금주의 묵상: 시편 46:1-11

본문: 창세기 5:21-24

제목: 에녹의 믿음과 휴거

     에녹은 육십오 년을 살고 므두셀라를 낳았으며 삼백 년을 하나님과 동행하며 자녀들을 낳았고 그의 나이 삼백육십오 세가 되었을 때 하나님께서 그를 하늘로 데려가셨다.

므두셀라는 “앞으로 큰 것이 온다”라는 뜻이며 이는 므두셀라의 손자인 노아의 때에 대홍수가 올 것을 미리 암시하고 있는 것이었다. 에녹은 그리스도의 날에 죽음을 보지 않고 휴거될 성도들의 모형이며 노아는 환란 때 하나님의 보호를 받게 될 유대인들의 모형이다. 에녹은 육십오 세가 되어서야 하나님을 만나 그와 동행하기를 시작하였다.

     에녹의 예를 통하여 휴거를 목전에 둔 우리들에게 아주 중요한 비밀스런 계시를 주시고 있는 것이다.

     첫째로, 앞으로 다가올 큰 일 즉 대 환란이 오기 전에 휴거가 있을 것을 계시하고 있으며,

     둘째로, 휴거될 그리스도의 신부들이 어떤 삶을 살아야 하는지에 대한 계시를 주고 있는 바, 이는 에녹이 하나님과 동행하는 삶을 살았다는 것이다. 사도 바울은 하나님과 동행하는 성도의 삶에 대하여 “무릇 하나님의 영으로 인도함을 받는 이들은 곧 하나님의 아들들이니라.”(롬 8:14)고 증거했다.

     셋째로, 사도 바울은 히브리인 그리스도인들에게 “믿음으로 에녹은 죽음을 보지 않고 옮겨졌으니, 하나님께서 그를 옮기셨으므로 다시 보이지 아니하니라.”(히 11:5)고 증거함으로써 에녹은 살아 생전에 자신이 죽음을 보지 않고 휴거될 것을 믿었다는 사실을 알 수 있다. 그러므로 마지막 때에 살면서 동일한 믿음을 가진 그리스도인들에게 소망을 주고 있는 것이다.

     넷째로, 사도 바울은 에녹에 대하여 “그는 옮기우기 전에 하나님을 기쁘시게 하였다는 이 증거를 지녔느니라.”(히 11:5)고 증거했다.

사도 바울은 하나님을 기쁘시게 하는 것이 믿음이라고 증거하면서 이 믿음에 대하여 분명하게 증거했다: “그러나 믿음이 없이는 하나님을 기쁘시게 할 수 없나니, 하나님께 나아가는 자는 그분이 존재하시는 것과 그분이 자기를 열심히 찾는 자들에게 보상하시는 분이심을 마땅히 믿어야 하느니라.”(히 11:6)

     다섯째로, 사도 바울은 믿음이 무엇인지 분명하게 증거했다: “이제 믿음은 바라는 것들에 대한 실상이요, 보이지 않는 것들에 대한 증거니, 원로들이 그것으로써 좋은 평판을 얻었느니라. 믿음으로 우리는 세상들이 하나님의 말씀으로 지어진 것을 깨닫나니 보이는 것들은 나타나는 것들로 된 것이 아니니라”(히 11;1-3)

     그렇다! 믿음이란 막연히 입술로 무엇을 고백하는 것이 아니라 마음으로 바라며 입술로 고백하는 것들이 이미 현재 실상이 되어 있는 것을 말하는 것이다. 그리고 가장 기본적인 믿음은 하나님께서 말씀으로 세상을 창조하신 것을 깨닫는 것이다. 다시 말해서 창세기 1장1절을 믿지 못하는 사람은 어떤 말씀도 믿을 수 없는 것이다. 태초에 하나님께서 하신 창조의 일들을 믿지 못하는 사람들은 앞으로 나타날 일들인 휴거와 적그리스도와 짐승의 표의 나타남과 대 환란과 예수 그리스도의 지상 재림과 그리스도의 천년왕국 그리고 마지막 하나님의 백보좌 심판과 영원 세계에 대한 것들을 알 수도 믿을 수 없는 것이다.

      그러기에 예수님께서는 제자들에게 마지막 때의 믿음에 대하여 “그러나 인자가 올 때 세상에서 믿음을 찾아볼 수 있겠느냐?”(눅 18:8)고 말씀하신 것이다. 믿음이 없는 바리새인들과 서기관들에 대하여 예수께서는 “그들을 그대로 두라. 그들은 소경이 되어 소경을 인도하는 자들이라. 소경이 소경을 인도하면, 둘 다 구덩이에 빠지리라.”(마 15:14)고 말씀하셨다.

     사도 바울은 앞으로 임할 휴거의 날에 대하여 데살로니가 교회 성도들에게 분명하게 증거했다: “그러나 형제들아, 그 때와 시기에 관해서는 너희에게 쓸 필요가 없으니 이는 주의 날이 밤에 도둑같이 오리라는 것을 너희 자신이 정확히 알고 있기 때문이라. 그들이 ‘평안하다, 안전하다.’고 말할 때에, 아이 밴 여인에게 진통이 오듯 갑작스런 멸망이 그들에게 임하리니, 결단코 피하지 못하리라. 그러나 형제들아, 너희는 어두움에 있지 아니하니 그 날이 너희에게 도둑같이 덮치지 못하리라.. 너희는 모두 빛의 자녀들이며 낮의 자녀들이라. 우리는 다른 사람들 같이 자지 말고 깨어 있어 정신을 차리자. 이는 자는 자들은 밤에 자고 술취하는 자들은 밤에 취하기 때문이라.”(살전 5:1-7)

     데살로니가 교회 성도들은 앞으로 임할 휴거를 믿음으로 바라보면서 열심히 복음을 전파한 성도들이다. 그러기에 성령께서는 사도 바울을 통하여 앞으로 있을 휴거에 대하여 자세하게 계시하셨다: “예수께서 죽었다가 다시 살아나신 것을 우리가 믿는다면 그와 같이 하나님께서는 예수 안에서 잠든 자들도 그와 함께 데리고 오시리라. 우리가 주의 말씀으로 너희에게 이것을 말하노니 주께서 오실 때까지 살아남아 있는 우리가 잠들어 있는 자들보다 결단코 앞서지 못하리라. 주께서 호령과 천사장의 음성과 하나님의 나팔소리와 함께 하늘로부터 친히 내려오시리니 그러면 그리스도 안에서 죽은 자들이 먼저 일어나고 그리고 나서 살아남아 있는 우리도 공중에서 주와 만나기 위하여 그들과 함께 구름 속으로 끌려올라가리니, 그리하여 우리가 영원히 주와 함꼐 있으리라. 그러므로 이러한 말로 서로 위로하라.”(살전 4:14-18)

     성경을 자세하게 공부하는 사람들은 말씀의 빛 안에서 때를 분별할 수 있는 것이다. 성령께서는 휴거의 때를 분별할 수 있도록 사도 바울을 통해 정확하게 증거하셨다: “형제들아, 우리 주 예수 그리스도의 오심과, 그 앞에 우리가 함께 모이는 일에 관하여 이제 너희에게 간구하노니, 영으로나 말로나 또는 우리에게서 받았다고 하는 편지로나 그리스도의 날(휴거의 날)이 가까웠다고 마음이 쉽게 흔들리거나 두려워해서는 안될 것이라. 아무도 너희를 미혹하지 못하게 하라. 이는 먼저 배교하는 일이 이르지 않고서는 그 날이 오지 아니함이라. 그리고 나서 그 죄의 사람 곧 멸망의 아들(적그리스도)이 나타나리라. 그는 대적하는 자며, 또 하나님이라 불리는 모든 것과 숭배받는 대상 위에 자신을 높여 하나님의 성전에 앉아 하나님처럼 보여 자신을 하나님이라 하느니라…..불법의 신비가 이미 활동하고 있나니 현재는 막는 자가 있어 막을 것이나 그가 그 길에서 옮겨질 때까지만 그리하리라. 그리고 나서 그 악한 자가 나타나리니 주께서 그를 자기 입에서 나오는 영으로 소멸하시고 그의 찬란한 오심으로 제거하시리라.”( 살후   2:1-8)

     우리는 이미 배교하는 일이 극에 달한 것을 피부로 느끼면서 살고 있다. 구원을 위해서 주 예수 그리스도만을 믿음으로 그의 보혈을 통하여 죄사함을 얻는 믿음에서 떠나 대부분의 기독교계는 세상과 타협하면서 WCC를 통해 종교통합을 거의 다 이루었다. 성경대로 믿는 그리스도인들 외에는 대부분 다 큰 바벨론인 로마 카톨릭과 간음하여 하나님이신 예수 그리스도의 피를 모독하고 있으며 성령을 모독하고 있는 것이다. 이는 모세를 통하여 경고한 셋째 날이 이미 이르렀고 이제는 멸망의 아들인 적그리스도가 언제 나타날지 모르는 숨막히는 때에 와 있는 것이다. 현재 온 세상 사람들을 향해 다가오고 있는 베리칲(Veri-chip)을 보면서 이것이 적그리스도가 나타나기 전에 그를 위하여 미리 준비된 짐승의 표인 것을 영적으로 깨어있는 사람은 모두 쉽게 알 수 있건만 현대판 바리새인들과 사두개인들 그리고 서기관들은 소경들이 되어 이것을 보지 못하고 자신들을 따르는 소경 교인들을 속이며 그들을 지옥 구덩이로 인도하고 있는 것이다. 휴거와 대환란이 임박한 지금 마치 한국전쟁을 목전에 두고 일제시대에서 대부분의 교단들이 신사참배(神社參拜)를 하는 것이 죄가 아니라고 하는 소경 목사들을 따라 신사참배를 하여 그 댓가로 한국판 대환란인 처첨한 전쟁을 이미 경험하지 않았던가? 신사참배한 죄들은 다시 회개를 통해 용서받을 수 있었지만 조만간 나타날 적그리스도가 사용하기 위하여 나타난 베리칲(very-Chip)은 한 번 받으면 대환란으로 넘어가 회개할 기회를 상실하고 불못으로 떨어질 것인데.. 지금이 바로 깨어있어 미혹받지 말아야 하는 아주 중대한 때에 와 있는 것이다. 아멘! 할렐루야!

Meditation of the week: Psalms 46:1-11

Main scripture: Genesis 5:21-24

Subject: Faith of Enoch, and the Rapture

     Enoch lived sixty and five years and begot Methuselah. And he walked with God after he begot Methuselah three hundred years, and he begot sons and daughters: and all the day of Enoch were three hundred sixty five years: And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him. The name “Methuselah” means something great shall come thereafter; God revealed the Great Flood to come at the time of Noah who is the grandson of Methuselah. Enoch is the model of Christian that shall be translated without tasting death in the day of Christ; and Noah is the model of Jews that shall be protected by God in the Great Tribulation. Enoch began to walk with God when he became sixty five years old.

     Through the example of Enoch, the Holy Ghost reveals us a very important secret for we are looking forward Rapture in near future.

     Firstly, the Rapture shall happen before the Great Tribulation to come.

     Secondly, we see the life style of the bride of Christ waiting for the Rapture through Enoch who walked with God. Apostle Paul testified of the life of the saints that walk with God: “For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.”(Rom. 8:14)

     Thirdly, Apostle Paul testified to the Hebrew Christians saying, “By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him” (Heb. 11:5)

Enoch had faith in the Rapture without tasting death; this gives hope unto the Christians that have the same kind of faith.

     Fourthly, Apostle Paul testified of Enoch: “for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.”(Heb. 11:5) He testified of faith that pleases God: ^“But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.”(Heb. 11:6)

     Fifthly, Apostle Paul also testified of what is the faith: “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. For by it the elders obtained a good report. Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.”(Heb. 11:1-3)

     Yea! Faith is not a simple confession of mouth, but the realization of substance of what we hope for.  And the basic faith is to understand that God created the worlds by his word. In other word, one that not believes Genesis 1:1 cannot believes any word of God in the scriptures. One that cannot believe the creation of God in the beginning cannot understand the things to come such as Rapture, the Antichrist and the mark of the Beast, the Great tribulation, the Second Coming of the Lord Jesus Christ unto the earth, the Millennium of Christ, the last Judgment at the White throne of God and the Eternity.

     Therefore Jesus spoke to his disciples about the faith in the end time: “Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?”(Luke 18:8) Jesus also spoke of Pharisees and the scribes that had not the faith in him saying, “Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.”(Matt. 15:14)

     Apostle Paul testified of the Rapture to come unto the saints of Thessalonians: “But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you. For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief. Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness. Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober. For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night.”(1Thes. 5:1-7)

     The saints of Thessalonians were looking forward the Rapture to come, and preached the gospel fervently. Therefore the Holy Ghost gave them the revelation of the Rapture in details saying, “For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words.”(1Thes. 4; 14-18)

     They that search the scriptures can have the discerning spirit of the time in the light. The Holy Ghost testified clearly through Apostle Paul of the time of the Rapture so that we may discern the time: “Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. ….For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: “(2Thes. 2:1-8)

     Nowadays the falling away of the church has been spread to almost churches of God as we may be feeling. Almost Christianity are falling away from the faith in the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ for salvation to achieve the ecumenical movement to be united with other religions to compromise with the world. Only except the bible believers, almost the churches of God have committed fornication with the Great Babylon that is the Roman Catholic Church. They insulted the blood of Christ as well as the Holy Ghost. We understand the third day has come already as Moses warned; and it is the time when the son of perdition that is the Antichrist appears today or tomorrow. Seeing the VeriChip that is approaching to the people living in the world silently, they that are awaken spiritually could easily discern it as the Mark of Beast prepared for the Antichrist to come in near future. But the modern Pharisees and Sadducees and Scribes cannot see this mark of beast for they are spiritually blinded; and they are deceiving their members of church that are also blinded. We already experienced the Korean War that is the Korean Great Tribulation because of worshipping the gods of Japan during the colonial period of Japan. At that time, almost blind Christian leaders of the Korean churches declared that Japanese idol worshipping may not be sin so that almost Christians followed the blinded pastors to worship the gods of Japan. Their sins could be forgiven by repentance; but the VeriChip is totally different one, for if someone receives it, they have to be left behind in the Great Tribulation to be cast into the lake of fire without the opportunity for repentance.

It is the right time for us to be awakening spiritually not to be seduced by any means. Amen! Hallelujah!
