금주의 묵상: 시편148:1-14

본문말씀: 시편 8:1-9

제목: 첫 사람 아담과 이브, 마지막 아담과 마지막 이브

        본문 시편에서 다윗은 성령 안에서 첫 사람 아담이 범죄하여 에덴에서 쫓겨나기 전 영화와 존귀로 왕관을 쓰고 하나님의 대리자로서 그분께서 창조하신 만물을 통치하던 영광스러운 모습을 증거했습니다. 뿐만 아니라 마지막 문장에서 그는 아담이 빼앗겼던 에덴을 다시 찾으시고 영광을 받으시는 마지막 아담이신 주 예수 그리스도께서 마침내 온 땅을 영광스럽게 통치하시는 장면을 성령 안에서 예언하며 증거했습니다.

        그는 태초에 하나님께서 하늘들과 땅을 창조하셨을 때 하늘들과 땅에 주 하나님의 영광이 충만하였다고 증거했습니다. 그러나 하늘에서 하나님께 반역한 원수 마귀가 이 땅에 죄와 사망을 가져옴으로 인해 하나님의 영광이 일시적으로 가려진 것에 대하여 또한 증거했습니다.

       그러나 하나님께서는 아기들과 젖먹이 같은 약한 자들을 통하여 복음을 전파하게 하셔서 하나님의 시간이 다 차게 되어 하나님의 때가 도래했을 때 하나님의 계획이 이루어질 것을 예언했습니다. 사도 바울은 바로 그때에 하늘에 있는 것들이나 땅에 있는 것들이나 자신 안에 있는 것들까지도 만물을 그리스도 안에서 하나로 함께 모으실 것(엡 1:10)이라고 증거했습니다. 바로 이때에 다윗이 본문 마지막 절에 예언한 대로 이루어짐으로써 그분의 왕국이 이 땅에 임할 것을 증거한 것입니다:

“오 주 우리 주여, 주의 이름이 온 땅에 어찌 그리 뛰어나신지요?”

         아담의 모습으로 이 땅에 나타나신 예수께서 앞으로 어린 아기들 같이 자신을 믿는 사람들의 입을 통하여 전파된 복음을 통해 자신의 뜻을 이루시는 것을 기뻐하신다고 말씀하셨습니다. 칠십 인 제자들이 전도하고 돌아왔을 때 다윗의 입을 통하여 예언하게 하신 말씀을 확증하게 하신 것입니다. 그 칠십 명이 기쁨으로 돌아와서 말하기를 “주여 주의 이름을 대면 마귀들까지도 우리에게 복종하더이다“라고 말했을 때에, 주님께서 그들에게 말씀하셨습니다: “사탄이 하늘에서 번개처럼 떨어지는 것을 내가 보았노라. 보라, 내가 너희에게 뱀과 전갈을 밟으며 원수의 모든 권세를 제어할 권세를 주노니 아무 것도 너희를 결코 해치지 못할 것이라. 그러나 영들이 너희에게 복종하는 이것으로 기뻐하지 말고, 오히려 너희 이름이 하늘에 기록된 것으로 기뻐하라.”(눅 10:17-20)

          바로 그 시간에 주님께서 오래 전 다윗의 입을 통하여 예언하게 하신 말씀 가운데 있는 아기들과 젖먹이들이 자신의 제자들이며 또한 자신이 앞으로 하늘과 땅을 통치하시는 영광의 주가 되실 것에 대하여 예수께서 영으로 기뻐하시며 말씀하셨습니다:

“오, 하늘과 땅의 주인이신 아버지시여, 이런 일을 지혜롭고 슬기로운 사람들에게는 숨기시고 어린 아기들에게는 나타내신 것을 감사하나이다. 그러하옵니다. 아버지시여, 이는 그렇게 하시는 것이 아버지의 보시기에 선하심이니이다. 내 아버지께서 모든 것을 내게 주셨으니, 아버지 외에는 누가 아들인지 아무도 모르며, 또 아들과 아들이 아버지를 계시하고자 하는 자 외에는 누가 아버지인지 아무도 모르나이다.”(눅 10:21-22)

            사도 바울은 기록된 말씀들을 통하여 성령 안에서 이 땅에 나타나신 예수님에 대하여 증거했습니다:

“따라서 이와 같이 기록되었으니, ‘첫 사람 아담은 살아 있는 혼이 되었느니라.’ 함과 같이 마지막 아담은 살려 주는 영이 되었느니라. 그러나 영적인 몸이 먼저가 아니요, 타고난 몸이며 그 다음은 영적인 몸이라. 첫째 사람은 땅에서 나서 흙으로 만들어졌으나 둘째 사람은 하늘에서 나신 주시니라.”(고전 15:45-47)

         사도 바울은 성령을 통하여 하나님의 독생자이신 예수께서 두 번째 사람이시면서 마지막 아담이라고 증거한 것입니다. 두 번째 사람이라고 증거한 것은 죄가 없으신 거룩하신 하나님께서 사람으로 나타나셨으며, 동시에 그분이 마지막 아담이라고 증거한 것은 둘째 사람이신 그분을 믿어 모든 죄들을 용서받고 그분 안에 들어가는 사람들은 더 이상 아담의 자손이 아니며 아담의 모습으로 나타나신 그분의 자손이 되는 것에 대해 증거한 것입니다. 이제 때가 차게 될 때에 하늘들과 땅에는 아담의 자손들이 한 사람도 남아 있지 않게 될 것이며 마지막 아담이신 주 예수 그리스도께 속한 사람들로 충만하게 될 것입니다.

          그러나 공의의 하나님께서는 예수님으로 하여금 마지막 아담이 되게 하시려고 첫 사람 아담이 받았던 세 가지 시험을 마귀로부터 받게 하셨습니다. 첫 번째 시험은 “네가 하나님의 아들이면 이 돌들에게 명하여 빵이 되게 하라.”였습니다. 이때 주께서는 “기록되었으니, ‘사람이 빵으로만 사는 것이 아니요 하나님의 입에서 나오는 모든 말씀으로 사느니라.”고 말씀하셨습니다.

         두 번째로 마귀가 주님을 거룩한 도성으로 데리고 가서 성전 꼭대기에 세우고 말했습니다:“네가 하나님의 아들이면 뛰어내려 보라. 기록되었으되 그분께서 너를 위하여 자기 천사들에게 명하시리니, 그들이 손으로 너를 받들어서 어느 때라도 너의 발이 돌에 부딫히지 않게 하시리라.’ 하셨느니라.” 그러나 주님께서는 다시 한 번 마귀에게 말씀하셨습니다:“또 기록되었으되 ‘너는 주 너의 하나님을 시험하지 말라.’고 하였느니라.”

          마귀도 기록된 하나님의 말씀으로 예수님을 시험했습니다. 그러나 재림 때 이루어질 말씀으로 미혹한 것입니다. 진리의 말씀을 올바로 나누어 공부하지 않으면 하나님의 말씀으로도 미혹 당할 수 있는 것입니다(딤후 2:15).

           마귀는 다시 주님을 아주 높은 산으로 데리고 가서 세상의 모든 나라들과 그것들의 영광을 주께 보여주며 말했습니다:“네가 내게 엎드려 경배하면, 내가 이 모든 것들을 너에게 주리라.  그것이 나에게 넘겨졌으므로 내가 원하는 자에게 줄 수 있느니라.” 이때 예수께서 마지막으로 그에게 말씀하셨습니다: “사탄아, 여기서 물러가라. 기록되었으되, ‘너는 주 너의 하나님께 경배하고 오직 그분만을 섬기라.’고 하였느니라.

이때 마귀는 더 이상 주님을 시험하지 못하고 물러갔습니다. 옛날 에덴 동산에서 첫 사람이 실패한 모든 시험을 이기셨기에 그는 더 이상 주님을 시험할 수 없었던 것입니다(마 4:4-11, 눅 4:1-8).

          에덴 동산에서 이브를 찾아왔던 뱀인 마귀가 이브에게 “참으로 하나님께서 말씀하시기를  ‘너희는 동산의 모든 나무에서 나는 것을 먹지 말라.’ 하시더냐?”(창 3:1)라고 시험했을 때 이브는 남편 아담으로부터 들은 하나님의 말씀으로 마귀를 대적했어야 하는 것입니다:“동산 모든 나무에서 나는 것을 네가 마음대로 먹을 수 있으나 선과 악의 지식의 나무에서 나는 것은 먹지 말라. 네가 거기서 나는 것을 먹는 날에는 반드시 죽으리라.”(창 2:16-17)

            그러나 그 여인은 하나님의 말씀에 “만지지도 말라.”말을 더하고, “먹는 날에는 반드시 죽으리라.”는 말을 “죽을까 함이라.”는 말로 하나님의 말씀을 변개함으로써 마귀에게 틈을 주게 되었으며 “너희가 반드시 죽지는 아니하리라.”는 마귀의 말을 듣고 선과 악의 지식의 나무의 열매를 보게 되었을 때, 먹고 죽어야 하는 그 열매가 먹음 직하고, 보기에도 즐겁고 현명하게 할 만큼 탐스럽게 여김으로써 먹게 된 것입니다. 주님께서는 첫 사람이 실패한 시험을 친히 받으심으로써 그들이 시험에 진 세 가지, 즉 육신의 정욕과 안목의 정욕과 생의 자랑의 시험을 이기신 것입니다.

           마침내 주님께서는 마귀가 사천 년 동안 이 세상에 만연케 한 죄와 사망과 저주를 자신의 몸에 전가 받으시고 피 흘려 죽으시고 부활하심으로써 자신을 믿는 모든 사람들을 자신 안에 들어오게 하심으로써 첫 사람 아담의 자손으로부터 마지막 아담 안으로 들어오게 하셨습니다. 이렇게 세상으로부터 나오게 하신 사람들을 자신 안에서 한 몸을 이루게 하시고 하나님의 교회이며, 자신의 몸이라는 이름을 부여하신 것입니다. 또한 교회를 마지막 아담이신 주 예수 그리스도의 돕는 배필로 택하셔서 앞으로 만물을 충만케 하시는 일을 위하여 예비하셨습니다. 이제 그분의 교회는 마지막 아담이신 주 예수 그리스도의 아내로서 마지막 이브가 되게 하신 것입니다. 그러나 에덴 동산에서 이브를 찾아왔던 마귀는 마지막 이브인 하나님의 교회의 지체가 된 자녀들을 여전히 찾아와서 시험하고 있다는 것을 알아야 하는 것입니다.

         사도 바울은 이에 대하여 고린도 교회 성도들에게 경고의 메시지를 보냈습니다: “나는 너희가 좀 어리석은 나를 용납해 주기 바라노라. 부디 나를 용납하라. 이는 내가 경건한 질투로 너희에게 질투를 느낌이라. 내가 너희를 한 남편에게 정혼시켰나니 이는 한 순결한 처녀로 너희를 그리스도께 바치려는 것이라. 나는 뱀이 그의 간계로 이브를 속인 것같이 너희의 마음도 어떤 방법으로든 그리스도 안에 있는 단순함에서 떠나 부패할까 두려워하노라. 만일 누가 와서 우리가 전파하지 아니한 또 다른 예수를 전파하거나 너희가 받아들이지 않은 또 다른 영을 받거나 너희가 영접하지 않은 또 다른 복음을 전파하면 너희가 그를 잘 용납하는도다.”(고후 11:1-4)

           그렇습니다! 사도 바울이 경고한대로 마귀는 그의 종들을 마지막 이브인 하나님의 교회에 보내어 하나님의 자녀이며 주 예수 그리스도의 신부인 마지막 이브를 시험하고 있습니다. 사도 바울이 말씀한 다른 예수, 다른 영, 그리고 다른 복음은 뱀의 시험에 넘어간  이브가 선악의 지식의 나무를 쳐다보았을 때 먹음 직하고, 보기에도 즐겁고, 현명하게 할만큼 탐스럽게 보였던 것처럼 보이게 하는 것입니다. 마귀는 지금도 여전히 사탄의 종들을 통하여 하나님의 자녀들이 육신의 정욕과 안목의 정욕과 생의 자랑을 따르도록 시험하고 있는 것입니다.

         이브가 뱀의 시험에서 패배한 것은 아주 간단한 이유로 비롯된 것입니다. 하나님의 말씀을 기억하지 않았기 때문이었습니다. 오늘날에도 하나님의 자녀들이 하나님의 말씀을 듣지 않고 읽지도 않고 잊어버리게 될 때에 사탄의 종들이 전하는 다른 예수, 다른 영, 그리고 다른 복음을 받아들이게 되어 육신의 정욕과 안목의 정욕과 생의 자랑에 빠져들어 세상에 있는 것들을 사랑하게 됨으로써 하나님과 원수가 되어 주님의 신부로서 정결함을 상실하게 되는 것입니다. 그러므로 우리는 시험에 들지 않기 위하여 하나님의 말씀으로 전신갑옷을 입고 항상 성령 안에서 기도해야 하는 것입니다. 아멘! 할렐루야!

Scripture: Psalm 8:1-9

Title: The first Adam and Eve, the last Adam and last Eve

        In the main passage, King David testified in the Holy Ghost of Adam, the first man crowned with glory and honor as the representative of God to subdue the all things created by him before he was cast out of the Garden Eden because of his sin against the word of the LORD God. In the last sentence of his psalm, he prophesied of the Lord Jesus Christ, the last Adam .who shall take the Garden Eden back that was robbed by the Devil, and reign in the all the earth with glory. 

        He testified of the glory of the Lord God in fullness when He created the heavens and the earth  in the beginning. But he also witnessed of the glory of God temporarily obscured because of the sin and death that were brought forth by the rebellious Devil. 

       But he also prophesied of the plan of God to be fulfilled  when the time of God is fulfilled making  the people in weakness such as babes and sucklings preach the gospel. Apostle Paul testified of the time to be done as the LORD God predestinated in the dispensation of the fullness of times to be one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth: even in him (Eph. 1:10) In that time, as David prophesied in his last sentence, the kingdom of the LORD God shall be done in the earth:  “O Lord our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth!”

              Jesus appeared in the likeness of Adam, and spoke of himself to rejoice of making his will be done through the gospel preached by the mouth of them that believe in him as baby. When seventy disciples returned from evangelism,  he confirmed the word that was prophesied through the mouth of David. The seventy disciples spoke unto Jesus returning from evangelism with joy, “ Lord, even the devils are subject unto us through thy name.”  Jesus said unto them, “I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.  Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.“(Luke 10:17-20)

            In that hour, Jesus rejoiced in spirit of his disciples that are the babes and sucklings prophesied by David, and of his glorious reigning as the LORD of glory in heavens and earth in the future: “I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes: even so, Father; for so it seemed good in thy sight.  All things are delivered to me of my Father: and no man knoweth who the Son is, but the Father; and who the Father is, but the Son, and he to whom the Son will reveal him.“(Luke 10:21-22)

         Apostle Paul testified of Jesus, the only begotten Son of God as the second man as well as the last Adam. The second man is the one that appeared as a man without sin, for he is God. The last Adam he was to end the seeds of the first man, Adam  through making them enter into his body whosoever believe in him to receive the remission of sins. When time is fulfilled, there shall be no one that is the seed of Adam in heavens and earth; there shall be full of the people that belong to the Lord Jesus Christ, the last Adam in heavens and earth.

           But the God of righteousness made Jesus be tempted by the devil three times so that he may overcome the temptation to make him be the last Adam. The first one was, “ If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread.”  Jesus answered  the devil, “ It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.”

            The devil took him up into the holy city, and set him on the top of the temple, and said to him, “If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee: and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone.” Jesus answered him once again, “It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.”

            The devil tempted Jesus using the word of God. But he quoted a wrong verse that shall be happening at his second coming. We could be seduced by the devil unless we study the word of the truth rightly divided(2Tim 2:15)

          Again, the devil took him up into an exceeding high mountain, and showed him all the kingdom of the world, and of the glory of them saying, “All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them. All these things  will I give thee, if thou will fall down and worship me, for that is delivered unto me.”

Finally, Jesus spoke unto the devil, “Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.”

The devil went away giving up tempting Jesus anymore, for Jesus overcame all the temptations that were failed by the first man, Adam (Matt. 4:11-11, Luke 4:1-8) 

        The serpent, the devil visited Eve in the Garden of Eden, and said to Eve to tempt her: ” Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?”(Gen. 3:1)  Then she was supposed to say the words of God that was heard from Adam to defeat him quoting, “Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it, for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.”(Gen. 2:16-17):

          But the woman added to the word of God saying, “neither touch it.”shall ye.” and she also changed the word of God ” in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.” . But she said, “lest ye die.” She was ended up with giving the serpent the chance so that the devil attacked her with word saying, “Ye shall not surely die.”

Then, she happened to look at the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil; it was good for food, and it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise. At that moment, she ate it. The Lord Jesus passed through the temptations that were failed  by the first man; and he overcame the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life.

           Finally, the Lord Jesus had the sin and death and curse that had been spread out transferred unto his body unto death shedding his blood; and he rose again the third day. He made all men that believe in him enter into himself. He made them come out of the first Adam to enter into the last Adam. And he made them be one body in him, and gave them a name as the church of God and the body of Christ himself. And he has chosen his church as the helping spouse for the Lord Jesus Christ to prepare them for the ministry that he fills all in all. Now, he made his church the bride of the Lord Jesus Christ that is the last Eve. But we have to know, the devil that visited Eve in the Garden of Eden is still visiting the children of God that are the members of the church to tempt them.

        Apostle Paul sent a warning message unto the saints of Corinthian church: “1Would to God ye could bear with me a little in my folly: and indeed bear with me. For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ. But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him.“(2Cor. 11:1-4)

           That’s right! As he warned, the devil is still sending his servants to the church of God to tempt the children of God that is the last Eve as well as the bride of Christ. “Another Jesus and another spirit and another gospel” could make us to see illusion as Eve saw the forbidden tree as good for food, and pleasant to the eyes, and desired to make one wise. The devil is still tempting the children of God  using his servants so that the bide of Christ may follow the lust of the flesh and the lust of eyes and the pride of life.

           How Eve was defeated by the devil so easily? It was because of very simple reason. She never remember the word of God. Even nowadays, when the children of God are lazy to hear the words of God, nor to read and even forget, they are to receive another Jesus and another spirit and another gospel preached by the servants of the devil so easily. Those three kinds of another one make them emerged into the lust of the flesh and the lust of eyes and the pride of life. This is the way for them to be enemy of God through loving the world as well as the things wherein to be ended up losing purity as the bride of Christ. Therefore, we should put on the whole armor of God with the words of God not to be in the temptation, and pray always in the Spirit. Amen! Hallelujah!
