금주의 묵상: 시편 45:1-17

본문: 창세기 2:18-25

제목: 그리스도의 신부인 그리스도의 몸된 하나님의 교회

         하나님께서 아담을 지상의 모든 만물들을 다스리는 왕으로 임명하시고 모든 생물들의 이름들을 아담이 부르는대로 되게 하셨습니다. 그리고 하나님께서는 아담을 위해 돕는 배필을 주시기로 하셨습니다. 그러나 하나님께서는 돕는 배필을 만드시기 위하여 아담처럼 흙으로 빚어만드시지 않으셨습니다. 하나님께서는 아담을 깊은 잠에 빠지게 하셨습니다. 그리하여 아담으로 하여금 그의 육체가 죽은 것처럼 만드셨습니다. 영국의 어떤 의사는 이 말씀을 읽은 후 지혜를 얻어 사람의 몸을 마취시키고 수술하는 마취술을 발견했습니다.

           하나님께서 아담의 갈비뼈 중에서 하나를취하시고 살로 거기를 채우시고 남자에게서 취한 갈비뼈로 여자를 만드셔서 그녀를 아담에게로 데려오셨습니다. 마치 결혼식 때에 신부의 아버지가 신부를 신랑에게로 대려오는 것같은 장면이었습니다. 아담은 자기에게로 오는 여자를 보고 말했습니다: “이는 이제 내 뼈들 중의 뼈요, 내 살 중의 살이니, 그녀를 여자라 부르리라. 이는 그녀가 남자에게서 취해졌음이라.”(창 2:23)

하나님께서는 첫 남자와 여자가 결혼하는 일을 친히 주례하신 후 말씀하셨습니다: “그러므로 남자가 자기 아버지와 어머니를 떠나서 자기의 아내와 결합하리니. 그들이 한 몸이 될 것이니라.”(창 2:24)

           하나님께서는 아담과 이브가 한 몸이 되는 일을 친히 말씀하심으로써 앞으로 그리스도의 신부가 될 하나님의 교회에 대한 아주 위대한 계획을 하신 것입니다. 하나님께서는 자신의 독생자를 이 땅에 사람으로 보내심으로써 앞으로 그분께서 만물을 충만케 하시는 일을 하시게 될 때에 돕는 배필을 만드시기로 계획하신 것입니다. 이 일은 이 지구를 창조하시기도 전에 하나님께서 친히 계획하신 것입니다. 주 예수 그리스도의 돕는 배필이 될 하나님의 교회에 대하여 사도 바울은 이렇게 증거했습니다:

“하나님께서 세상의 기초를 놓으시기 이전에 우리로 사랑 안에서 그분 앞에 거룩하고 흠 없게 하시려고 그리스도 안에서 우리를 택하시어 하나님의 기쁘신 뜻에 따라 예수 그리스도를 통하여 우리를 자신의 자녀로 입양할 것을 예정하셨으니 이는 하나님께서 그 사랑하시는 이 안에서 우리를 받아들이신 그의 은혜의 영광을 찬양케 하려 하심이니라.”(엡 1:4-6)

             하나님께서는 이 땅에 그의 독생자를 보내시기 전에 이미 사탄이 뱀을 통하여 이 땅에 죄와 사망을 가져올 것을 미리 아셨습니다. 그러므로 하나님께서는 자신의 독생자이신 예수님을 이 땅에 두 번 보내시기로 계획하셨던 것입니다. 첫 번째로 이 세상에 나타나셨을 때에는 마지막 아담(고전 15:45)의 모습으로 나타나셨습니다. 하나님께서 그의 돕는 배필을 만드시기 위하여 그분을 잠시 죽이셔야 했던 것입니다. 이브를 만드시기 위하여 아담을 깊은 잠에 빠지게 하시고 그로부터 갈비뼈 하나를 취하셔서 여자를 만드신 것처럼 하나님께서는 마지막 아담으로 오셔서 아담이 지은 죄로 인하여 이 땅에 찾아온 죄와 사망과 모든 저주들을 자신의 몸에 받으시고 사흘 낮, 사흘 밤 동안 깊은 잠에 빠지게 하셨던 것입니다. 사도 바울은 아담과 예수님이 어떤 관계가 있는지에 대하여, “죽은 자의 부활도 이와 같으니 썩을 것으로 심겨서 썩지 아니하는 것으로 일으켜지며 수치로 심겨서 영광된 것으로 일으켜지며 약한 것으로 심겨서 능력 있는 것으로 일으켜지며, 육신의 타고난 몸으로 심겨서 영적인 몸으로 일으켜지느니라. 육신의 타고난 몸이 있고 또 영적인 몸이 있느니라. 따라서 이와 같이 기록되었으니, ‘첫 사람 아담은 살아 있는 혼이 되었느니라.’ 함과 같이 마지막 아담(예수)은 살려주는 영이 되었느니라. 그러나 영적인 몸이 먼저가 아니요, 타고난 몸이며 그 다음이 영적인 몸이라. 첫째 사람은 땅에서 나서 흙으로 만들어졌으나 둘째 사람은 하늘에서 나신 주시니라. 무릇 흙으로 만들어진 사람은 흙으로 지음받은 것들과 같고 무릇 하늘에서 나신 분은 하늘에 있는 것들과 같으니 우리가 흙으로 만들어진 자의 형상을 입은 것 같이 하늘에 속한 분의 형상도 입으리라. 그러나 형제들아, 이제 내가 이것을 말하노니 혈과 육은 하나님의 나라(왕국)를 상속받을 수 없느니라.”(고전 15:42-50)

             옛날 아브라함이 자신의 독자 이삭을 돕는 배필이 될 아내를 찾기 위해 그의 종 엘리에셀을 먼 이방 땅에 보낸 것처럼(창 24:1-67) 하나님께서는 자신의 독생자를 사람의 모습으로 이 땅에 보내시고 그로 하여금 자신의 돕는 배필을 구하기 위하여 세상 모든 사람들의 죄를 자신의 몸에 전가받으시고 죽으시고 장사되셨다가 부활하신 후 하늘 보좌 오른 편에 앉으셨습니다. 하나님께서는 자신의 독생자 하나님의 돕는 배필을 구하시기 위해 성령 하나님을 자신의 아들이신 주 예수 그리스도의 이름으로 이 땅에 보내셨던 것입니다. 그리하여 성령을 통하여 복음을 듣고 주 예수 그리스도를 믿어 영접하는 모든 사람들을 자신의 아들이신 그리스도 안으로 인도하심으로써 세상으로부터 분리시키시고 한 무리를 이루게 하셔서 하나님의 교회 안에 있는 지체들로 만드신 것입니다. 마치 아담을 깊히 잠들게 하신 후 갈비뼈 하나를 취하셔서 여자를 만드신 것처럼 자신의 아들을 마지막 아담으로 만드시고 그분의 죽으심과 부활하심을 믿음으로써 그분을 구세주이시며 남편으로 영접한 사람들에게 살려주는 영을 주심으로써 앞으로 자신이 하실 일들을 위해 돕는 배필로 만드신 것입니다. 그러므로 하나님의 교회를 주 예수 그리스도의 몸된 교회라고 부르게 된 것입니다. 옛날 아담이 자기에게로 나아오는 여자를 보고 “내 뼈들 중의 뼈요, 내 살 중의 살이라.”고 외친 것처럼 우리 주 예수 그리스도께서도 자신과 한 몸을 이룬 교회를 향하여 동일한 말씀을 하시는 것입니다.

                 사도 바울은 이 신비로운 진리에 대하여 이렇게 증거했습니다:

“사람마다 항상 자신의 육신을 미워하지 않고 오히려 육성하고 아끼기를 , 주께서 교회에게 하심같이 하나니 이는 우리가 그의 몸과 그의 살과 그의 뼈의 지체임이라. 이런 까닭에 남자가 자기 아버지와 어머니를 떠나 자기 아내와 결합하여 그 둘이서 한 몸이 될지니라. 이것은 위대한 신비라. 그러나 나는 그리스도와 그 교회에 관하여 말하노라. 그러므로 너희도 각기 자기 아내를 자신처럼 사랑하고 또 아내도 그 남편을 경외하라.”(엡 5:29-33)

                 그렇습니다! 하나님께서는 자신의 아들의 죽으심과 장사되심과 부활을 통하여 아들을 돕는 배필을 만드시기 위하여 자신의 교회를 이 땅에 만드신 것입니다. 자신의 아들 주 예수 그리스도를 머리로 하여 교회 안에 있는 모든 지체들을 머리에 영적으로 연합하게 하심으로써 한 몸을 이루게 하신 것입니다. 한 몸을 이루게 하시기 위하여 교회의 모든 지체들에게는 아들의 영이신 성령을 주시고 또한 지체들의 영은 이미 하늘 보좌에 그의 아들과 함께 하나님의 보좌 오른 편에 함께 앉게 하신 것입니다. 사도 바울은 이 영적인 신비에 대하여 증거했습니다:

“그러나 자비가 풍성하신 하나님께서 우리를 사랑하신 그의 큰 사랑으로 인하여 죄들 가운데서 죽았던 우리를 그리스도와 함께 살리셨으니 (너희가 은혜로 구원을 받은 것이니라.) 또 함께 일으키사 그리스도 예수 안에서 천상에 함께 앉히셨으니 이는 그리스도 예수를 통하여 하나님께서 우리를 향한 그의 인자하심 가운데 그의 은혜의 지극히 풍요함을 오는 시대들에게 보여 주시려 함이니라.”(엡 2:4-7)

             그러므로 이제 남은 일은 교회의 남편 되시는 주 예수 그리스도께서 공중에 나타나셔서 그분의 신부인 교회를 부르시는 날인 것입니다. 이때에 성령으로 거듭난 모든 그리스도인들은 영적인 몸, 즉 죽지 않고 썩지 않는 영화로운 몸으로 변하여 그리스도 안에서 죽은 자들이나 살아있는 자들 모두가 부활하고 변화되어 공중에서 주님을 만나게 될 것입니다(살전 4:16-18). 이 땅에서 그분을 돕는 배필로서 행한 일에 따라서 그리스도께서 주시는 보상을 받고 마침내 그리스도의 아내가 되기 위하여 어린 양 그리스도와 혼인식을 행할 것입니다. 그후에는 이제 영원한 그리스도를 돕는 아내로서 그분과 함께 이 땅에 내려오게 될 것입니다. 또한 돕는 아내로서 그분께서 하시는 심판을 돕게 될 것입니다. 그분을 믿지 않았던 모든 민족들을 그분과 함께 심판하게 될 것입니다. 뿐만 아니라, 그분께서 범죄한 천사들을 심판하실 때에도 그분을 도와 천사들을 심판하게 될 것입니다. 사도 바울은 이렇게 증거했습니다:

“너희는 성도들이 세상을 심판하리라는 것을 알지 못하느냐? 세상이 너희에게 심판을 받을진대 너희가 지극히 작은 일들을 심판할 역량도 없느냐? 너희는 우리가 천사들을 심판하리라는 것을 알지 못하느냐? 하물며 이생에 관 한 일들이랴?”(고전 6:1-3)

              그리스도께서 세상을 심판하신 후에는 만왕의 왕, 만주의 주로서 그분의 왕국을 이 땅에 세우시게 될 것입니다. 이때에도 그분의 교회는 옛날 이브가 아담을 도와 이 땅을 통치하는 일을 도운 것처럼 그분과 함께 이 땅을 통치하는 일을 돕는 배필의 역할을 하게 될 것입니다. 이에 대하여 계시를 받은 사도 바울은 이렇게 증거했습니다:

“성령이 친히 우리의 영과 함께 우리가 하나님의 자녀임을 증거하시거니와 자녀이면 또한 상속자들이니 하나님의 상속자들이요, 그리스도와 함께 한 공동 상속자들이니 우리가 그와 함께 고난을 받은 것은 함께 영광도 받게 하려 함이니라. 이는 현재의 고난들이 우리에게 나타나게 될 영광에 감히 비교되지 못한다고 내가 여기기 때문이라.”(롬 8:16-18).

                 또한 이뿐만 아니라, 그리스도의 신부인 하나님의 교회는 영원무궁토록 그분께서 하시는 일들을 돕는 영광에 참여하게 될 것입니다. 사도 바울은 이 엄청난 영광에 대하여 에베소 교회에게 편지할 때에 증거했습니다:

“또 만물을 그의 발 아래 두시고 그를 만물 위에 머리가 되게 하셔서 교회에게 주셨느니라. 교회는 그의 몸이니 만물 안에 모든 것을 채우시는 분의 충만이니라.”(엡 1:22,23)

             또한 만물에 대하여 골로새에 있는 성도들에게 이렇게 증거했습니다:

“그는 보이지 않는 하나님의 형상이시며 모든 피조물의 첫태생이시니 이는 만물이 그에 의하여 창조되되 하늘에 있는 것들과 땅에 있는 것들과 보이는 것들과 보이지 않는 것들과 보좌들이나 주권들이나 전사들이나 권세들이나 만물이 그에 의하여 그를 위하여 창조되었기 때문이라. 그는 만물 이전에 계시고 또 만물은 그로 말미암아 존속하느니라. 그는 몸인 교회의 머리시라. 그는 시작이시며 죽은 자들로부터 첫 번째로 나셨으니 이는 그가 만물 안에서 으뜸이 되려 하심이라. 이는 모든 충만함이 그의 안에 거하는 것이 아버지를 기쁘게 하였음이며 그의 십자가의 보혈을 통하여 화평을 이루고 땅에 있는 것이나 하늘에 있는 것이나 그에 의하여 모든 것이 자신과 화해하게 하시려는 것이라.”(골 1:15-20)

               주 예수 그리스도께서 그의 신부인 교회를 하늘로 들어올리시는 그리스도의 날(휴거의 날)까지 그리스도의 아내인 하나님의 교회, 즉 그리스도의 몸된 교회는 그분을 돕는 일을 게을리 해서는 안되는 것입니다. 하나님께서는 주 예수 그리스도를 믿어 그분의 보혈을 통하여 모든 사람들이 구원을 받기 원하시는 것입니다. 뿐만 아니라, 모든 사람들이 진리이신 주 예수 그리스도를 아는 지식에 이르기를 원하시는 것입니다(딤전 2:4). 즉 하나님의 자녀이며 그리스도의 신부인 교회는 그리스도의 은혜의 복음을 전하는 일을 게을리해서는 안되는 것입니다. 뿐만 아니라 하나님의 말씀을 열심히 공부하여 자신의 남편이신 그리스도에 대하여 더 깊히 알게 됨으로써 많은 사람들에게 그분에 대하여 가르치는 일에도 열심을 내야 하는 것입니다. 우리는 과연 지금 남편이신 그리스도를 돕는 배필들로서 어떤 일들을 하고 있는지 깊히 생각하면서 때가 늦지 않도록 그분을 영광스럽게 만날 준비를 해야 할 것입니다. 무엇보다도 중요한 것은 진리이신 하나님의 말씀에 의한 물로 씻어 정결하게 되어 정결하신 그분 앞에 순결한 처녀로 나타나는 일을 먼저해야 할 것입니다. 아멘! 할렐루야!

meditation of the week: Psalms 45:1-17

Subject: The church of God, the body of Christ that is the bride of Christ

                 The LORD God appointed Adam as the king so that he may rule over all the creatures on the earth. All the names of the creatures were made as Adam called them. God wanted to make the spouse for Adam that may help him. God made his spouse not with the dust of the ground as he made Adam. The LORD God caused deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof. And the rib which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman and brought her unto the man, as if father brings forth his daughter to a man at a wedding. Adam spoke unto the woman, “This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.”(Gen. 2:23)

After the LORD God finished the first marriage, and he said,

“Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.”(Gen. 2:24)

               The LORD God had made a great plan of the church that shall be the bride of Christ as Adam and eve became one body. The LORD God had planned to make the bride of Christ that shall be able to help his only begotten Son when he shall full all in all. His plan had been set up even before the foundation of the earth. Apostle Paul testified of the church of God that shall be the bride of Christ:

“According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:

Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,

To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.”(Eph. 1:4-6)

              LORD God had known that the Satan shall bring forth sin and death through the serpent even before he sent his only begotten Son. This is the reason why God planned to send him twice to the earth. When his only begotten Son appeared the first time, he came as the last Adam(1Cor. 15:45). To bring forth his spouse, the LORD God had to kill him. AS he caused a deep sleep fall upon to Adam, and took one of his ribs to make woman, God became a man as the last Adam to fall a deep sleep for three days and three nights to take away the sin and death bearing all sins of the world that were brought forth by Adam. Apostle Paul testified of the relationship between Adam and Jesus:

 “So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption:

It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power:

It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.

And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.

Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.

The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is

the Lord from heaven.

As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly.

And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.

Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.”(1Cor. 15:42-50)

             As Abraham sent his eldest servant to the far country to find out the wife of Isaac that shall be his spouse(Gen. 24:1-67), the LORD God had to send his only begotten Son in the form of man for him to die bearing all sins of the world, and to be buried, and to rise again so that he may sit at the right hand of God. Afterwards, the LOD God sent the Holy Ghost in the name of his Son, Jesus to find out his bride. The LORD God wanted to bring forth into the body of the Lord Jesus Christ to separate from the world whomsoever believes in Lord Jesus Christ upon hearing the gospel through the Holy Ghost. And he made them the members in the church of God. As the LORD God made a woman with one of the ribs of Adam causing him to fall a deep sleep, he made his Son as the last Adam so that whosoever receive him as the Savior and husband believing his death and resurrection becomes the bride of Christ through receiving the quickening Spirit. This is the reason why the church of God is the body of Christ. As Adam said to the woman, “This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh”, our Lord Jesus Christ also is saying unto his church as Adam said to the woman.

                Apostle Paul testified of such a mysterious truth:

“For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church:

For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones.

For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh.

This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church.

Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife see that she reverence her husband.”(Eph. 2:29-33)

               Yeah! God made his church in the earth to bring forth the helping spouse for his Son through the death and burial and resurrection of him. God made his Son, the Lord Jesus Christ as the head of the church, and made all the members united with him to make them one body. To make them to be one body, God gave the Spirit of his Son that is the Holy Ghost, and let the spirit of the members sit together with him at the right hand of God. Apostle Paul testified of the spiritual mystery:

“But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,

Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)

And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:

That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.”(Eph. 2:4-7)

             Therefore, a very important thing is going to happen: this is the day of Christ when the Lord Jesus Christ, the husband of the church appears in the air to call his church to take them home in heaven. Then, all the born again Christians shall meet the Lord in the air clothed with the spiritual body that is immortal and incorruptible body through resurrection or changing for them alive(1Thes. 4:16-18). They shall be rewarded according to their works as his helping spouse to be ready to be married with him in the wedding of the Lamb of God. Afterwards, they shall come down to the earth with him as his eternal bride. They shall help him to judge the world. They shall judge all the nations of people with him that not believed in him. They shall judge even the angels with him. Apostle Paul testified of this:

“Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unjust, and not before the saints?

Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters?

Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?”(1Cor. 6:1-3)

           After the Lord Jesus Christ judge the world, he will establish his kingdom on the earth as King of Kings, and Lord of Lords. Even that time, his church shall help for him rule the world as his spouse as Eve helped Adam for him to rule the earth. Apostle Paul received the revelation of this, and testified:

“The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:

And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.

For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.”(Rom. 8:16-18)

                 Not only this, but the church of God, the bride of Christ shall participate in all his works forever more. Apostle Paul testified of such a great glory when he wrote unto the church Ephesians:

“And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church,

Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all.”(Eph. 1:22,23)

             He testified of all things unto the saints in Colossian church:

 “Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:

For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:

And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.

And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the

beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.

For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell;

And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be thing”(Col. 1:15-20)

             Until the day of Christ(the day of Rapture) when the Lord Jesus Christ lift his bride, the church of God to heaven, the body of Christ is not supposed to be lazy to help his works. God wants to save all men through the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ by faith in him. And he also wants to let them come unto the knowledge of the truth that is the Lord Jesus Christ.(1Tim. 2:4). Therefore, the children of God as well as the bride of Christ has to be not lazy to preach the gospel of grace of Christ; and they have to study the words of God with passion so that they may be able to know their husband more deeply; and so that they may be able to teach who he is. We are to be prepared to see the Lord gloriously deeply examining ourselves whether we are doing right things to help our Lord Jesus Christ as his bride. But first of all, we are to be prepared as a pure virgin through washing through the words of God that is the truth to be sanctified. Amen! Hallelujah!
