금주의 묵상:  시편 45:1-17

본문: 고린도후서 11:1-15

제목: 그리스도의 신부에게 주시는 경고의 메세지(다른 예수, 다른 영,  다른 복음)와 신부 단장

      사도 바울은 주님의 심정으로 고린도교회에게 책망하는 메세지를 전하고 있다. 그의 첫 번째 메세지는 하나님의 교회 지체들이 개인적으로 그리스도의 신부가 되는 것이 아니라 교회 전체가 그리스도의 몸으로서 한 순결한 처녀로서 그리스도께 바쳐지는 신부가 되어야 하는 진리를 증거하고 있는 것이다.  에덴 동산에서 아담의 아내인 이브가 뱀의 간계로 남편된 아담으로부터 뱀의 편에 선 것처럼, 마지막 아담이신 예수 그리스도의 신부가 되기 위하여 준비하고 있는 마지막 이브인 하나님의 교회에게 간곡한 그의 염려의 편지를 전하고 있는 것이다. 오늘날 기독교계 안에 옛 뱀인 사탄에게 속아 다른 예수를 전파하고 다른 영을 받고 또 다른 복음을 전파하는 무리들을 보면서 경고의 메세지를 주고 있는 것이다.

      사도 바울은 주님처럼 자신을 낮추고 그들에게 하나님의 복음을 전할 때에 물질적으로 부담을 주지 않으면서 값없이 전했을 때에 그의 언변이 서툴다는 이유로 그들이 자신이 받은 복음을 받아들이지 않고 오히려 자신을 사도로 가장하는 거짓 사도들인 거짓 교사들을 따라가는 것을 보고 심령이 상했던 것이다. 그는 사탄도 자신을 빛의 천사로 가장하기에 사탄의 종들이 의의 종으로 가장하는 것이 큰 일이 아니라고 경고하고 있는 것이다. 또한 그런 거짓 교사인 거짓 사도들의 종말은 그들의 행위대로 될 것이라고 증거하고 있다. 본문에서 주시는 메세지는 비단 사도 바울 시대뿐만 아니라 오늘날 마지막 때를 살고 있는 교회들에게 주시는 메세지인 것이다.

       사도 바울은 예수 그리스도의 죽으심과 장사되심 그리고 부활하심을 믿는 자들게게 영원한 생명을 주시는 은혜의 복음이 하나님께서 얼마나 큰 희생을 치르시고 은혜로 주신 사실을 깨닫지 못하고 하나님의 의(義)보다도 사람의 의를 주장하는 거짓 교사들이 전하는 다른 복음과 다른 예수에 대하여 엄하게 경고하고 있는 것이다. 또한 율법도 모르던 짐승 같았던 이방인들이 믿음으로 거져 받은 복음을 소홀히 여기고 현대판 바리새인들과 사두개인들 그리고 서기관들을 따라 가는 것을 보면서 경건한 질투를 느낀다고 말하고 있다. 단지 주 예수 그리스도를 믿음으로 은혜로 구원받는 이방인들을 볼 때 유대인인 그가 자신의 동족들이 율법을 받았다는 것 하나 때문에 받았던 극심한 고통을 받아야만 했는데, 율법도 하나님도 모르던 이방인들이 예수 그리스도를 믿어 영접하여  은혜로 영원한 생명을 값없이 받고도 귀한 줄 모르는 것을 보면서 그의 심정이 어떠했겠는가?  

       우리가 절대로 잊어서 안되는 것은,  첫째로, 사도 바울은 부활하신 예수 그리스도께서 하늘로부터 그를 직접 부르시고 그에게 은혜의 복음을 맡겨주셨다는 것이다. 이 사실에 대하여 사도 바울은 갈라디아 교회에게 편지할 때 이렇게 증거했다: "그러나 형제들아, 내가 너희에게 알게 하노니 내가 전한 복음은 사람을 따른 것이 아니니라. 나는 그것을 사람에게서 받지도 않았고 배우지도 않았으며 오직 예수 그리스도의 계시를 통하여 된 것이라…..나의 어머니의 태로부터 나를 선별하시고 그의 은혜로 나를 부르신 하나님께서 나로 하여금 이방 가운데 그를 전파하하도록 내 안에 그 아들을 계시하시기를 기뻐하셨을 때에 내가 즉시 혈과 육에 의논하지 아니하고 또 나보다 먼저 사도가 된 그들을 만나려고 예루살렘으로 올라가지도 아니하고 다만 아리비아로 갔다가 다시 다마스커스로 돌아갔노라." (갈 1:11,12,15,16,17)  또한 주님께서는 이 사실을 아나니아라는 제자에게 직접 말씀하셨다: "…그가 이방인들과 왕들과 또 이스라엘 자손들 앞에서 내 이름을 증거하기 위하여 내가 선택한 그릇이라. 그가 나의 이름을 위하여 얼마나 큰 일들로 고통을 받을 것인가를 내가 그에게 보여주겠노라."(행 9:15,16)

      사도 바울은 갈라디아 교회에 아주 중요한 경고의 메세지를 미리 주신 바 있다: "나는 너희가 그리스도의 은혜 안으로 너희를 부르신 분으로부터 그렇게 빨리 떠나 다른 복음을 따르게 됨을 이상히 여기노라. 다른 복음은 없나니 다만 너희를 교란시키는 어떤 사람들이 있어서 그들이 그리스도의 복음을 변개시키려는 것이라. 그러나 우리뿐만 아니라 하늘에서 온 천사라도 우리가 너희에게 전한 것 외에 어떤 다른 복음을 전한다면 그는 저주를 받으리라."(갈 1:6-8) 사도 바울은 로마에 있는 성도들에게 편지할 때 자신이 전파한 은혜의 복음을 "나의 복음"(롬 16:25)이라고 증거하면서 끝을 맺었다.

       하나님께서는 사도 바울을 통하여, 다른 복음을 전하는 자는 누구를 막론하고 저주를 받는다는 엄중한 경고를 주신 것이다. 그렇다면, 다른 복음은 무엇인가?  첫째는, 구원의 조건으로 하나님의 은혜 위에 사람의 행위로 인한 의를 두 번째 조건으로 주장하는 것이며, 둘째로, 구원받은 사람이 행한 죄로 인해 구원을 상실한다는 다른 복음인 것이다. 하나님께서 사람의 의에 대하여 어떻게 말씀하셨는가? 선지자 이사야를 통하여 말씀하셨다: "그러나 우리는 다 불결한 것 같고, 우리의 모든 의(義)는 더러운 걸레 같으며, 또한 우리는 다 잎사귀처럼 시들며 우리의 죄악들은 바람처럼 우리를 옮겨갔나이다."(사 64:6)

 100% 예수 그리스도의 피를 통해서 주신 은혜에 어떻게 사람의 의를 섞을 수 있겠는가?

       요즈음에 다른 복음을 전하는 사람들이 한 목소리로 말하는 것은   사도 바울이 전한 복음이 잘못된 것이라는 것이다. 그들은 자신들이 무지함을 드러내고 있는 바, 예수 그리스도께서 그에게 은혜의 복음에 대하여 직접 계시하신 것을 모르고 있는 것이다. 그들은 사도 바울 당시에 있었던 거짓 사도들과 교사들처럼 여전히 사도 바울을 공격하고 있는 것이다. 성경이 말씀하시는 구원의 결과는  "사람이 물과 성령으로 태어나지 아니하면 하나님의 나라(왕국)에 들어갈 수 없다."(요 3:5)는  것이다.  다른 복음을 전하는 사람들은 거듭남이 무엇인지 알지 못하는 사람들이다. 그들이 거듭난 경험이 없기 때문에 육신적인 생각으로 사람의 의를 주장하면서 자신들은 마음으로도 마치 죄를 하나도 짓지 않는 성인처럼 행세하는 것이다. 거듭남은 주님의 말씀처럼 하나님의 왕국에 들어가는 것이다. 거듭난 사람이 구원을 잃어버린다고 주장하며 다른 복음을 전하는 사람들은 마치 자신이 어머니 태 속으로 다시 들어가게 될 수 있다고 헛소리를 하면서 다른 사람들 역시 그렇게 될 수 있다고 말하는 정신나간 사람들인 것이다.

       성경에서 성령으로 거듭난 그리스도인들에게 나타나는 변화에 대하여 어떻게 말씀하시는가? 사도 바울은 에베소 교회에 편지하면서 "죄들 가운데 죽었던 우리를 그리스도와 함께 살리셨으니 (너희가 은혜로 구원을 받은 것이니라.) 또 함께 일으키사 그리스도 예수 안에서 천상에 함께 앉히셨으니."(엡 2:5,6)라고 증거했다. 또한 로마에 있는 성도들에게도 은혜에 대하여 분명하게 증거했다:"은혜로 된 것이면 더 이상 행위가 아니니 그렇지 아니하면 은혜가 더 이상 은혜가 아니니라. 그러나 행위로 된 것이면 그것은 더 이상 은혜가 아니니 그렇지 아니하면 행위는 더 이상 행위가 아니니라.'(롬 11:6)

     "그러므로 이제 예수 그리스도 예수 안에 있는 자들에게는 결코 정죄함이 없나니, 그들은 육신을 따라 행하지 아니하고 성령을 따라 행하느니라. 이는 그리스도 예수 안에 있는 생명의 성령의 법이 죄와 사망의 법에서 나를 해방시켰기 때문이라."(롬 8:1,2)  

         그러므로, 성령으로 다시 태어난 사람은 영적으로 이미 세상으로부터 나와 생명의 성령이 있는 하나님의 왕국 안으로 들어갔다는 확실한 증거인 것이다. 이는 하나님의 왕국 안에서 성령으로 다시 태어나서 새 피조물(고후 5:17)이 된 사람만이 말할 수 있는 증거인 것이다. 이에 대하여 사도 요한도 "하나님의 아들을 믿는 자는 자기 안에 증거가 있고, 하나님을 믿지 않는 자는 하나님을 거짓말쟁이로 만드나니 이는 하나님께서 그 아들에 관하여 주신 증거를 믿지 아니하기 때문이라. 또 증거는 이것이니, 하나님께서 우리에게 영생을 주신 것과, 이 생명이 그 아들 안에 있다는 것이라."(요일 5:10,11) 사도 바울도 골로새에 있는 거듭난 성도들에게 "그분께서 우리를 흑암의 권세로부터 구하여 내셔서 그분의 사랑하는 아들의 나라(왕국)로 옮겨주셨으니 그 안에서 우리가 그의 보혈을 통하여 구속, 곧 죄들의 용서함을 받았느니라."(골 1:15,16)고 확실하게 증거했다. 또 무슨 말이 더 필요하겠는가? 거듭난 그리스도인들은 이미 세상 사람이 아니고 하늘에 있는 하나님의 왕국 안에 영적으로 들어간 자들이기에 그들 안에 의와 화평과 기쁨이 있는 하나님의 왕국(롬 14:17)에서 이미 영생을 누리는 자들인 것이다.

        거듭난 성도들이 한 순결한 처녀로 그리스도께  바쳐지기 위하여 신부로 단장해서 주님을 만날 때에 그분과 같이 되어야 하는 소망 속에 살아야 하며 그 분 안에서 이 소망을 가진 사람은 누구나 그분이 정결하신 것처럼 자신을 정결케 한다 (요일 3:1-3)고 사도 요한이 증거했다. 사도 바울도 이 소망이 있는 사람들 안에 그리스도의 형상이 이루어져야 하는 것에 대하여 증거하면서 "나의 어린 자녀들아, 너희 안에 그리스도가 형성될 때까지 내가 다시 산고를 치르노라."(갈 4:19)고 갈라디아 교회에 편지했다. 그리스도의 형상은 어떤 모습인가? 은혜와 진리로 충만힌 모습인 것이다 (요 1:14). 은혜가 무엇인가? 은혜로 구원받은 첫 사랑으로 생명을 주신 성령 안에 충만하여 그 은혜를 전하여 죄인들을 예수 그리스도의 왕국으로 인도하는 것이 아니겠는가? 진리는 무엇인가? 주님께서 마지막 기도 가운데 친히 말씀하셨다: "아버지의 진리로 그들을 거룩하게 하여 주옵소서, 아버지의 말씀은 진리니이다."(요 17:17) 그렇다! 신부 단장은 진리의 말씀으로 하는 것이다. 사도 베드로는 "너희가 성령을 통하여 진리에 순종함으로써 너희 혼들을 정결케 하여 가식 없는 형제 사랑에 이르렀으니 순결한 마음으로 서로 뜨겁게 사랑하라."(벧전 1:22)고 권면했다. 사도 바울도 에베소 교회에게 "이는 그가 교회를 말씀에 의한 물로 씻어 거룩하게 하시고 깨끗하게 하사 자기 앞에 영광스러운 교회로 나타내서 점이나 주름진 것이나 또는 그러한 것들이 없이 거룩하고 흠 없게 하려 하심이라."(엡 5:26,27)고 권면했다.

       그렇다!  그리스도의 신부는 은혜와 진리인 하나님의 말씀으로 전신 갑옷을 입어야 하는 것이다. 이것만이 옛날 아담의 신부처럼 옛 뱀인 마귀에게 속아 부패되지 않고 거룩한 세마포로 단장하게 되는 것이다. 창세기로부터 요한계시록에 이르기까지 모든 말씀을 읽고 듣고 묵상하여 말씀이 육신이 되는 것이 바로 신부로 아름답게 단장하는 유일한 길인 것이다. 아멘! 할렐루야!

Meditation of the week: Psalms 45:1-17

Subject: Warning message given unto the bride of Christ (another Jesus, another spirit and another gospel) and sanctification of the bride

        Apostle Paul is giving a warning message unto the church of Corinthians in the heart of the Lord Jesus. His first message is that the bride of Christ is not individual matter, but the whole church as the body of Christ should be presented as a chaste virgin to Christ.

         As Eve, the wife of Adam was deceived by the serpent in Eden so that she stood in the side of the devil, he is appealing his sincere heart unto the last Eve that is the church of God that is preparing to be the bride of the last Adam that is Jesus Christ. Even nowadays, seeing them that are deceived by the devil to preach another Jesus, and to receive another spirit,  and to preach another gospel, Apostle Paul is warning unto them.

       Apostle Paul humbled himself as Jesus to preach the gospel of God not chargeable to no man; then they was willing to follow the false apostles not receiving the gospel that he preached because of his speech. He was brokenhearted because of them. He warned that Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light; and therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whom end shall be according to their works. The message in the main passage is not only for them that lived in the days of Apostle Paul, but also for the churches of God in the end time.

       Apostle Paul is warning against another gospel that is preached by the false teachers that tries to insist the righteousness of man rather than the righteousness of God not understanding the greatness of the gospel of grace that was made through great sacrifice of God that gives eternal life unto them that believes the death of Christ and his burial and resurrection.

He also was jealous over the Gentiles that were ignorant of the law as beasts and considered the gospel of grace received by faith to follow the modern Pharisees and Sadducees and Scribes. Seeing the Gentiles that are saved by grace, but they were not aware of the great worth of the gospel  that gave them eternal life freely,  how much he must have brokenhearted remembering severe suffering of the Jews just because they had received the law of God.

        There is something very important for us not to forget:

First, Jesus Christ called Apostle Paul from heaven, and gave him the gospel of grace for him to preach. He testified of this to the Galatians:

"But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man. For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ…. But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother's womb, and called me by his grace, To reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the heathen; immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood:

Neither went I up to Jerusalem to them which were apostles before me; but I went into Arabia, and returned again unto Damascus."(Gal. 1:11,12,15,16,17)

And Jesus Christ testified of him unto Ananias, a disciple in Damascus saying, "….. he is a chosen vessel unto me, to bear my name before the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel:

For I will shew him how great things he must suffer for my name's sake."(Acts 9:15,16)

           Apostle Paul had already given a very important message of warning unto the Galatians: "I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed."(Gal. 1:6-8)

Apostle Paul ended the letter to the Romans saying the gospel of grace as "my gospel"(Romans 16:25).

       God had given a very important warning unto them that preach another gospel whosoever they are through Apostle Paul. Then, what is another gospel?

First, the righteousness of man is added as the condition of salvation on the top of the grace of God.

Second, salvation could be lost because of the work of man when they sin. How God mentioned about the righteousness of man? He spoke about it through prophet Isaiah: "But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away"(Isa. 64:6)

How dare can anyone mix the righteousness of man with hundred percent of  grace that is given through the blood of Jesus Christ?

       Recently, they that preach another gospel are even accusing Apostle Paul as a false preacher  not knowing that Jesus Christ gave him revelation of the gospel of grace directly. They still are attacking Apostle Paul as the false apostles and false teachers in the days of Apostle Paul. The result of salvation according to the scriptures is as the word of Jesus:

"Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God."(John 3:5)

They that preach another gospel are ignorant of regeneration (born again of the Spirit). They pretend themselves as the saints that they have never sinned even in their heart at all. The regeneration is to enter into the kingdom of God. They that preach another gospel of losing salvation are insanely speaking in vain as if they could enter into their mothers' womb again, and even other people can.

         How the scriptures are talking about the change happening unto   born again born again Christians of the Spirit? Apostle Paul testified of it unto the saints of Ephesians:

"Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:"(Eph. 2:5,6)

He also testified unto the Roman Christians:

"And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then is it no more grace: otherwise work is no more work."(Rom. 11:6)

"There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death."(Rom. 8:1,2)

What he means? The born again Christians had already come out of the world spiritually, and entered into the kingdom of God where the Spirit of life is. This is the testimony that only they that became new creature (2Cor. 5:17) that was born again in the kingdom of God. Apostle John testified of this truth:

"He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son. And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son."(1John 5:10,11)

Apostle Paul again testified unto the Colossians clearly saying, "Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins."(Col. 1:15,16)

It must be waste of time, if we talk about it further. They that are born again of the Spirit no more belong to the world, but the citizens of heavenly kingdom spiritually so that they rejoice of the righteousness, peace and joy already in the eternal life in the Holy Ghost.

       For the born again Christians to be presented as a chaste virgin to Christ, they have to live in the hope to be like Jesus Christ through sanctification; and every man that has this hope in him purifies himself, even as he is pure as testified by Apostle John (1John 3:1-3). Apostle Paul also testified unto Galatians of forming Christ in them that have this hope: "My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you,"(Gal. 4:19)

        What is the form of Christ? He was full of grace and truth(John 1:14).

Then, what is grace? It is the fullness of the first love in the Spirit preaching the gospel of grace sinners to invite them into the kingdom of God. Then, what is truth? Jesus the Lord himself spoke about in his last prayer: "Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth."(John 17:17) Yea! Sanctification of the bride of Christ is made through the word of truth. Apostle Peter encouraged Christians saying, "Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:"(1Pet. 1:22)

       Apostle Paul encouraged Ephesians saying, "That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish."(Eph. 5:26,27)

     Yea! The bride of Christ has to put on the whole armor of the word of God. This is the only way not to be deceived and not to be corrupted, but rather to be sanctified to cleans the holy white linen. This is the only way to read all the words of God from Genesis through Revelation, and hear and meditation also so that the word of God manifested in flesh. Amen ! Hallelujah!
