금주의 묵상: 시편 1:1-6

본문: 에스겔 47:1-12

제목: 계절을 따라 열매를 맺고 있는가?

     하나님께서는 에스겔 선지자를 성령 안에서 수천 년 뒤로 옮기셔서 천년왕국 때에 세워질 성전을 자세하게 보여주셨다. 이것은 마치 주 예수 그리스도께서 사도 요한을 이천 년 후에 있을 그리스도의 날(그리스도 신부들의 부활의 날)과 그후에 나타날 대 환란의 광경을 성령 안에서 미리 보여주신 것과 같은 초자연적인 이동과 같은 것이었다. 하나님의 성령은 영원하신 분이시기에 과거와 미래 모두가 현재와 동일한 것임을 잊지 말아야 하는 것이다.

       하나님께서는 에스겔에게 성소로부터 흘러나오는 생수의 강을 보여 주셨다. 손에 줄을 잡은 사람이 일천 규빗을 재었을 때 물이 발목에 차고, 다시 일천을 재었을 때 무릎에, 그리고 다시 일천을 재었을 때 그 물이 허리에 차게 되었으며, 마지막 일천을 재었을 때 마침내 강물이 되어 헤엄치지 않고서는 건널 수 없는 물이 되었다. 그렇다! 이 물은 실제로 성전으로부터 흘러나올 생명 수인 것이다. 선지자 스카랴도 동일한 예언을 했다: "….주 나의 하나님께서 오시리니, 모든 성도들이 주와 함께 하시리라. 그 날에는 빛이 명료하지 아니하고 어둡지도 아니하리라. 그러나 주께 알려질 한 날이 있으리니, 낮도 아니요 밤도 아니나 저녁 무렵에 빛이 있게 되리라. 그 날에는 생수가 예루살렘으로부터 솟아나서 그 절반은 앞 바다로 그 절반은 뒤 바다로 흐리리니 여름과 겨울에도 그러하리라."(슥 14:5-8)

      선지자 스카랴가 말하는 앞 바다는 오늘 본 문에 나타난 사해 바다이며. 뒤 바다는 지금의 지중해를 말한다. 소돔과 고모라의 심판 이후로 죽은 바다인 사해가 만왕의 왕이시며 만주의 주이신 예수 그리스도께서 영광의 보좌에 앉아 계신 성소로부터 흘러나와 사해로 흘러들어갈 때에 죽은 바다가 살아나고 매우 큰 고기떼가 있을 것이라고 성경은 말씀하고 있는 것이다. 주님께서 오시면 사람의 죄로 인해 저주받은 지구가 다시 회복될 것을 말씀하고 있다. 사도 요한은 그렇게 하실 것을 친히 말씀하신 예수 그리스도의 말씀을 증거했다: "또 보좌에 앉으신 분이 말씀하시기를 '보라, 내가 만물을 새롭게 만드노라.' 하시고 내게 말씀하시기를 '이 말씀들은 참되고 신실하니 기록하라.' 하시고 또 내게 말씀하시기를 '다 이루었노라. 나는 알파와 오메가요 시작과 끝이라. 내가 목마른 자에게 생명수의 샘을 값없이 주리라. 이기는 자는 모든 것을 상속받으리니, 나는 그에게 하나님이 될 것이요 그는 나에게 아들이 되리라.'"(계 21:5-7)

       주님께서는 사도 요한에게도 하늘에 있는 생명수의 강을 보여주셨다. 주님께서 말씀하신 대로 하늘에서 뜻이 이루어진 것처럼 이 땅에도 하나님의 뜻이 이루어진 것을 에스겔에게 보여주신 것이다. 사도 요한의 증거를 들어보자: "또 그가 나에게 하나님과 어린 양의 보좌에서 흘러나오는 수정처럼 맑은 생명수의 정결한 강을 보여 주더라. 그 도성의 거리 한 가운데와 그 강의 양편에는 생명나무가 있어 열두 가지 과실을 맺으며 달마다 과실을 내더라. 그리고 그 잎사귀들은 민족들을 치유하기 위한 것이더라."(계 22:1,2)

       이 생명수의 강은 하늘 보좌로부터 흘러나오는 것이며 에스겔이 본 강물은 땅에 있는 성소로부터 흘러나오는 물인 것이다. 하늘에 있는 생명수의 강 좌우에는 열두 가지 과실을 맺는 생명나무가 있고 그 잎사귀는 민족들을 치유하기 위한 것이며, 땅에 있는 성소로부터 흘러나온 강 좌우 편에도 양식이 될 모든 나무가 자라고 역시 열두 가지 과실을 맺는 나무가 자라고 그 잎사귀들은 시들지 않고 약이 된다고 에스겔이 증거하고 있다. 하늘과 땅에 동시에 세워질 하나님의 왕국을 우리는 미리 보게 되는 것이다. 성령께서는 이에 대하여 사도 바울을 통해 미리 말씀하셨다: "그의 기쁘심을 따라 자기 안에서 계획하신 바 그의 뜻의 신비를 우리에게 알게 하셨으니 이는 때가 찬 경륜 안에서 하늘에 있는 것들이나 땅에 있는 것들이나 자신 안에 있는 것들까지도 만물을 그리스도 안에서 하나로 함께 모으려는 것이라."(엡 1:9,10)

       예수 그리스도께서 이 땅에 육신을 입고 오셨을 때에 그를 믿는 자들에게 이 생명수를 주셨다. 그리고 주님께서는 자신의 몸이 성전이심을 친히 말씀하셨고 (요 2:19) 자신을 믿는 자들마다 이 생명수를 받을 것을 친히 말씀하셨다. 사도 요한은 주님께서 하신 말씀을 증거했다: "그 명절의 가장 큰 날인 마지막 날에 예수께서 서서 외쳐 말씀하시기를 '누구든지 목마르거든 내게로 와서 마시라. 나를 믿는 자는 성경이 말씀한 것과 같이, 그의 배에서 생수의 강들이 흐르리라.'고 하시니 (이것은 주께서 자기를 믿는 사람들이 받게 될 성령을 말씀하신 것이라. 이는 예수께서 아직 영광을 받지 못하셨기 때문에 그들에게 아직 성령을 주지 아니하셨음이라.)"(요 7:37-39)

       사도 바울은 예수 그리스도를 믿어 성령을 받은 자들에 대하여 증거했다: "또한, 너희 몸은 너희가 하나님으로부터 받은 바 너희 안에 계신 성령의 전인 것을 알지 못하느냐? 너희는 너희 자신의 것이 아니니라. 너희는 값을 치르고 산 것이니 그러므로 하나님의 것인 너희 몸과 너희 영으로 하나님께 영광을 돌리라."(고전 6:19,20)

그렇다! 예수 그리스도를 믿어 성령을 받은 모든 사람의 몸은 하나님의 영이 거하시는 거룩한 성전인 것이다. 그러므로 그들 안으로부터 항상 생수의 강이 흘러 나아와야 하는 것이다. 그리하여 죽은 사해같은 세상에 흘러들어가서 죽은 바다를 살리고 그 가운데 살고 있는 죽은 고기같은 죄인들을 살려야 하는 것이다.

       그렇다! 오늘날 믿는 자 속에 있는 성령은 에스겔이 본 생수의 강과 동일한 것이다 . 다시 말해서, 지금은 믿는 자 속에만 있는 생수가 주님께서 오시게 되면 온 땅에 흘러넘치게 되는 것이다. 그러므로 주님께서 오시기 전에 성령을 받은 사람들은 입을 벌려 복음을 외쳐서 생수가 흘러나오게 하여 죽은 영들을 살려야 하는 것이다. 다시 말해서 성령의 충만을 받아야 하는 것이다. 그러한 삶을 살고 있는가? 아니면 전혀 그렇지 않은가? 그렇지 않다면 오늘이 믿음으로 성령을 받는 은혜받을 날이요 구원의 날이 될 것이다. 예수 그리스도를 믿어 성령을 받았을지라도 죽은 자들을 살리지 못하는 삶을 살고 있는가? 오늘 그 이유를 깨닫고 회개하여 회복하는 날이 되어야 할 것이다.

       하나님께서 선지자 예레미야를 통하여 하신 말씀을 묵상해 보자: "주가 이같이 말하노라. 사람을 신뢰하는 사람과 육신을 그 무기로 삼는 사람과 그의 마음이 주로부터 떠난 사람은 저주를 받으리라. 그는 사막에 히스 나무같이 되어 좋은 일이 오는 때를 보지 못하고 광야와 소금 땅과 사람이 살지 않는 바싹 마른 곳들에 거하리라. 주를 신뢰하고 그의 소망을 주께 두는 사람은 복이 있도다. 그는 물가에 심겨진 나무가 강가에 그 뿌리를 뻗침과 같아서 더위가 와도 걱정하지 않고 그 잎이 푸르러 가뭄의 해에도 염려하지 않고 열매를 맺는 것도 그치지 아니할 것임이라."(렘 17:5-8)

        하나님께선 시편 기자를 통하여 성령을 통하여 항상 열매맺는 사람의 복에 대하여, 그리고 어떤 사람이 이런 복을 받는 자인 것을 말씀하셨다: "복 있는 사람은 악인들의 간계를 따르지 아니하며, 죄인들의 길에 서지 아니하며, 조롱하는 자들이 자리에 앉지 아니하는도다. 그의 즐거움이 주의 법에 있으니, 그가 주의 법을 주야로 묵상하는 자로다. 그는 강가에 심겨진 나무 같아서 계절을 따라 열매를 맺으며, 그의 잎사귀도 마르지 아니하리니, 그가 무엇을 하든지 번성하리로다."(시 1:1-3)

       그렇다! 성령으로 거듭난 사람이  강물같은 하나님의 말씀을 항상 즐거워하며 영이요 생명이신(요 6:63) 그 말씀들에 뿌리를 깊이 내리고 있을 때 항상 그 잎사귀같은 말씀의 약을 처방하는 영적 의사가 되어 죽은 사람들을 살리고 치료하는 하나님의 왕국에서 인정받는 영적 닥터가 되는 것이다. 세상 닥터들도 의과대학을 졸업한 후에도 박사학위를 딸 때까지 인턴과 레지던트를 거치면서 열심히 공부하는데, 하물며 거듭난 하나님의 자녀가 영이며 생명이신 하나님의 말씀을 공부하지 않고 어떻게 영적인 닥터가 될 수 있겠는가?  거듭난 그리스도인은 누구나 왕같은 제사장 (벧전 2:9)의 역할을 잘 감당하도록 열심히 하나님의 말씀을 배워야 하는 것이다. 이 길만이 계절을 따라 열매맺는 길이며 하나님을 영화롭게 하는 길인 것이다. 하나님의 말씀의 물이 우리 모두를 덮게 되어 자신의 뜻대로는 아무 것도 할 수 없고 말씀 안에서 온전히 순종하는 삶을 살아야 하는 것이다. 더 이상 발목이나 무릎이나 허리 정도만 차서, 할 수만 있다면 자신의 뜻대로 행하는 일이 없게 될 때까지 말씀과 성령으로 충만해야 하는 것이다. 오늘 우리 모두에게 새로운 결단의 날이 되지 않겠는가? "의로운 자의 열매는 생명나무니, 혼들을 이겨오는 자는 현명하니라." (잠 11:30) 아멘! 할렐루야!

Meditation of the week: psalms 1;1-6

Main scripture: Ezekiel 47:1-12

Subject: Are you bringing forth fruit in your season?

       The LORD God moved Ezekiel in the Spirit to the future as much as thousands years to show him the Temple in details God to be built in the Millennium of the Lord Jesus Christ. It was the same kind of supernatural movement as Jesus Christ moved Apostle John to the future as much as two thousand years to show him the day of Christ (the day of resurrection of the bride of Christ) as well as the Great Tribulation to come. The Spirit of God is the eternal One so that all things are present even past and future.

       God showed Ezekiel the river of living water flowing out of the sanctuary. When the man that had the line in his hand went forth eastward, he measured a thousand cubits, and he brought him through the waters; the water were to the ankles. Again he measured a thousand, and brought him through the waters; the waters were to the knees. Again he measured a thousand, and brought him through; the waters were to the loins. Afterward he measured a thousand; and it was a river that he could not pass over: for the waters were risen, waters to swim in, a river that could not be passed over.

Yea! This water was the real water of life flowing out of the Temple. Prophet Zechariah also prophesied the same thing:"….the Lord my God shall come, and all the saints with thee. And it shall come to pass in that day, that the light shall not be clear, nor dark:  But it shall be one day which shall be known to the Lord, not day, nor night: but it shall come to pass, that at evening time it shall be light. And it shall be in that day, that living waters shall go out from Jerusalem; half of them toward the former sea, and half of them toward the hinder sea: in summer and in winter shall it be."(Zech 14:5-8)

       The former sea that was prophesied by Zechariah is the Dead Sea shown in the main passage; and the hinder sea is the Mediterranean Sea nowadays. The Dead Sea has been dead since Sodom and Gomorrah were destroyed by God with fire and brimstone. When the Lord Jesus Christ come again as the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords, the water shall flow out of the throne of the Lord into the Dead Sea to heal the water therein; and their shall be according to their kinds, as the fish of the great sea, exceeding many. When the Lord Jesus come again, the earth under curse because of sin of man shall be restored. Apostle John testified of the word of the Lord Jesus:  "And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.  And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.  He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son."(Rev. 21:5-7)

       The Lord Jesus Christ showed Apostle John the river of water of life in heaven. As Jesus said "Thy will be done in earth as is in heaven", the LORD God showed Ezekiel the will of God realized in the earth. Apostle John testified of the river of water of life: " And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.  In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations."(Rev. 22:1,2)

        This pure river of water of life is flowing out of the throne of God and of the Lamb in heaven. On the either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves were for the healing of the nations. Even in the earth, by the river upon the bank thereof, on both sides shall grow all trees for meat, whose leaf shall not fade, neither shall the fruit thereof be consumed: it shall bring forth new fruit according to his months, because there waters they issued out of the sanctuary: and the fruit thereof for medicines. Now we foresee the kingdom of God both in heaven and in the earth. Apostle Paul testified of this in the Spirit: "Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself: That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him:"(Eph. 1:9,10)

       Jesus Christ gave this water of life unto them that believed on him when he was in flesh. Jesus Christ called his body as the temple of God (John 2:19). He also spoke to the people whosoever believe on him shall receive the water of life. Apostle John testified of his word: " In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.  He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.  (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)"(John 7:37-39)

       Apostle Paul testified of them that received the Spisit by faith in the Lord Jesus Christ:  "What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's."(1Cor. 6:16,17)  Yea! The body of them that received the Spirit of God is the holy temple of God where the Spirit of God dwells therein. Therefore the river of water of life should flow out always so that the living water may flowing into the world as the Dead Sea to heal the sinners as dead fishes in the world.

       Yea! The Spirit of God in the believers is the same one as the river of water that Ezekiel saw. The living water only in the believers shall flow out into the whole earth. Therefore whosoever has the Spirit of God within them ahs open the mouth to preach the gospel so that the living water may flow out of the mouth to revive the dead spirits. In other word, we have to be filled with the Spirit of God. Are you living in the fullness of the Spirit of God? Or not at all? Then today is the day of grace to receive the Spirit of God by faith and day of the salvation. Today also shall be the day of repenting the reason why we have not brought forth fruits through reviving dead spirits.

       let us meditate the prophesy of Jeremiah: "Thus saith the Lord; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the Lord.6 For he shall be like the heath in the desert, and shall not see when good cometh; but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land and not inhabited.  Blessed is the man that trusteth in the Lord, and whose hope the Lord is. For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.s"(Jer. 17:5-8)

       God  spoke through the writer of Psalms of blessing of them that bring forth fruits: " Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.  But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.s"(Ps. 1:1-3)

       Yea! When born again Christian of the Spirit rejoice of the word of God that is the spirit and life (John 6:63) as the living water, and deeply root into the word of God, he can be the spiritual Doctor in the kingdom of God that issues the prescription of medicine of the word of God as the leaf of the tree to heal dead men spiritually. Even the Doctors study so hard  many years even after they graduate Medical school passing through Intern ship and resident: then how come the  born again Christian could become the spiritual Doctor unless that never study the word of God that is spirit and life? Born again Christian must study the word of God so hard that they may be the Royal Priests (1Pet. 2:9).  It is the only way to bring forth fruits in our season. What about the day of  new resolution is today for all of us? "The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise."(Prov. 11:30) Amen! hallelujah!
