금주의 묵상: 시편 93:1-5

본문: 이사야 61:1-11

제목: 예수 그리스도의 은혜의 날들(Days)과 복수의 날(Day)

       선지자 이사야는 칠백여 년 후에 태초에 말씀으로 계셨고 만물을 창조하신 하나님이신 분이 이 지구상에 나타나셔서 하실 일에 대하여 예언했다. 또한 그분께서 이 땅에 두 번에 걸쳐서 나타나실 것을 예언하고 있으며, 첫번째로 오셔서는 그분을 믿는 모든 사람들에게 은혜를 주실 것을 예언하고 있으며 두 번째 오실 때에는 그분을 믿지 않는 악한 세상에 대해 복수하실 것을 예언하고 있는 것이다.

       주 하나님의 영이 마리아의 태 속에 임하시여 기름부음을 받으시고 사람으로 나타나신 주 예수 그리스도께서는 온유한 자, 즉 그분을 믿고 순종하는 사람에게 영원한 생명을 주시는 은혜를 주실 것이며, 마음이 유리병이 깨져서 박살나서 산산이 부서져 다시 회복할 수 없게 된 사람들(brokenhearted)의 마음을 싸매 주실 것이며, 죄와 사망과 저주와 수치와 두려움을 주는 사단에게 잡혀서 포로된 자들에게 자유를 주시고, 지옥에 갇혀서 나올 수 없는 죄인들의 모든 죄들을 위하여 죽으심으로써 세상 죄를 제거하실 때에 감옥 문을 여실 것이다. 또한  그분을 믿는 모든 사람들에게 영원한 죄사함(사면)을 주심으로써 지옥문을 넓개 여실 것을 선포하실 것이라고 예언했다.

       선지자 이사야는 이 메세지가 바로 주의 기뻐 받으시는 해를 선포하시는 것이며 다시 말해서 그분을 믿고 영접하는 모든 사람들에게 영원한 생명을 주심으로써 하나님의 아들들이 되는 권세를 주시는 은혜의 복음을 선포하실 것을 미리 예언한 것이다. 동시에 우리 하나님의 복수의 날을 선포할 것이라고 예언했다. 첫 번째로 하나님께서이 땅에 육신을 입으시고 나타나신 예수께서 자신이 바로 이사야가 예언한 그분이심을 유대인들에게 선포하셨다. 누가는 이 광경을 보고 이렇게 증거했다: "예수께서 성령의 권능으로 갈릴리로 돌아오시니 그 명성이 온 지방에 두루 퍼지더라. 주께서 그들의 회당에서 가르치시니 모든 사람에게서 영광을 받으시더라. 주께서 자라나신 나사렛에 오셔서 자신의 관례에 따라 안식일에 회당에 들어가서 성경을 읽으시려고 서시더라. 선지자 이사야의 책을 드리니 그 책을 펴시고 이렇게 기록된 부분을 찾으시더라. '주의 영이 내게 임하시니 이는 가난한 자들에게 복음을 전하게 하시려고 내게 기름을 부으심이라. 그가 나를 보내셨으니 이는 마음이 상한 자(brokenhearted)를 치유케 하시며, 포로들에게 구원을 선포하고, 눈먼 자를 보게 하고, 짓밟힌 자들을 해방시켜 주고 주의 기뻐 받으시는 해를 선포하게 하심이라.'고 하시고 책을 덮으신 후 그것을 맡은 자에게 다시 주고 앉으시니, 회당에 있는 모든 사람의 눈이 그에게로 주목되더라. 주께서 그들에게 말씀하기 시작하시어 ' 이 성경이 오늘날 너희 귀에 이루어졌느니라.'고 하시니 모두가 주의 증거를 인정하면서도 주의 입에서 나오는 은혜로운 말씀들을 이상히 여기고 말하기를 '이 사람이 요셈의 아들이 아니냐?'고 하더라."(눅 4:14-22)

       첫째로, 예수께서는 자신이 선지자 이사야가 예언한 바로 그분, 즉 메시야이심을 선포하셨다. 그러나 그들은 오늘날 많은 사람들 처럼 그분을 믿지 않았다. 둘째로, 예수께서는 이사야의 예언을 모두 읽지 않으시고 이사야 61:2에서 "주의 기뻐 받으시는 해를 선포하고"까지 읽으시고 책을 덮으셨다. "우리 하나님의 날"인 심판의 날에 대하여는 말씀하시지 않고 책을 덮으신 것이다. 그분께 첫번 째로 이 땅에 나타나신 목적은 세상을 심판하러 오신 것이 아니라 자신의 죽음과 부활하심을 믿는 자마다 그분의 피로 모든 죄를 용서하시고 영원한 생명을 주시는 은혜를 주시기 위함이라고 말씀하신 것이다. 동시에 하나님의 복수의 날은 그분을 믿지 않는 모든 악한 자들을 심판하시기 위하여 이 땅에 다시 나타나시는 재림의 날에 이루실 것을 말씀하신 것이다. 그분의 심판에 대하여서도 거의 모든 예언서들를 통하여 예언하고 있으며 사도 요한을 통하여  마지막 책인 요한계시록에 하나님의 복수의 날이 거듭난 성도들이 하늘로 휴거된 후 일어날 칠년 대환란의 때에 이루어질 것을 자세하게 기록하게 하셨다.

         지금도 주 예수 그리스도를 믿지 않은 것을 회개하고  그분을 믿어 전심으로 영접하기만 하면 죄 없다함을 받아 하나님의 의를 통하여 성령을 받아 영원한 생명을 받음으로써 상한 심령이 치유되고 사단의 손으로부터 해방되고, 열린 지옥 문을 열고 나와 성령 안에서 의와 화평과 기쁨(롬 14:17)을 얻는 하나님의 왕국에 들어갈 수 있는 하나님의 은혜를 받을 수 있는 것이다. 그러나 조만간 때가 차고 하나님의 복수의 날이 올 때에는  어느누구도 더 이상 그 은혜를 받을 기회가 없게 될 것이다. 그러므로 오늘이 바로 구원받을 날이며 은혜받을 날인 것이다. 오늘 기회를 놓치면 영원히 그 기회가 오지 않을 수도 있기 때문이다.

      하나님의 율법을 받았지만 그 말씀에 순종하지 못한 유대인들 (실상은 지킬 수 없는 율법인 줄 그들이 몰랐다) 지난 수십 세기(약 3,500여 년) 동안 하나님의 저주 가운데 모든 민족으로부터 박해를 당했다. 기원전 606년에 마침냬 바벨론의 포로가 된 후부터 왕이 없는 이스라엘은 더 이상 왕국이 아니었으며 서기 70년에 로마 티투스에 의해서 예루살렘이 초토화 된 이후부터 1948년 5월 14일 나라가 회복될 때까지 그들은 고통 속에 살아야만 했던 것이다. 그러나 하나님께서는 그들에게 하나님의 율법을 주셔서 어느누구도 그 율법을 지킬 수 없는 죄인이라는 사실을 온 세상에 알리시기 위하여 그들을 본보기로 사용하신 것이다. 바벨론을 비롯한 인류 역사상 많은 제국들을 사용하시어 이스라엘에 대한 하나님의 채찍과 몽둥이로 사용하셨던 것이다. 그러나 그들이 다니엘을 통하여 말씀하신 마지막 한 이레 즉 칠 년 대 환란의 때에 그들이 죽였던 예수가 하나님이신 메시야임을 깨닫고 회개할 때에 마침내 하나님께서는 그들을 위한 복수를 하실 것이다. 뿐만 아니라 믿음으로 난 자들은 아브라함의 자손 (갈 3:7)들이기에 하나님께서는 하나님의 백성뿐만 아니라 하나님의 자녀들을 위하여서도 복수하실 것이다.

        하나님께서 이 세상을 심판하시어 그들을 위한 복수를 하시게 되면, "시온에서 슬퍼하는 자들을 정하여 그들에게 재 대신 아름다움을, 슬픔 대신 기쁨의 기름을, 무거운 영 대신 찬양의 의복을 주어 그들로 주의 심으신 의의 나무들이라 불리게 하여 주께서 영광을 받으실 것이라."(사 61:3)고 예언하고 있으며 이 예언 역시 조만간 반드시 이루어질 것이다. 이 하나님의 복수의 날인 심판이 끝이 나면 주 예수 그리스도의 천년 왕국이 이 지상에 세워질 것이며 그때에 이스라엘은 모든 민족들을 통치하는 제사장 민족이 될 것이며 동시에 이 지구상의 수도는 예루살렘이 될 것이다. 그 동안 이방인들에게 많은 재산을 몰수당했던 그들이 이방인의 재물을 먹을 것이다. 또한 옛날의 수치와 치욕은 그들이 땅에서 그들이 분깃을 배나 차지하여 영원한 기쁨이 그들에게 있게 될 것이다.

        선지자 이사야는 자신의 입을 통하여 앞으로 이루어질 이스라엘에 대한 예언을 말하면서 "내가 주를 크게 기뻐하겠으며, 내 혼이 내 하나님을 기뻐하리니 이는 그가 구원의 의복으로 나를 입혀주셨고, 그가 나를 의의 겉옷으로 덮어 주시어 마치 신랑이 장식물로 자신을 꾸민 것같이, 신부가 보석으로 꾸민 것같이 자신을 단장하셨음이라."(사 61:10)고 즐거워했다.

       이 때가 되면 대 환란 전에 휴거되어 하늘에서 어린양이신 주 예수 그리스도와 결혼한 신부들은 하나님의 복수의 날에 그분과 함께 이 땅에 내려와서 함께 심판할 것이며 이스라엘이 영광스럽게 회복되는 것을 함께 보며 이스라엘 백성들과 함께 기뻐하게 될 것이다. 사도 요한은 조만간 있을 하나님의 복수의 날에 있게 될 광경을 미리 보고 증거했다:  

" 또 내가 하늘이 열린 것을 보니 흰말이 보이더라. 그 위에 읹으신 분은 신실과 진실이라 불리며 의로 심판하고 싸우시더라. 그의 눈은 불꽃 같고 머리에는 많은 왕관이 있고 또 한 이름이 기록되어 있는데 그 자신 외에는 아무도 모르며 피에 적신 옷을 입었는데 그의 이름은 하나님의 말씀이라 불리더라. 또 하늘에 있는 군대들은 희고 정결한 세마포를 입고 흰말들을 타고 그를 따르더라. 그의 입에서는 예리한 칼이 나와서 그것으로 민족들을 칠 것이요 또 철장으로 그들을 다스릴 것이며, 그는 전능하신 하나님의 맹렬한 진노의 포도즙틀을 밟으실 것이라. 또 그의 옷과 넓적다리에 이름이 기록되어 있는데 '만왕의 왕, 또 만주의 주'라 하였더라. 또 내가 보니, 한 천사가 해에 서 있는데 그가 큰 음성으로 외쳐 하늘 한 가운데로 날아가는 모든 새들에게 말하기를 '와서 위대하신 하나님의 만찬에 다 모여 왕들의 살과 장군들의 살과 용사들의 살과 말들과 그 말들과 그 위에 탄 자들들의 살과 자유인이나 종이나 작은 자나 큰 자나 할 것 없이 모든 자의 살을 먹으라.'고 하니라.""(계 19:11-18) 아멘! 할렐루야!

Meditation of the week: Psalms 93:1-5

Subject: The days of grace of Jesus Christ, and the day of vengeance

       Prophet Isaiah prophesied that the Word in the beginning and God the Creator shall appear in the earth seven hundreds years later. He also prophesied of his coming two times; his first coming for giving grace unto all that believe on him; and second coming for the day of vengeance against the wicked world that not believe on him.

       The Lord Jesus Christ that God manifested in flesh was anointed through conceiving in the womb of Mary by the Holy Ghost; and he will give the grace unto eternal life unto the meek that believe on him to obey; and he will bind the brokenhearted whose heart is broken to pieces as glass; and he will give liberty unto the captive by sin, death, curse, shame and fear under the Devil; and we will open the door of hell widely for sinners through his death to take away the sin of the world. And he will give the eternal remission of sins opening the door of the hell.

       Prophet Isaiah proclaimed the acceptable year of the LORD through this message; in other word, he prophesied of the gospel of grace that give the power to be the children of God giving eternal life unto them that receive the Lord Jesus by faith. At the same time he prophesied of the day of vengeance of our God. Jesus Christ appeared in the flesh in the earth the first time proclaimed himself unto the Jew as the one that was prophesied by prophet Isaiah. Luke testified of him as he saw:

"And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee: and there went out a fame of him through all the region round about. And he taught in their synagogues, being glorified of all.

And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read. And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias. And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written, The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, To preach the acceptable year of the Lord. And he closed the book, and he gave it again to the minister, and sat down. And the eyes of all them that were in the synagogue were fastened on him. And he began to say unto them, This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears. And all bare him witness, and wondered at the gracious words which proceeded out of his mouth. And they said, Is not this Joseph's son?"(Luke 4:14-22)

        Firstly, Jesus proclaimed himself as the one that is Messiah of Israel as prophet Isaiah; but they didn't believed on him as the world nowadays. Secondly, Jesus did not read through the whole prophesy to the end, but he closed the book after he read "to preach the acceptable year of the Lord" not mentioning about the day of vengeance of our Lord; for he appeared the first time in the earth not for judging the world, but to give the grace unto eternal life unto them that believe on him that die for their sins and rise again from the dead through remission of sins by his blood. On the other hand, the day of vengeance of our God shall be done unto the wicked that not believe on him in the day of his second coming. Almost all of books of prophet prophesied of the day of vengeance of God; and the Holy Ghost used Apostle John to prophesy of the day of vengeance of God shall be done in the Seven year Great Tribulation after the born again Christians be translated to heaven.

       Still now, whosoever repent for not believing on the Lord Jesus Christ, and receive him by faith shall receive the remission of sins, and receive the Holy Ghost through the righteousness of God unto eternal life; and their broken heart shall be bound; and shall be free from the hand of the Devil; and open the door of the hell and walk out to enter into the kingdom of God where righteousness through the grace of God, and peace and joy in the Spirit (Rom. 14:17). But when the day of vengeance of our God shall come, there shall not be any more opportunity the grace of God. Therefore today is the day of salvation to receive the grace. Missing the opportunity today, there could not be the one forever.

       The Jew received the law of God, but they not obeyed the words (In fact, they didn't know that they couldn't keep the law); they have been persecuted in curses by all nations of people for last centuries (about 3,500 years). They were in captivity in Babylon BC606; and since then, there were no kings in Israel not to be the kingdom any more. Since Jerusalem was destroyed by Titus of Roman Empire until May 14, 1948 when Israel was restored as a nation, they had to live under affliction. God used Israel as a sample giving them the law of God to show the whole world that they cannot keep the law of God as sinners. God has used Babylon and all other many Empires in human history as the whip and rod to discipline Israel. But God will revenge on all nations when the people of Israel repent understanding they killed their Messiah in the Great Tribulation that is the last one week prophesied by Daniel.

God will revenge not only for the Jew, but for the children of Abraham that are born of faith(Gal. 3:7).

       When God judge the world in the day of vengeance, he will appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he might be glorified.(Isa. 61:3)

This prophet shall be done sooner or later. The Millennium of the Lord Jesus Christ shall be established in the earth, after the day of vengeance of God with judgment is finished; then Israel shall be the kingdom of Priests of the LORD ruling over all nations of people; and Jerusalem shall the capital city of the earth. And they shall eat the riches of the Gentiles; they have been eaten by the Gentiles so. For their shame they shall have double; and they shall rejoice in their portion; therefore they shall possess the double everlasting joy shall be unto them.

       Prophet Isaiah spoke the prophesy of Israel and rejoice saying,

"I will greatly rejoice in the Lord, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh himself with ornaments, and as a bride adorneth herself with her jewels."(Isa. 61:10)

       The brides of Christ shall come back to the earth with Christ in the day of vengeance of God to judge the world after they were translated to be married to the Lamb of God; and they shall rejoice with the people of Israel upon seeing the restoration of Israel in the glory. Apostle John testified of the scene of the day of vengeance of God: "And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.

And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND Lord OF LORDS. And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God; That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great."(Rev. 19:11-18) Amen! Hallelujah!
