금주의 묵상: 시편 32:1-11

본문: 마태복음 23:13-15

제목: 그리스도와 함께 살아났는가? 아니면 단지 "개종"만 하였는가?

       사도 바울은 이방인들이 구원받아 영원한 생명을 얻어 하나님의 자녀로 다시 태어나는 일에 대하여 "허물과 죄들 가운데서 죽었던 너희를 그가 살리셨으니, 전에는 너희가 그것들 가운데 이 세상의 풍조를 따르고 공중의 권세의 통치자, 곧 지금은 불순종의 자녀들 안에서 역사하는 영을 따라 행하였으니 그들 가운데서 우리 모두가 이전에는 우리 육신의 정욕들 가운데서 행하였으며 육신의 마음의 욕망들을 이루어 다른 자들과 마찬가지로 본래 진노의 자녀였느니라. 그러나 자비가 풍성하신 하나님께서 우리를 사랑하신 그의 큰 사랑으로 인하여 죄들 가운데서 죽었던 우리를 그리스도와 함께 살리셨으니 (너희가 은혜로 구원을 받은 것이니라.) 또 함께 일으키사 그리스도 예수 안에서 천상에 함께 앉히셨으니 이는 하나님께서 그리스도 예수 안에서 인자하심 가운데 우리를 향한 그의 은혜의 지극히 풍요함을 오는 시대들에 보여 주시려 함이라. 너희가 믿음으로 말미암아 은혜로 구원을 받았으니 이것이 너희에게서 난 것이 아니요 하나님의 선물이라. 행위에서 난 것이 아니니 아무도 자랑하지 못하게 하려 함이라."(엡 2:1-9)

       사람에게는 영과 혼과 몸이 있다. 성경에서 어떤 말씀을 하실 때마다 우리는 우리의 어떤 부분에 대하여 말씀하시는가를 깨닫지 못하면 영적으로 혼란에 빠지게 될 뿐만 아니라  받은 구원까지도 의심하게 되어 앞으로 나아가 우리가 받은 구원 위에 집을 지어 우리가 받을 유업을 준비하지 못하는 큰 실수를 저지르게 되는 것이다. 이것이 바로 마귀가 구원받은 자녀들을 속이는 술수임을 잊지 말아야 하는 것이다.

       그러므로 사도바울은 빌립보 교회 성도들에게 그리스도 안에서 이루어진 구원을 밖에서도 두려움과 떨림으로 이룰 것을 권면하면서 그 이유에 대하여 그들 안에서 역사하시는 분이 하나님이시기에 그분의 선한 기쁘심에 따라 뜻을 두고 행하게 하려하심이며, 그로 인하여 모든 일을 불평이나 다툼이 없도록 하라고 권면하면서 하나님의 아들들이 흠 없고 순전하여 비뚤어지고 변질된 민족 가운데서 책망받지 않고 빛들로서 세상을 비추는 자들이라고 말했으며 이렇게 함은 그리스도의 날에 그분을 부끄럽게 만나지 않고 기쁘게 만나기 위함이라고 말했다. 그가 두렵과 떨림으로 구원을 이루라는 것은 구원을 잃어버리지 않도록 두려워하라는 것이 이니고 세상에서 빛을 비추는 하나님의 자녀로서 살기위하여 항상 조심하라는 메세지인 것이다 (빌 2:12-16)

       그렇다면, 구원이 무엇인가? 사도 베드로는 "이는 믿음의 결과, 곧 너희 혼들의 구원을 받았음이라."(벧전 1:9)고 확실하게 증거했다. 다시 말해서, 우리가 받는 구원은 우리의 썩을 몸이 아니라 우리 안에 있는 혼의 구원이라는 것이다. 아담이후로 죄가 세상에 들어온 후에 태어나는 모든 사람의 영은 죄로 인해 죽어서 태어난다. 그러나 여전히 혼은 살아있는 혼(living soul)(창 2:7)이다. 그러므로 죽은 몸과 죽은 영으로 인하여 살아있는 혼은 죄로 인해 하나님의 나라가 아닌 다른 곳에서 죄와 사망의 권세받은 마귀와 함께 어둠속인 불지옥에서 영원히 살 수밖에 없는 운명인 것이다. 그러므로 구원은 혼의 구원이며 누구든지 자신이 죄로 인해 죽어있는 것을 깨닫고 회심하여 부활이요 생명이신 주 예수 그리스도께서 하신 대속의 사역을 전심으로 믿을 때 옛날 아담과 이브로부터 취해가신 생명의 호흡을 다시 받음으로써 영이 다시 살아나게 되고 혼이 영과 함께 하나님의 왕국으로 들어가게 되는 것이다. 그러나 몸은 죄로 인해 죽을 수밖에 없지만  그리스도의 날에 새몸, 즉 죽지 않고 썩지 않는 몸을 입게 되는 것이다. 그러므로 사도 바울은 이 소망에 대해, "성령의 첫열매들을 가진 우리들까지도 속으로 신음하며 양자되는 것, 곧 우리 몸의 구속을 기다리고 있느니라."(롬 8:23)고 증거했다.

다시 말해서 죽어서 새 몸을 입어 완전한 영과 혼과 몸이 하나님께서 창조하셨던 하나님의 형상으로 회복되어 하나님처럼 삼위일체가 되는 날을 기다리는 소망 가운데 살고 있음을 고백하였던 것이다. 모든 그리스도인들 역시 동일한 소망 가운데 신음 가운데 인내하면서 주님의 일을 기쁘게 감당하게 되는 것이다.

       구원받은 사람들의 받은 영원한 보장에 대하여 성경은 어떻게 말씀하시는가? 

침례인 요한은 구원받은 사람들에 대하여,  "그러나 누구든지 그를 영접한 사람들에게는 하나님의 아들들이 되는 권세를 주셨으니, 즉 그의 이름을 믿는 사람들에게니라. 그들은 혈로나 육신의 뜻으로나 또한 사람의 뜻으로 나지 아니하였고 하나님에게서 난 사람들이라."(요 1:12,13) 고 증거했다. 육신으로 태어난 사람을 모태 속으로 어느누구도 다시 들여보낼 수 없는데, 하물며  하나님께서 난 사람들을 어느누구가  다시 빼앗아 마귀의 자녀가 되게 하겠는가?  초등학교 학생만 되어도 알 수 있는 진리가 아니겠는가?

        주님께서는 그를 믿는 자들에게 따라오는 현상에 대하여 물과 성령으로 태어나게 된다고 말씀하셨다. 다시 말해서 죄인이 회개하여 그분을 믿어 영접할 때 그분의 보혈을 통하여 죄사함을 받아 진리의 영이신 성령께서 들어가셔서 죽은 영이 살아나야 하나님의 왕국에 들어간다고 말씀하신 것이다 (요 3:3-8) 또 주님께서는 "아들을 믿는 자는 영생을 가졌고 그 아들을 믿지 않는 자는 생명을 보지 못하고 하나님의 진노가 그 사람 위에 머물러 있느니라."(요 3:36)고 말씀하셨다.

         주님께서 자신들이 죄인임을 깨닫지 못하고 자신들의 행위를 자랑하는 위선자들 종교인들에게 말씀하셨다: "사람에게서 나오는 것이 그 사람을 더럽히느니라. 이는 속에서, 즉 사람들의 마음에서 나오는 것은 악한 생각과 간음과 음행과 살인과 도둑질과 탐욕과 악의와 사기와 방탕과 악한 눈과 하나님을 모돋함과 교만과 어리석음이기 때문이니, 이런 모든 악한 것은 속에서 나와, 그 사람을 더럽히느니라."(막 7:20-23)

그렇다! 죄인이 어떤 선한 일을 행한다고 해서 그 속에 있는 모든 더럽고 악한 것들이 없어지겠는가? 주님께서는 그런 자들을 향해서 "회칠한 무덤들"과 같다고 책망하셨다(마 23:27)

       그러나 주님께서는 자신의 피를 믿어 마음 속에 있는 양심이 깨끗하게 되어 (히 9:14) 하나님의 자녀가 된 사람들에 대하여 "내가 그들에게 영생을 주노니 그들은 영원히 멸망하지 않을 것이며, 또 아무도 나의 손에서 그들을 빼앗지 못할 것이니라. 그들을 나에게 주신 내 아버지는 만유보다 더 위대하시니, 아무도 내 아버지의 손에서 그들을 빼앗아 갈 수 없느니라. 나와 내 아버지는 하나니라"(요 10:28-30)

       사도 바울도 우리가 받은 구원에 대하여 "그 뜻에 따라 모든 사람을 위하여 한 번 예수 그리스도의 몸을 드리심으로 우리가 거룩하게 된 것이라….이분은 한 번의 속죄제를 영원히 드린 후 하나님의 오른 편에 앉으셔서…이는 그가 한 번의 제사로써 거룩하게 된 자들을 영원히 온전케 하셨기 때문이라."(히 10:10,12,14)고 확실하게 증거했다. 그는 또한  에베소 교회 성도들에게 편지할 때에도,  그들이 그리스도를 믿을 때에 그리스도 안에서 하나님의 자녀로 택함을 받아 약속의 성령으로 인침을 받아   부활하는 그날까지 유업의 보증이 되사 그의 영광을 찬양케 하심이라고 증거했다(엡 1:3-14).

        그러나 오늘날 일부 종교지도자들은 죄인들이 주 예수 그리스도의 피를 통한 영원한 구속을 믿지 못하게 하고 다만 그들을 자신의 교회 안으로 들여와 개종시켜 종교인들로 만들어 두려움을 주면서 자신들보다 배나 지옥의 자식들로 만들고 있는 시대에 살고 있다. 자신이 비참한 죄인임을 처절하게 깨닫고 그리스도의 피만을  온전히 믿음으로써  그리스도와 함께 살아났는가? 아니면  단지 개종만 하여 어떤 몸의 행실을 고쳐서 의로워지려고 두려움 가운데 살고 있는가?  내일이 아닌 오늘이 주 예수 그리스도의  은혜를 받을 날아며 구원받을 날인 것이다.  성령께서는 오늘날 다른 복음을 전하면서 구원받은 하나님의 자녀들에게 두려움을 주고 있는 자들을 향해서 분명하게 경고하신다: "나는 너희가 그리스도의 은혜 안으로 너희를 부르신 분으로부터 그렇게 빨리 떠나 다른 복음을 따르게 됨을 이상히 여기노라. 다른 복음은 없나니 다만 너희를 교란시키는 어떤 사람들이 있어서 그들이 그리스도의 복음을 변개시키려는 것이라. 그러나 우리뿐만 아니라 하늘에서 온 천사라도 우리가 너희에게 전한 것 외에 다른 복음을 전한다면 그는 저주를 받으리라."(갈 1:6-8) 아멘! 할렐루야!

Meditation of the week: Psalms 32:1-11

Main scripture: Matthew 23:13-15

Subject: Have you ever been  risen with Christ? Or only changed religion?

       Apostle Paul testified of the new birth unto eternal life to be the children of God:

 "And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins; Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience: Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others. But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus. For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them."(Eph. 2:1-9)

       Man consists of spirit, soul and body. We could be confused, if we don't understand the word of God dividing into which part of us spoken to rightly; and the salvation that we have could be unsure so that we may not be able to go forward to build our house on the salvation that is our inheritance. We should not forget the scheme of the Devil that deceives the children of God.

       Therefore, Apostle Paul encouraged the saint of Philippians to work out their salvation so that they may outwork of the inworked salvation, fir it is God which works in them both to will and to do of his good pleasure. For this, he encouraged them to do all things without murmurings and disputings, so that they may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom they shine as lights in the world; and doing this, they could see the Lord Jesus not shamefully but in rejoice. He asked them to work out their salvation, not because they might lose their salvation, but because they might fail to shine as lights in the world as the children of God (Phil. 2:12-16)

       Then, what is the salvation? Apostle Peter testified of it very clearly saying, " Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls."(1Pet. 1:9) In other word, our salvation is not of our corruptible body, but our soul within us. Since sin came into the world because Adam sinned, all the spirits of men have been born as dead because of sin. But their souls are still living souls(Gen. 2:7). Therefore the living souls are destined to live in the darkness that is the lake of fire forever with the Devil that received the power of sin and death because of their dead spirit and dead body. Therefore the salvation is for the soul; and whosoever understand himself dead because of sin, and repents ,and  believes on the redemption of the Lord Jesus Christ that is the resurrection and life shall receive the breath of life that was taken away from Adam and Eve. Then his spirit shall be revived so that his soul shall enter into the kingdom of God with his spirit. But his sinful body is to die in the hope of redemption of the body that shall have a new body that is immortal and incorruptible in the day of Christ. Therefore, Apostle Paul testified of this: " And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body."(Rom. 8:23)

In other word, he was living in the hope restoration  of the image and likeness of God to be a trinity as the Lord. All other Christians have the same hope even in the midst of screaming and endurance to the work of the Lord in rejoice.

       How the scriptures say of the eternal security of the salvation of saints?

John the Baptist testified of them that have the salvation:

  "But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God."(John 1:12,13)

Even a baby cannot be sent back to its mother's womb; than who can dare to make the children of God back into the hand of the Devil to make them his children? Even a elementary school boy and girl understand this kind of low level of knowledge.

       Jesus Christ said that the believer of him shall be born of water and the Spirit. In other word, when sinner repents and believes on him and  receives him, he shall  receives the forgiveness of sin through his blood, and his spirit shall be revived through the Spirit of God to enter into the kingdom of God. He testified:

 "He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him."(John 3:36)

       Jesus Christ spoke unto the hypocritical religious leaders that not understood themselves as sinners, but rather was boast of their righteousness:

 "That which cometh out of the man, that defileth the man. For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders, Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness: All these evil things come from within, and defile the man."(Mark 7:20-23)

Yea! How sinners could clean their all kind of stinks and wickedness within them by doing something good? Jesus rebuke them calling as whited sepulchres (Matt. 23:27).

      But Jesus spoke unto the children of God that believe on his blood so that their conscience is purged (Heb. 9:14):

"And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand. I and my Father are one."(John 10:28-30)

       Apostle Paul testified very clearly  of the salvation that we received: 

"By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all….  But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God….  For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.")Heb. 10:10,12,14) He also testified unto the saints of Ephesians that they were chosen as the adopted sons in Christ when they believed on him; and they were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise that is the earnest of their inheritance so that they may be to the praise of his glory (Eph. 1:3-14)

       But nowadays unfortunately, many religious leaders try to keep sinners from receiving the eternal redemption through the blood of Christ Jesus only to make them to be their members in their churches to make them religious people; and they try to give them fear to make them their servants as twofold more the children of hell than themselves.

        Have you ever been risen with Christ through trusting only in the blood of Jesus Christ understanding yourself a miserable sinner? Or, are you still ritual one that is still trying to change the behavior of your life to be righteous in the midst of fear and trembling? Today, not tomorrow, is the day to receive the grace and salvation. The Holy Ghost is warning firmly unto them that preach other gospel to give fear unto the children of God that are saved already:

 " I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed."(Gal. 1:6-8) Amen! hallelujah!
