너를 축복하는 자들에게 내가 복을 주고 너를 저주하는 자를 저주하리라.
네 안에서 땅의 모든 족속들이 복을 받을 것이라." 하셨더라. (창 12:3)

Jan. 29, 2017: Are You Preparing for the Things to Come with Salvation (Eternal Inheritance)?

Posted on January 29, 2017
1-29-2017 Weekly Messages
Psalm: 17: 1-15
Text: Hebrews 6: 1-20
The title of the Word: Are you preparing for the things to come with salvation (eternal inheritance)?
People who do not know God prepare their retirement saving retirement fund for them   in order to provide the things necessary to live to the day of their death. But they do not know where their souls should go and live forever, ending the world’s life when they die, and they cannot know about eternal retirement plans
Through today’s text, Apostle Paul was convinced that there were things to come to the Hebrew Christians in the world of Christ, the kingdom of Christ and the eternal world, with their salvation, It is the reward for giving something and it is said that it is inheritance.
After the children of God have been saved, they learn about the doctrines of Christ, the repentance in death, the faith for God, the baptism and ordination, the resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgment, . In other words, we must build a house on top of the underlying doctrines.
Apostle Paul testified that the Hebrews will be enlightened and taste the gift of the heavens in the coming tribulation, that they will not be renewed and repentant if those who have tasted the Holy Spirit, the good word of God  fall from the faith at that time warning them that they cannot enter the world to come, the Millennial Kingdom of Christ.
Apostle Paul exhorted us to look to the end of Christ, who will guide them into the promised land in the time of the Tribulation that will appear after the age of grace, to show the same diligence toward the full assurance of hope till the end.
This message, given by the Holy Spirit through Apostle Paul, is a very important word for Christians living in the last days of today. Today, most churches have built the foundation of the doctrine of Christ, and have no interest in the world that the Lord Jesus will renew when the Lord Jesus Christ comes, and the eternal world that follows him.
Apostle Paul, who received revelations directly from the Lord Jesus Christ, exhorted the pastor Timothy, ” And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.” (1 Tim. 6: 8). Rather, we are not all lazy, but through faith and perseverance we are exhorted to be followers of those who inherit those promises.
Apostle Paul testifies of Abraham, a representative person who was not lazy and had received the faith he had promised to the end. After hearing the words, “  Surely blessing I will bless thee, and multiplying I will multiply thee.,” God has testified that he  received the promise after such persistent patience.
He also testified to the Saints in Rome about Abraham ‘s persevering faith: ” Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations; according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be. And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead, when he was about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sara’s womb. He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God; And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform. And therefore it was imputed to him for righteousness.“(Romans 4: 18-22).
He also exhorted Christians in Rome, who became descendants of Abraham through Jesus Christ, to be imitators of Abraham’s faith:
” And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together. For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. “(Romans 8: 17-18)
Apostle Paul testified that we had this hope as an anchor of the soul, a sure and firm hope. It is testimony that it is the hope of an anchor, rooted in the word of hope, so that the saved soul cannot be shaken. Also, when we are deeply rooted in this hope, our souls will enter the holy place in the curtain of the sanctuary of heaven. When our spirit as well as our souls enter into the sanctuary of heaven, we can always live a life of faith while looking at the glory of God. Apostle Paul also believed that our Lord Jesus Christ, who is God, also overcame all sufferings when he became a man, died because of our sins, and was buried and entered into the curtain of the sanctuary of heaven before us, To be an eternal High Priest according to God.
He wrote the same testimony of this fact when he wrote to the saints of Ephesus:
” Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: “(Ephesians 2: 5-6)
Even if we do not prepare retirement funds needed for the days of our old age, we have to prepare for more important retirement, satisfying that we have food and clothing in this present life. When we retire, we will not be 65 or 70, but our breathing time will be ended. When our breathing is done, or when Christ is revealed in the air before that, we will be calculated of  the amount of retirement funds we have prepared in the present world at the judgment seat of Christ to stand. Until we leave the world, everything that prepares for retirement will first come to appear as the glorious ruling that we receive according to the  work for Christ in this present world in the world of Christ, that is the Millennial Kingdom of Christ. Some will be glorified of ruling ten cities and others will be glorified over five cities. In addition, there will be the same glory in the new Jerusalem, the eternal dwelling place that we shall live with the Lord forever and ever.
King David, looking forward this glory realizing this glory, confessed:
” From men which are thy hand, O Lord, from men of the world, which have their portion in this life, and whose belly thou fillest with thy hid treasure: they are full of children, and leave the rest of their substance to their babes. As for me, I will behold thy face in righteousness: I shall be satisfied, when I awake, with thy likeness. (Psalm 17: 14-15)
The eternal retirement funds that we prepare are things that all Christians can do without saving money in the retirement account in bank. Apostle Paul made a clear statement about this:
“For it is not unrighteous for God to forget the works of your deeds and of your love, for you have served the saints and are now seen toward his name by serving you. I urge you to show the same diligence toward conviction, that you may not be idle, but followers of those who inherit those promises through faith and perseverance “(Heb 6: 10-12). Amen! Hallelujah!
