the sons of men. “(Proverbs 8: 22-31)
But Apostle Paul testified that natural persons, those without the Spirit of Christ, do not accept the things of the Spirit of God, because they regard them as foolish, and because they cannot know (1 Cor. 2:14). When Christ, the God who was in the Word from the beginning, came to the world in the name of Jesus and told the Jews about the eternal life he would give for them, all but the Lord’s disciples went away and said that it was difficult for them to understand. Then Jesus said that what he said was spirit and life. They foolishly perceived the word of eternal life that the Lord would give by grace. In this age, many crowds gather to listen to the word of God, but most of them, except for a few, cannot understand the spiritual words and see that they are foolish. Because of this, many preachers are conveying relief messages instead of spiritual words in order to match the eyes of natural persons.
We can see that those who receive the Spirit of Christ in the Word of God testify spiritually to the deep things in God. Moses, a man of God, testified in the book of Genesis, from the beginning, as though he had seen the things of God from eternity. Even if we look at only a portion of his testimony, we can see that he has gained insights into what is in the deep divine he saw in the Spirit of Christ: ” In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
2And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God movedupon the face of the waters.” (Genesis 1: 1-2)
Before he was born, he was able to find the depths of God from eternity and to testify of what God had done. Also, those who have received the Spirit of Christ in this time are able to realize that when they hear his testimony, they also see what he has testified. Therefore, those who do not understand and believe in Genesis 1: 1 are natural persons without the Spirit of God.
The prophet Isaiah also testified in his prophecy that he anticipated what God would do in the spirit of Christ. When we look at a part of it, we can see that it is a spiritual person with the Spirit of Christ in it:
” Oh that thou wouldest rend the heavens, that thou wouldest come down, that the mountains might flow down at thy presence,
2As when the melting fire burneth, the fire causeth the waters to boil, to make thy name known to thine adversaries, that the nations may tremble at thy presence!
3When thou didst terrible things which we looked not for, thou camest down, the mountains flowed down at thy presence.
4For since the beginning of the world men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, neither hath the eye seen, O God, beside thee, what he hath prepared for him that waiteth for him. “(Isaiah 64: 1-4)
He also made the witness of the deep things of God in the Holy Spirit through the apostles who received the Holy Spirit, who, after ascension, sent the Holy Spirit in His name. Typically, the disciple John, whom the Lord loved, also witnessed what he saw in the Holy Spirit: ” In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
3All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
4In him was life; and the life was the light of men.…..That which was from the beginning,which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life;
2(For the life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and shew unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us;) “(John 1: 1-4, 1 John 1: 1-2)
Among the words that come out of the mouths of
those without the Spirit, saying, they not believe in the Bible for it is written by men. But they do not know that those who wrote them have witnessed what they saw in the Spirit. But all the words in the Scripture are through the Holy Spirit that God has shown and recorded things from eternity to eternity in his deep. Apostle Paul testified of this fact:
: “ All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
17That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.
“(2 Timothy 3:16-17)
Therefore, Jesus Christ said that unless a man is born of water and the Holy Spirit, he can neither see nor enter the kingdom of God (John 3: 3, 5). He also told the unbelieving carnal Jews about what they ought to seek:
“And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.10For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.11If a son shall ask bread of any of you that is a father, will he give him a stone? or if he ask a fish, will he for a fish give him a serpent?
12Or if he shall ask an egg, will he offer him a scorpion?13If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him? “(Luke 11: 9-13)
