금주의 묵상: 시편 119:89-112

본문: 디모데후서 3:16-4:5

제목: 하나님의 영감으로 된 모든 성경이 쓰여진 목적

      하나님께서 사람을 지으실 때에 그의 콧구멍 속으로 생영의 호흡을 불어넣으시니 사람이 살아있는 혼이 되었다(창 2:7). 하나님께서 땅으로부터 들의 모든 짐승과 공중의 모든 새를 지으시고 아담이 어떻게 그들을 부르는가 보시려고 그들을 아담에게로 데려오시니, 아담이  모든 생물을 무엇이라고 부르든지 그것이 그 이름이 되었다고 성경을 말씀하신다 (창 2:19). 다시 말해서 하나님의 영감을 아담에게 불어넣으셨을 때 아담은 하나님의 생각을 가지고 만물들의 이름을 하나님의 뜻대로 지었던 것이다.

      본문 말씀에서 사도 바울은 목회자 디모데에게 모든 성경은 하나님의 영감으로 주어진 것이라고 증거하고 있다. "영감"은 성령께서 그분의 말씀을 어떤 사람의 입을  통해 불어넣으시고, 그렇게 불어넣어진 말씀이 기록되는 과정을 말하는 것이다. 사도 베드로는 옛 선지자들이 어떻게 하나님의 말씀을 예언했는가에 관해서 "예언은 예전에 사람의 뜻에서 나온 것이 아니요 오직 하나님의 거룩한 사람들이 성령으로 감동을 받아 말한 것이니라."(벧후 1:21)고 증거했다. 옛날 의인이엇던 욥도 "그러나 사람 안에는 영이 있고 전능하신 분의 영감이 사람들에게 깨달음을 주시는도다."(욥 32:8)라고 증거했다.

       그런데 사도 바울은 성령 안에서 증거하기를 이 모든 성경이 기록된 목적은 첫째가 "교리"이며, 그 다음이 책망과 바로잡음과 의로 훈육하기 위함이며 하나님의 사람이 온전하게 되며, 모든 선한 일에 구비되게 하려 함이라고 증거하고 있다. 특히 교리에 대하여 사도 바울이 증거하는 것은 마지막 때가 이르게 될 때 사람들이 건전한 교리를 견디지 못하게 되어 그들 자신의 정욕에 따라 가려운 귀를 즐겁게 해 줄 선생들을 많이 두리라고 증거함으로써 마지막 때가 되면 건전한 교리가 소멸될 것을 예언하고 있는 것이다. 그렇다면 건전한 교리를 견디지 못한다는 것은 무슨 뜻인가? 다시 말해서 마지막 때에 하나님의 뜻이 하늘과 땅에 어떻게 이루어질 것인가에 대한 예언을 깨닫지도 못하고 설사 깨달았다 할지라도 사람들의 귀를 즐겁게 해 주려고 하나님의 예언의 말씀을 전하지 않고 꾸며낸 사람의 이야기를 말하는 때가 올 것을 말씀하고 있는 것이다.

        오늘날 우리들이 살고 있는 이 시대에 이 예언이 이루어지고 있는 것을 본다. 하나님의 말씀 속에 있는 건전한 교리는 마치 사람의 몸 안에 있는 척추와 같아서 척추에 이상이 생기면 몸 전체가 병들게 되는 것처럼 하나님의 말씀 속에 있는 건전한 교리를 깨닫지 못하게 되면 영적으로 소경이 되며, 영적인 중풍병자도 되며, 심지어는 영적인 문둥병자도 될 수 있는 것이다.   그렇다면 건전한 교리들, 다시 말해서 앞으로 되어질 하나님의 계획들이 어디에 있는 것인가? 두 말할 것도 없이 창세기로부터 요한계시록 전체에 걸친 모든 성경 말씀 속에 들어있는 것이다. 하나님께서는 첫 사람이 뱀의 유혹을 받아 죄를 지은 순간부터 하나님께서는 요한계시록까지 모든 성경을 자신의 종들에게 영감을 불어넣으셔서 교리와 책망과 바로잡음과 의로 훈육하기에 유익하게 하시기 위해 미리 계획하셨던 것이다. 그러므로 하나님께서 최초로 세우신 교리에 의한 하나님의 계획은 마귀를 멸하시는 것이었다: "내가 너와 여자 사이에, 또 네 씨와  그녀의 씨 사이에 적의를 두리니, 그녀의 씨는 너의 머리를 부술 것이요, 너는  그의 발꿈치를 부술 것이라."(창 3;15)

        그후부터 하나님께서는 여자의 씨가 나타나게 하시기 위하여 아벨을 부르시고, 노아를 부르시고, 아브라함을 부르시고, 이삭과 야곱을 부르시고, 모세를 부르시고, 다윗을 부르시고 그를 여인인 이스라엘의 왕으로 부르시고 하나님께서는 그의 선지자들에게 영감을 불어넣으시고 그들로 하여금 앞으로 여인의 씨가 어떻게 나타나서 마귀의 일을 멸할 것을 예언하게 하신 것이다. 이 모든 예언의 말씀들인 교리들이 구약성경 안에 하나님의 영감으로 기록되어있는 것이다. 이 예언의 말씀들 중에는 이루어진 것들도 있고 앞으로 이루어질 것들도 있는 것이다. 이미 이루어진 것들을 통하여 지금까지 이루어지지 않은 일들도 분명히 이루어질 것으로 믿어지게 하시는 바  하나님의 모든 예언의 말씀들은 미래의 역사인 것이다.

        마침내 여인의 씨로 나타나신 예수 그리스도께서 사 천 년이 지난 어느날 나타나셔서 죽은지 나흘이 지나서 썩어 냄새나는 나사로를 살리시기 전에, "나는 부활이요 생명이니 나를 믿는 자는 죽어도 살 것이며 또 살아서 나를 믿는 자는 영원히 죽지 아니하리라. 네가 이것을 믿느냐?"(요 11:25)라고 마르다에게 물으셨다. 창조주이신 예수 그리스도께서 아버지 하나님과 함께 만물을 창조하실 때, 다섯째 날에 "물들은  생명이 있는 동물들과 땅 위 하늘의 넓은 창공에 나는 새를 풍성히 내라."(창 1:20) 하심으로써 최초로 코로 호흡하는 생명체들을 창조하셨다. 여인의 씨이신 예수 그리스도께서는 이 다섯째 날인 인류역사 사천 년이 지난 다섯째 날에 이 땅에 부활이요 생명으로 나타나셨던 것이다.

      마귀를 멸하시는 하나님의 뜻을 이루시기 위하여 이 땅에 나타나신 그분께서는 유대인들에게 "아버지의 왕국이 임하시오며, 아버지의 뜻이 하늘에서와 같이 땅에서도 이루어지이다."(마 6:10)라고 기도할 것을 말씀하심으로써 여인의 씨로 나타나신 자신이 마귀의 머리를 부수심으로써 이 땅에 하나님의 왕국이 임하는 교리의 말씀을 주셨던 것이다. 그 후에 그분께서는 유대인들을 향하여 다시 말씀하시기를 먹을 것 입을 것 염려하지 말고 "오직 너희는 먼저 하나님의 나라(왕국)와 그분의 의를 구하라. 그리하면 이 모든 것을 너희에게 더해 주시리라."(마 6:33)고 다시 한 번 말씀하신 것이다. 다시 말해서 하나님께서 이루실 하나님의 왕국과 그분의 의를 구하는 삶을 살 때 구원을 받으며 하나님의 공급하심을 통하여 하나님의 왕국을 전하는 일을 하는 축복을 받게 됨을 말씀하신 것이다.

       그러면 앞으로 이루어질 교리의 말씀은 무엇인가? 사도 바울은 본문 4장에서 첫째로 하나님과 주 예수 그리스도의 나타나심과 그의 왕국에서 산자들과 죽은 자들을 심판하시는 일인 것이다.

 첫째로 그분의 나타나심은 대환란이 시작되기 전에 거듭난 하나님의 자녀들을 이 땅에서 하늘로 데려가시기 위해 나타나시는 일이다: "주께서 호령과 천사장의 음성과 하나님의 나팔소리와 함께 하늘로부터 친히 내려오시리니 그러면 그리스도 안에서 죽은 자들이 먼저 일어나고 그리고 나서 살아있는 우리도 공중에서 주와 만나기 위해 그들과 함께 구름 속으로 끌려 올라가리니, 그리하여 우리가 영원히 주와 함께 있으리라. 그러므로 이러한 말로 서로 위로하라."(살전 4:16-18)

둘째로, 대 환란 끝에 휴거된 성도들과 함께 마귀를 멸하시기 위하여 나타나셔서 그를 사슬로 묶어 무저갱 속으로 끌어내리시고 세상을 심판하시기 위하여 만왕의 왕, 만주의 주로서 그분의 천년왕국을 세우시기 위하여 나타나시는 일이다: "내가 하늘이 열린 것을 보니 흰말이 보이더라. 그 위에 앉으신 분은 신실과 진실이라 불리며 의로 심판하고 싸우시더라. 그의 눈은 불꽃 같고 머리에는 많은 왕관이 있고 또 한 이름이 기록되어 있는데 그 자신 외에는 아무도 모르며 피에 적신 옷을 입었는데 그의 이름은 하나님의 말씀이라 불리더라. 또 하늘에 있는 군대들은 희고 정결한 세마포를 입고 흰말들을 타고 그를 따르더라. 그의 입에서는 에리한 칼이 나와서 그것으로 민족들을 칠 것이요 또 철장으로 그들을 다스릴 것이며, 그는 전능하신 하나님의 맹렬한 진노의 포도즙틀을 밟으실 것이라. 또 그으이 옷과 낣적다리에 이름이 기록되어 있는데 '만왕의 왕, 또 만주의 주'라 하였더라."(계 19:11-16)

         하나님의 말씀 안에는 하나님의 영감, 즉 생명의 호흡이 들어있다. 그러기에 하나님의 말씀을 읽고 듣고 묵상할 때에 살아있고 양날이 있는 칼같은 말씀이 영과 혼과 관절과 골수를 찔러 가르고 마음의 생각들과 의도들이 드러나게 되는 것이다.(히 4:12) 성령께서는 오늘날 우리들에게도 명령하신다. "너는 말씀을 전파하라. 때를 얻든지 못 얻든지 항상 대비하라. 오래 참음과 교리로 견책하고 책망하고 권고하라." 아멘! 할렐루야!

Meditation of the week: psalms 119:89-112

Subject: The purpose of all scripture written by inspiration of God

       The LORD God formed man of the dust of ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul(Gen. 2:7) And out of ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought  them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever  Adam called every living creature, that was the name of thereof (Gen. 2:19) In other word, Adam had the thoughts of God by inspiration of God breathed into his nostrils  so that he called the name of every creature according to the will of God.

       In the main passage, Apostle Paul testified of all scripture unto Timothy given by inspiration of God. "Inspiration" is a procedure that the Holy Ghost breathes the word of God through the mouth of man so that the word of God may be written. Apostle Peter testified of how old prophets prophesied the word of God: "For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost."(2Pet. 1:21) Job, a righteous man also testified of the inspiration of God:

"But there is a spirit in man: and the inspiration of the Almighty giveth them understanding."(Job 32:8)

        Apostle Paul testified in the Spirit of the purpose of all scripture as "doctrine" the first one, followed by reproof, and for correction, and for instruction in righteousness so that the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works. Of doctrine, he testified, when the end time will come, they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears. Then what he meant saying, "they will not endure sound doctrine"? In other word, they shall not understand the prophesy how the will of God shall be done in heaven and in earth; and even though they understand it, they hate to teach sound doctrine but like to itch the ears of men turning unto fables.

       Nowadays, we see his prophesy as real. Sound doctrine is like back bone in the body of man; if anything wrong in back bone happens, whole body is exposed to all kinds of diseases. If we don't understand the sound doctrine in the word of God, we could be spiritually blind, and or spiritual paralysis, and or spiritual leper. Then, where the doctrine of God that is the plan of God to be happening? They are in all scripture from Genesis through Revelation. Right after the first man sinned tempted by the serpent, the LORD God made the plan to inspire his servants so that they may write all scripture to be profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness from Genesis through Revelation. Therefore, the plan of God according to his first doctrine was to destroy the devil by saying,

"And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel."(Gen. 3:15)

       Thereafter, until the seed of woman appeared, the LORD God called Abel, and Noah, and Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, and Moses, and David as the king of Israel that is the woman; and God breathed his inspiration unto his prophets so that they might prophesy of the seed of woman that might destroy the work of the devil. All these doctrine that had been prophesied has been written in the Old Testament by the inspiration of God. Some of them have already achieved, some of them not yet. Through the things that have been achieved, we have faith of all other prophesy shall be achieved knowing all the word of God as the future history.

       Finally, one day after four thousands years passed by, the Lord Jesus Christ appeared as the seed of woman, and asked Martha before he raised Lazarus after his body was corrupted for four days from the dead, "I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:"(John 11:25) When the Creator, Jesus Christ all things with the Father created all kinds of creature that breath by nose saying,

 "Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven."(Gen. 1:20)

Jesus Christ, the seed of woman appeared as the resurrection and life in the earth in the fifth day, after four thousand years passed by after human history.

       Jesus Christ appeared in the earth to do the will of God of destroying the devil, and spoke to the Jews to pray,

 "Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven."(Matt. 6:10)

He gave the word of doctrine that the kingdom of God come after he bruise the head of the devil. And he spoke again to the Jews so that they may not worry for meat and drinking saying, 

"But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you."(Matt. 6:33)

In other word, they may be saved, and be free from material need by first seeking the kingdom of God and his righteousness.

       Then, what is the word of doctrine to be done in the future before us? Apostle Paul said in first verse in chapter four saying, charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom.

Firstly, his appearing is the day of Christ(Rapture) to take home born again Christian to heaven from the earth:

 "For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

Wherefore comfort one another with these words."(1Thes. 4:16-18)

Secondly, he shall appear after the Great Tribulation with the saints to destroy the devil, and arrest the devil to cast into the bottomless pit, and judge the world as the King of Kings, and Lord of the Lords:

 "And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.

His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.

And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.

And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND Lord OF LORDS."(Rev. 19:11-16)

       There is the inspiration of God that is the breath of life in the word of God. Therefore, when we read the word of God, and hear and meditate: the word of God is quick, and  the powerful, and shaper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart (Heb. 4:12).

The Holy Ghost still commend us to preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. Amen! Hallelujah!
