금주의 묵상: 시편 16:1-11

본문: 고린도전서 15:12-26

제목: 주 예수 그리스도의  몸의 부활을 믿는가?

      그리스도인, 다시 말해서 크리스챤이란 어떤 사람들인가? 한 마디로 요약한다면 성경대로 예수 그리스도께서 자신들의 죄들의 위하여 죽으시고 장사되셨다가 성경대로 셋째 날에 다시 살아나신 것을 믿는 사람들이다. 교회에 나와 예배드리고 성경공부를 한다 할지라고 예수 그리스도의 부활을 믿지 않는다면 그는 그리스도인이 아니고 종교인으로 분류되어야 할 것이다. 사도 바울은 로마에 있는 사람들에게 편지할 때, “네가 네 입으로 주 예수를 시인하고 또 하나님께서 그를 죽은 자들로부터 살리신 것을 네 마음에 믿으면 구원을 받으리라. 이는 사람이 마음으로 믿어 의에 이르고 입으로 고백하여 구원에 이르기 때문이라. 성경이 말씀하시기를 ‘그를 믿는 자는 누구나 부끄러움을 당하지 아니하리라.’고 하였느니라.”(롬 10:9-11)고 말씀했다. 또한 에배소 교회 성도들에게 편지할 때에도, “하나님께서 그 능력을 그리스도 안에서 역사하게 하사 그를 죽은 자들로부터 살리셨으며 천상에서 하나님의 오른 편에 앉히사 모든 정사와 권세와 능력과 다스림과 이 세상뿐만 아니라 오는 세상에서도 이름지어진 모든 이름 위에 뛰어나게 하셨으며.”(엡 1:20, 21)라고 증거함으로써 하나님을 믿는다고 고백하는 사람은 하나님께서 예수 그리스도를 죽은 자들로부터 부활하게 하심을 믿는 자들이라고 증거한 것이다.

      본문에서  사도 바울은 그리스도의 부활에 대하여 증거하면서 그리스도의 부활이 없다면 그가 한 사역 자체가 헛된 것이 될것이라고 말씀하고 있다. 그가 증거하고 있는 것은 하나님이신 그리스도께서 부활하시지 못했다면 우리 또한 부활하지 못할 것인 바 우리가 믿는 것도 헛것이요, 뿐만 아니라 우리가 증거하는 그리스도의 복음은 거짓말이 될 것이며, 또한 우리들은 여전히 죄 가운데 있다가 멸망당할 것이다. 또한 믿음 그리스도의 부활을 믿다가 죽은 사람들 역시 멸망당할 것이다. 그러므로 우리가 바라는 것이 오직 칠팔십 년밖에 안되는 이생뿐이라면 우리는 모든 사람 가운데 가장 불쌍한 정신병자가 될 수밖에 없다는 것이다.

       성경은 부활에 대하여 증거하면서 그리스도의 부활을 포함하여 일곱 부활에 대하여 말씀하고 있다:

첫 번째 부활은  예수 그리스도의 몸이 죽은 자들로부터 부활하신 것이다.  현대의 많은 사람들은  이 사실을 믿지 않고, 심지어 교회에 다닌다고 하는 사람들과 신학자들 중에서도 예수 그리스도의 몸의 실제적인 부활을 믿지 않는 사람들이 많다. 그러나 예수   부활을 이야기 할 때, 이 말은 “문자적으로” 그 분의 몸이 죽은 자들로부터 부활하셨다는 말이다. 주님께서는 제자들에게 “영은 살과 뼈가 없지만 너희가 보는 바와 같이 나는 있느니라.”(눅 24:39)고 말씀하셨다. 기독교는 다른 모든 종교들과 다른 현저한 차이가 있다. 그것은, 구세주가 무덤으로부터 일어나셨다는 사실이다. 만약에 누군가가 예수 그리스도의 뼈를 하나라도 발견해 낸다면 기독교 역시 하나의 종교로 전락하게 될 것이며 우리가 믿는 것은 아무 가치가 없는 것이 될 것이다.

인류 역사상 가장 큰 뉴스가 무엇이겠는가? 그 뉴스는 어떤 라디오 방송이나 TV 뉴스에서 한 것도 아니고, <라이프>지나 <뉴스위크>나 <타임>지에서 출판된 것도 아니다. 이 세상이 일찍이 들었던 가장 커다란 뉴스는 무덤으로부터 나왔다. 몇 명의 여인들이 무덤에 가서 예수를 찾았을 때, 한 천사가 “그분은 여기에 계시지 않고 말씀하셨던 대로 살아나셨느니라.”(마 28:6)고 말한 것이다. 우리는 여기서 우리의 썩어질 육신을 보고 있지만, 이 육신은 언젠가는 새 것을 입을 것이다. 이 같은 뉴스가 또 어디에 있을 것인가? 결코 없을 것이다!

       두 번째 부활에 대하여, 우리는 같은 장 23절에서 또 다른 부활을 발견할 수 있다 “그리스도가 첫 열매들이요”(Christ the firstfruits)라고 말씀하고 있다. 열매라는 말이 복수로 나타나고 있다. “첫열매”(firstfruit)가 아니라 “첫 열매들”이다 다시 말해서 누군가가 그리스도와 함께한 부활한 것이다. 두 번째 부활에서는 여러 무덤들이 열리고, 잠자던 성도들의 몸이 일어나서 그리스도의 부활을 따라 도성 안으로 들어갔다. 성경은 이렇게 증거한다: “그런데, 보라, 성전의 휘장이 위에서 아래까지 둘로 찢어지고 땅이 흔들리며 바위들이 갈라지고 무덤들이 열리며 잠들었던 많은 성도들의 몸이 일어났으며 주께서 부활하신 후에 무덤에서 나와 거룩한 도성으로 들어가 많은 사람들에게 나타나더라.”(마 27:51-53)

그렇다! 두 번째 부활에서는 구약시대의 성도들이 죽은 자들로부터 일어났다. 성경은 그들이 밖으로 나와 예루살렘으로 들어가서 많은 사람들에게 나타났다고 말씀하고 있다.

세 번째 부할은 영적인 부활로서, 자연인이 거듭나서 그리스도인이 되는 그 순간 죽은 영이 살아나는 부활을 말한다:

“그러나 자비가 풍성하신 하나님께서 우리를 사랑하신 그의 큰 사랑으로 인하여 죄들 가운데서 죽었던 우리를 그리스도와 함께 살리셨으니 너희가 은혜로 구원을 받은 것이니라. 또 함께 일으키사 그리스도 예수 안에서 천상에 함께 앉히셨으니”(엡 2:4-6) 죽은 자들로부터 부활하신 예수 그리스도께서 그분을 믿는 자들을 구원하시기 위하여 자신의 피로 모든 죄들을 제거하시고 성령을 보내셔서 생명을 주신 것이다. 모든 그리스도인들은 영적으로 죽어있는  상태에서 예수 그리스도를 믿음으로 말미암아 영적으로 부활하게 된 것이다. 거듭나기 전에는 모든 사람의 영은 죽어있다. 그러나 그가 거듭날 때 성령께서 그 안에 들어오셔서 그의 죽은 영을 살리신다. 이때 우리에게 일어나는 사건은 두 가지인데, 그것은 죄에 대하여는 죽고 하나님에 대하여는 산다는 것이다: “그가 죽으심은 죄에게 단번에 죽으심이요, 그가 사심은 하나님꼐 사심이라. 이와 같이 너희도 너희 자신을 정녕 죄에게는 죽은 자요, 예수 그리스도 우리 주로 말미암아 하나님께는 산 자로 여기라.”(롬 6:10,11)

우리는 앞으로 예수님처럼 육체적으로 부활할 것이다 (롬 6:5). 그러나 우리의 영은 이미 죽어있는 상태에서 이미 살아났다. 우리는 영적으로 이미 부활한 것이다. 다시 말해서 부활하신 그리스도의 영이 우리 안에 살아계신 것이다. 이는 그리스도의 부활이 우리 안에서 재현된 것이며 이로 인하여 우리는 그리스도의 부활을 본 자들이 되어 그분의 부활을 증거할 수 있는 것이다.

       네 번째 부활은 큰 부활이 될 것이다.  다른 말로 “휴거”의 날이다. 이에 대해 성경은 말씀하고 있다: “주께서 호령과 천사장의 음성과 하나님의 나팔소리와 함께 하늘로부터 친히 내려오시리니 그러면 그리스도 안에서 죽은 자들이 먼저 일어나고 그리고나서 살아 남아 있는 우리도 공중에서 주와 만나기 위하여 그들과 함께 구름 속으로 끌려올라 가리니 그리하여 우리가 영원히 주와 함께 있으리라. 그러므로 이러한 말로 서로 위로하라.”(살전 4:16-18)

성경은 로바서에서도 신약성도들의 부활에 대하여 증거하고 있다: “예수를 죽은 자들로부터 살리신 분의 영이 너희 안에 거하시면, 그리스도를 죽은 자들로부터 살리신 분이 너희 안에 거하시는 그 분의 영으로 인하여 너희의 죽을 몸도 살리시리라.”(롬 8:11)

그렇다! 우리는 휴거의 날에 눈깜짝하는 순간에 죽지 않고 썩지 않는 몸을 입고 순식간에 하나님의 보좌가 있는 셋째 하늘에 들려올라갈 것이다. 이 땅에 있는 어떤 로켙과는 비교할 수 없는 초능력을 통해서 말이다.(고전 15:51-55)

       다섯 번째 부활은 예수 그리스도의 죽으심과 부활하심을 통해 이스라엘이 회복되어 이스라엘 민족이 부활하는 한 국가적인 부활이다. 이에 대해 사도 바울이 증거했다: “형제들아, 너희가 스스로 현명하다고 자만하지 않게 하기 위하여 이 신비를 모르기를 내가 원치 아니하노니, 이는 이방인들의 충만함이 차기가지는  이스라엘의 일부가 완고하게 된 것이라. 그리하여 온 이스라엘이 구원을 받으리라. 기록된 바와 같이 ‘구원자가 시온에 와서 야곱에게서 경건치 아니한 것을 제거하리라.”(롬 11:25,26)

하나님께서 에스갤을 뼈로 가득차 골짜기로 데리고 가셔서 “오 인자야, 이 뼈들이 살 수 있겠느냐?”(겔 37:3)라고 물으셨다. 에스겔이 하나님께서 예언하라는대로 예언했을 때 그 뼈들이 살아나서 큰 군대가 되었다. 하나님께서는 이 뼈들이 이스라엘의 온 집이라고 가르쳐 주셨으며, 앞으로 그리스도께서 부활 하신 후 대환란 끝에 이스라엘 땅에 다시 나타나셔서 그들을 구원하실 것을 미리 말씀하신 것이다. 이스라엘은 바빌론의 종이 되었던B.C.606년 이래로 나라가 없었다. 그들이 1948년에 귀향하여 다시 일어설 때까지 그들은 2,500년 동안 나라가 없이 마른 뼈들처럼 죽어 있었다. 앞으로 그들이 회개하고 돌이켜 예수 그리스도를 그들의 메시야로 모셔들일 때 그들 역시 국가적으로 부활하게 될 것이다. 또한 그들은 지상에서 그리스도가 통치하는 천년왕국에서  제사장 나라가 될 것이다.

       여섯 번째 부활은, 요한계시록 11장에 나타난 엘리야와 모세가 대환란 때에 두 증인으로 나타나서 후삼년 반 동안 적그리스도 앞에서 온갖 재앙으로 땅을 치게 될 것이다.  그들은 적그리스도에 의해 죽임을 당한 후 사흘 후에 다시 살아나서 승천하게 될 것이다 : “그들이 하늘로부터 나는 큰 음성을 들었는데 그들에게 말하기를 ‘이리 올라오라.’ 하므로, 그들이 구름을 타고 하늘로 올라가니 그들의 원수들이 그들을 바라보더라.”(계 11:12) 뿐만 아니라 대환란 때에 짐승의 표를 받지 않고 목베임을 당한 환란 성도들이 부활하게 될 것이다: “또 예수에 대한 증거와 하나님의 말씀으로 인하여 목베임을 당한 사람들의 혼들도 보았는데, 그들은 그 짐승에게나 그 형상에게 경배하지 아니하였을 뿐만 아니라 그의 표를 그들이 이마나 손에도 받지 아니하였더라. 그러므로 그들이 살아서 그리스도와 함께 천 년을 통치하더라.”(계 20:4) 아니라

     마지막으로,  일곱번 째 부활은 죽은 자들의 부활이다. 계시록 20장 11-13절에 니티나 있다. 하나님의 백보좌에서 심판을 받기 위하여 하나님의 보좌 앞에 서서 자기들의 행위를 따라 심판을 받을 것이며 누구든지 생명의 책에 기록되지 않은 자는 불못게 던져지게 될 것이다. 지금 예수 그리스도를 믿지 않고 있다가 죽게 되면 이때에 죽은자들의 부활에 참여하게 되어 불못으로 떨어지게 되는 것이다. 이때에는 하늘과 땅도 사라지고 없을 것이며, 서 있을 장소도 찾아볼 수 없게 될 것이다. 그러므로 지금이 은혜 받을 때요 구원받을 때인 것이다. 아멘! 할렐루야!

Meditation of the week: psalms 16:1-11

Subject: Do you believe in the resurrection of Jesus’ body?

         What kind of people are Christians? They believe in Jesus that died for them according to the scriptures; and also believe that he was buried and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures. Even though someone cone to church to attend worship service as well as bible study, if he doesn’t believe in Jesus that resurrected from the dead, he has to be classified as a religious man instead of Christian. Apostle Paul wrote a letter to the people in Rome saying, ^“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.”(Romans 10:9-11)  He also testified to the Ephesians of Christians saying, “Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:”(Eph. 1:20, 21)

He meant, whosoever confesses that they believe in God, they should believe in God that raised the Lord Jesus Christ from the dead.

       IN the main passage, of resurrection of Jesus, Apostle Paul said, his ministry shall be in vain without the resurrection of Jesus; If Christ that is God had not rose again from the dead, there is no way for us to rise again from the dead. And our faith shall be in vain; and the gospel of Christ that we preach shall be lie; and we shall be in sins to be destroyed; and also they that died in Christ shall be destroyed as well. Therefore, if we only hope for the current life that is for seventy or eighty years only, we are of all men most miserable just as psychos.

       The scriptures testify of seven different resurrections including Jesus’:

       The first one is the resurrection of the body of Jesus Christ from the dead. But unfortunately, many people in the modern society are not willing to believe his resurrection; even some church goers as well as some theologians don’t believe in the resurrection of the body of Christ. But the resurrection of Jesus means the one of his body literally. Jesus said to his disciples after resurrection, “……a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have.”(Luke 24:39)

What is the totally different thing between Christianity and other religions? It is that the Savior of Christians rose again from the dead out of the grave. If someone could find out any one of the bones of Jesus, even Christianity should be one of religions as others; and our faith shall be worthless at all.

What is the greatest news in the history of the world? The news has neither broadcasted through any radio station nor any TV channel, nor run in the magazines such as LIFE, News Week, or Times. The greatest news was broadcasted out of the grave. When several women tried to find out the body of Jesus, an angel told them, ^“He is not here: for he is risen, as he said.”(Matt. 28:6) Now, we are looking at our corruptible body, this corruptible shall put on the incorruptible one. There has never been such kind of news at all in the mass media in the world, and never in the future.

       We find out the second kind of resurrection in the verse 23, in the same chapter as said, “Christ the first fruits” The word of first fruits is plural form; first fruits instead of first fruit. In other word, someone also must have risen again from the dead with Jesus Christ. The scriptures testifies of the second resurrection:  ^“And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent; And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose, And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many.”(Matt. 27:51-53)

Yea! The saints of the Old Testament rose again with Christ Jesus. The scripture also testifies that they came out of the graves, and entered into Jerusalem, and appeared unto many people.

       The third resurrection is the spiritual resurrection of the Christians when they are born again of the Holy Ghost transferred from the natural men. In other word, their dead spirit revived as said in the scriptures:   ^“But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:”(Eph. 2:4-6)

Jesus Christ took away all sins of the word through his blood to save the believers of him, and sent the Holy Ghost, and gave them the eternal life. They actually resurrected from the dead spirit when they believed in Jesus Christ. All men are spiritually dead before they are born again of the Spirit. There happen two things when man born again of the Spirit; the first one is to be dead unto sin, and the second one is to be alive unto God as said in the scriptures: ^“For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God. Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.”(Romans 6:10, 11)

        The fourth resurrection shall be the great one. This is called as “Rapture” as well. The scriptures testify of this one as well:  ^“For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words.”(1Thes. 4:16-18)

The scripture also testifies of the resurrection of the saints of the New Testament in Romans as well:   ^“But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.”(Romans 8:11)

Yea! In the day of Rapture or Translation of our body, we shall be lifted into the third heaven where the throne of God putting on immortal and incorruptible body in a twinkling of eyes. A supernatural power not comparable to any rocket in the earth shall translate our body to the heaven. (1Cor. 15:51-55)

       The fifth resurrection shall be done through the restoration of Israel through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. This is the resurrection of one nation. Apostle Paul testified of this one: ^“For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in. And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:”(Romans 11:25, 26)  

The LORD God took prophet Ezekiel to the valley filled with dry bones, and asked him saying, “Son of man, can these bones live?”(Ez. 37:3) When Ezekiel prophesied as God asked, the bones revived to be a great army.  God said unto him,  saying that those bones are the whole house of Israel; God foretold him to save Israel at the end of the Great Tribulation when Jesus Christ appears in the land of Israel again. Israel had lost their nationality since B.C. 606 through the captivity of Babylon. They had been dead as dry bones for 2,500 years until they returned the home land to stand again in the year of 1948. They shall be resurrected as a nation, when they repent to receive the Lord Jesus Christ as their Messiah; then they shall be the nation of priest in the Millennium of Jesus Christ for thousand years.

       The sixth resurrection is written in the Book of Revelation chapter 11. Moses and Elijah shall appear again in the Great tribulation, and shall smite the earth with all plagues through the supernatural power against the Anti-Christ. They shall be killed by the Anti-Christ; and they shall rise again from the dead the third day, and shall ascend up to heaven:

   ^“And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them.”(Rev. 11:12)

The saint of the Tribulation shall also be resurrected; they never worshipped the beast that is Anti-Christ, and not received his mark on their forehead, or in their hands to be beheaded. Apostle John testified of them: “….I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.”(Rev. 20:4)

       Finally, the seventh resurrection shall be the resurrection of the dead. The book of revelation, chapter 20, verses 11-13 testifies of it. The dead shall be judged at the white throne of God according to their works. And whosoever is not found written in the book of life shall be cast into the lake of fire. Whosoever not believes in Jesus Christ, and die shall be this unfortunate resurrection of the dead to be cast into the lake of fire. Then the earth and the heaven shall flee away; so they shall not any place to stand. Therefore this is the time to receive the grace and salvation. Amen! Hallelujah!
