금주의 묵상: 시편 42:1-11

본문: 디모데후서 3:16-17

제목: 성경이 말씀하시는 교리

       하나님께서는 신구약 성경 전체를 통하여 교리에 대하여 말씀하신다. 현대 교회들이 성경에 있는 교리를 떠나 교단 교리로 성경 교리를 대체하게 되어 대부분의 종들과 그리스도인들이 교리가 무엇을 의미하는지 모르고 있으며 또한 성경에서 말씀하시는 교리가 무엇인지도 모르며 성경 말씀안에 있는 교리들 대부분 영적으로 해석하여 실상은 종교적인 인성 교육으로 전락하는 것을 본다. 교리 없는 교훈과 책망은 사람의 계명으로 끝나게 되며 더 이상 기독교가 아닌 종교로 전락하게 되는 것이다.

       신구약 성경 전체를 통하여 아버지 하나님과 아들 하나님과 성령께서 말씀하신 교리의 말씀을 상고함으로써 성경에서 말씀하시는 교리가 무엇인지 깨달아야 하는 것이다. 아주 쉬운 말로 표현한다면, 교리는 사람의 척추에 해당한다고 할 수 있다. 사람의 오장육부가 신경 시스템을 통하여 모두 척추와 연결이 되어 있기 때문에 척추가 잘못되면 모든 오장육부에 이상이 생겨나게 되어 면역력이 떨어지게 되고 온갖 질병이 찾아오게 된다. 마찬가지로 성경에 나타난 교리를 모르게 되면 비록 예수 그리스도를 믿어 영접하여 성령으로 거듭났을지라도 점점 영적인 능력이 소멸되고 온갖 영적인 병에 시달리게 되면서 능력을 상실하게 되는 것이다. 이로 인하여 하나님의 전신갑주를 입지 못하여 영적으로 면역력 없는 나약한 그리스도인이 되는 것이다.

     첫째로, 구약에서 말씀하시는 교리에 대한 말씀을 들어보자. 하나님께서는 "나의 교리가 비처럼 내릴 것이요, 내 말은 이슬처럼 맺힐 것이며 연한 풀잎 위에 이슬비 같고 풀밭에 소나기 같으리로다."(신 32:2)라고 말씀하셨다. 또한 잠언 기자는 "내가 너에게 선한 교리를 주노니, 나의 법을 버리지 말라."(잠 4:2) 또한 선지자 이사야를 통하여 말씀하셨다: "그가 누구에게 교리를 깨닫게 해 줄 것인가? 젖을 떼고 젖가슴에서 물러난 자들에게로다."(사 28:9)

이 말씀이 무엇을 뜻하는가? 오늘날 성령으로 거듭나서 생명을 받은 사람은 우선 먼저 성경 교리를 깨달아야 한다는 것이다.  선지자 이사야는 영이 잘못된 자들이 교리를 배움으로써 명철하게 되고 불평하지 않게 된다고 증거했다(사 29:24).

      둘째로, 하나님께서 육신으로 나타나신 하나님의 독생자이신 예수께서 교리에 대하여 어떻게 말씀하셨는가? 예수께서 말씀하실 때마다 백성들이 그의 교리에 놀랐다고 마태는 증거하고 있다(마 7:28) 예수께서는 자기에게 나아오는 유대인들에게 선지자 이사야가 예언한 말을 인용하시면서 "이 백성이 입으로는 나에게 다가오고, 또 입술로는 나를 공경하여도 그들의 마음은 내게서 멀도다. 사람들의 계명들을 교리들로 가르치니, 그들이 나를 헛되이 경배하는도다."(마 15:8,9)라고 책망하셨다. 또한 사람들의 계명들을 교리들로 가르치는 바리새인들과 사두개인들의 교리를 조심하라고 말씀하셨다 (마 16:12). 사람들이 주님의 교리에 놀란 것에 대하여 마가는 "주께서 가르치시는 것이 권위있는 분 같고 서기관들과 같지 아니하기 때문이라."(막 1:22)고 증거했다. 예수께서는 유대인들에게 많은 것을 비유로 가르치시기도 하셨으며 그의 교리로 말씀하셨다(막 4:2) 서기관들과 선임 제사장들이 예수님을 두려워함으로 그분을 죽이려 했던 이유는 모든 백성이 주님의 교리에 놀랐기 때문이라고 증거했다(막11:18)

       또한 주님께서 백성들에게 그의 교리로 말씀하실 때에 서기관들을 조심하라고 말씀하시면서 그들은 긴 옷을 입고 다니기를 좋아하며, 시장에서 문안받는 것을 좋아한다고 말씀하셨다(막 12:38). 주님께서는 자신이 기르치시는 교리가 자신의 것이 아니고 자신을 보내신 아버지의 것이라고 말씀하셨다(요 7:16)

      셋째로, 성령께서는 그분의 사도들을 통하여 어떻게 말씀하셨는가? 주님깨서 부활 승천하시고 성령께서 오신 오순절 이후에 성령을 받고 거듭난 그리스도인들이 모였을 때에 그들은 사도들이 가르친 교리와 교제, 빵을 떼는 것과 기도하는 데 전념했다(행 2:42)

사도 바울은 로마에 있는 성도들에게 "너희가 배운 교리에 역행하여 분열을 일으키고 공박하는 자들을 주의하고 그들에게서 떠나라."고 권고했다(롬 16:17) 또한 에베소 교회 성도들에게도 그들이 더 이상 사람들의 속임수와 교활한 술책으로 속이려고 숨어서 기다리는 온갖 교리의 풍조에 밀려 이리저리 다니지 아니한다고 증거했다(엡 4;14). 또한 제자 디모데에게 사람들로 하여금 다른 교리를 가르치지 못하게 하라고 권면했다(딤전 1:3).

       사도 바울은 마지막 때에 일어날 일에 대하여 성령께서 하시는 음성을 전하면서 "마지막 때에 어떤 자들이 믿음에서 떠나 미혹하는 영들과 마귀들의 교리를 따르리라…혼인을 금화고 음식을 삼가라고 명하리니, 이 음식은 하나님께서 진리를 믿고 아는 사람들이 감사함으로 받도록 지으신 것이라."(딤전 4:1,3)고 증거했다. 또한 사도 바울은 목회자 디모데에게 "읽는 것과 권고하는 것과, 교리에 전념하라….네 자신과 교리에 주의하고 이 일들을 계속하라."(딤전 4:13,16)고 말씀했다. 또한 "누군가가 다르게 가르치며 건전한 말씀, 곧 우리 주 예수 그리스도의 말씀과 경건에 따른 교리에 일치하지 아니하면 그는 교만해서 아무 것도 아는 것이없다."(딤전6:3,4)고 말씀했다. 그는 목회자 디모데에게 "너는 말씀을 전파하라. 때를 얻든지 못 얻든지 항상 대비하라. 모든 오래 참음과 교리로 견책하며 책망하고 권고하라. 때가 이르리니 사람들이 건전한 교리를 견디지 못하고, 그들  자신의 정욕에 따라 가려운 귀를 즐겁게 해줄 선생들을 많이 두리라, 또한 그들이 그들의 귀를 진리에서 돌이켜 꾸며낸 이야기로 돌리리라."(딤후 4:2-4)고 경고했다. 사도 바울은 히브리인 성도들에게 편지할 때에 "그러므로 우리가 그리스도에 대한 교리의 기초를 떠나 온전함을 향해 나아가야 하리니, 죽은 행실들에서 회개함과 하나님을 향한 믿음과 침례들과 영원한 심판에 대한 교리의 기초를 다시 놓지 말지니라."(히6:1-2)고 우유만 먹는 어린 그리스도인들에게 권면했다.

         그렇다면 주님께서 초림하셨을 때 전하셨던 교리가 무엇인가? 그분께서 자신의 교리를 전할 때마다 사람들은 "이 말씀은 어렵도다 누가 그것을 들을 수 있겠느냐?" (요 6:60)고 말하면서 무리들이 떠났다. 성경말씀의 교리들은 성령으로 거듭나지 아니하면 어렵게 들리기 마련인 것이다. 하나님의 교리의 말씀은 모두가 앞으로 하늘과 땅에 임할 문자적이고 물리적인 하나님의 왕국에 대한 말씀이기 때문이다. 이로 인하여 밤에 주님을 찾아온 니고데모에게 "사람이 거듭나지 아니하면 하나님의 나라(왕국)을 볼 수 없느니라….사람이 물과 성령으로 태어나지 아니하면 하나님의 나라(왕국)에 들어갈 수 없느니라."(요 3:3,5)고 말씀하신 것이다.

       그렇다! 성경말씀 안에 있는 교리의 주제는 하나님의 왕국인 것이다. 그러기에 거듭난 후에 성경교리를 우유로부터 단단한  음식까지 먹어서 하나님의 말씀으로 전신갑옷을 입고 능력을 가지고 임할 하나님의 나라(왕국)에 대하여 담대하게 전해야 하는 것이다.  그러므로 사도 바울은 그리스도의 일꾼으로 부름받은 종들은 돈을 맡아 관리하는 자들이 아니라 하나님의 신비를 맡은 청지기로 여긴 바 되었으며 청지기에게 요청되는 것은 무엇보다도 신실한 사람으로 발견되는 것이라고 증거했다(고전 4:1,2). 하나님의 일꾼은 하나님의 말씀을 가르치는 자들이며 제일 먼저 가르쳐야 하는 것은 성경 교리에 관한 말씀인 것이다. 하나님의 교리의 말씀은 신비로운 것이기에  하나님의 영이 없으면 알 수 없는 것이다. 그러므로 그리스도의 일꾼들은 복음을 전하여 성도들을 거듭나게한 후에 하나님의 신비의 교리들을 가르쳐야 하는 것이다.

       하나님께서 동정녀의 몸에서 성령으로 태어나신 경건의 신비(딤전 3:16)의 교리를 가르쳐야 한다.  또한 믿는 자 안에 그리스도께서 내주 하시는 신비의 교리에 대하여 증거해야 하는 것이다(골 1:26,27). 뿐만 아니라 하나님의 교회와 그리스도가 신랑과 신부처럼 한 몸을 이룬 신비의 교리를 가르쳐야 한다(렙 5:31-33). 또한 앞으로 신랑되신 그리스도께서 신부인 교회를 만나서 혼인하는 그리스도의 날에 있게 될 휴거의 신비의 교리를 가르쳐야 한다 (살전 4:16-18, 고전 15:51-55). 또한 지금도 활동하고 있고 휴거가 일어난 후 대 환란의 때에 이 땅에 일어날 불법의 신비(살후 2:7-10)의 교리를 가르침으로써 한 사람이라도 구원할 수 있도록 전도의 열정을 불어넣어야 하는 것이다. 요한 계시록에 나타난 큰 바벨론의 신비(계 17,18장)의 교리를  가르침으로써 앞으로 나타날 거짓 선지자로서 큰 바벨론이 될 로마 교회의 실체를 보게 하여 그 안에 있는 사람들에게 복음을 전할 수 있게 하여야 하는 것이다. 마지막으로 알으로 이스라엘이 신비롭게 회복되는 신비(롬 11:25-36)의 교리를 가르쳐서 유대인들에게 복음을 전하는 축복을 받도록 해야 하는 것이다.

      결론적으로 성경 교리는 주 예수 그리스도께서 환란 끝에 이 땅에 나타나셔서 세상을 심판하시고 세우실 그리스도의 천년왕국과 그후에 마지막 심판이 끝나서 영원한 새 하늘과 새 땅과 새 예루살렘을 이루시어 그분께서 계획하신 모든 일들이 완성되어 마귀도 없고 죄도 없고 사망도 없고 저주도 없는 영원한 하나님의 왕국이 문자적으로 물리적으로 이루어지는 것을 바라보게 하여야 하는 것이다. 이 믿음을 가진 사람이 바로 능력자이며 이 믿음을 가진 자가 세상을 이기는 자라고 사도 요한이 증거했다. 다시 말해서 예수 그리스도가 하나님의 아들이심을 믿는 자가 세상을 이기는 자라고 증거한 것이다.(요일 5:4,5). 그러므로 믿는 자는 조만간 주 예수 그리스도께서아버지의 뜻을 이 땅에 이루시는 순간을 기다리는 믿음으로 인하여 그분의 왕국이 실상이 됨으로써 그 능력으로 세상을 이기는 것이다. 아멘! 할렐루야!

Subject: The doctrine spoken in the scriptures

       God is speaking unto us of the doctrine through the whole scriptures. Most of the modern churches have been replacing the doctrine of the scriptures with the doctrine of their denomination. As the result of this, most of the servants of the Lord and Christians seem to be ignorant of the doctrine in the scriptures, because they interpret the doctrines in the scriptures spiritually, not literally. This is the reason why modern Christian education has been fallen into religious  human education. Reproof and correction without doctrine are ended up with the commandments of man to make the church of God no more Christianity but ritual organization.

       We are supposed to understand the doctrine in the scriptures spoken by the Father God, the Son of God as well as the Holy Ghost through the whole scriptures. The doctrine in the word of God could be compared to back bone in human body. All the organs are connected to back bone through nerve system. Therefore, if the back bone not functions normally, all the organs lose the normal function to make the immune system of the body weaken resulted in various diseases. In the same way, even though we are bon again of the Spirit of God, if we are ignorant of the doctrine of the scriptures, we are supposed to lose spiritual power (spiritual immune system) to be ended up with troubling in various spiritual diseases without the whole armor of God.

       Firstly, let us listen to the doctrine spoken in the Old Testament.

The LORD God spoke through Moses, "My doctrine shall drop as the rain, my speech shall distil as the dew, as the small rain upon the tender herb, and as the showers upon the grass:"(Deut. 32:2)

And the writer of Proverb said, "For I give you good doctrine, forsake ye not my law."(Prov. 4:2) Prophet Isaiah also spoke of the doctrine "Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts."(Isa. 28:9)

This scripture applies to all the Christians. First of all, all the born again Christians should understand the doctrine of the scriptures. Understanding the doctrine of the scriptures, they that erred in spirit and murmured could have understanding through learning the doctrine and no more murmurs (Isa.29:24)

       Secondly, Let us listen to Jesus, the only begotten Son of God how he spoke of the doctrine. Matthew testified, the people of the Jew were astonished at his doctrine (matt. 7:28). Jesus quoted the prophesy of Isaiah, and spoke unto the Jews, "This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men."(Matt. 15:8,9)

He also warned his disciples of the doctrine of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees, for they taught for doctrines the commandments of men (Matt. 16:12). Mark testified of the reason why people were astonished with doctrine of Jesus saying, "And they were astonished at his doctrine: for he taught them as one that had authority, and not as the scribes."(Mark. 1:22) Jesus taught the Jews many things by parables, and said unto them in his doctrine (mark 4:2).

The scribes and chief priests  sought how they might destroy Jesus, because all the people was astonished at his doctrine (mark 11:18).

       When Jesus said unto his disciples in his doctrine, he asked them to be bewared of the scribes which love to go in long clothing, and love salutation in the market places (Mark 12:38). Jesus said unto the people, My doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me (John 7:16).

       Thirdly, how the Holy Ghost spoke of the doctrine through his apostles? Since the Holy Ghost came to the earth after Jesus rose again and lifted to heaven, bon again Christians gathered together, and

And they continued stedfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.(Acts 2:42)

Apostle Paul encouraged the saints in Rome saying, "Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them."(Rom. 16:7) He also testified unto the saints of Ephesians saying, we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive (Eph. 4;14). He also charged Timothy, his disciple to teach no other doctrine (1Tim. 1:3).

       Relaying the voice of the Holy Ghost of the things to come to pass in the last days, Apostle Paul testified saying, "Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils… Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth."(1Tim. 4:1,3)

And he also charged Timothy, a pastor of the church saying, "Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine.…. Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee."(1Tim. 4:13, 16)

 He also warned him saying,

 "If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness; He is proud, knowing nothing, but doting about questions and strifes of words, whereof cometh envy, strife, railings, evil surmisings,"(1Tim 6:3,4)

And he continued to say,

"Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables."(2Tim. 4:2-4)

Apostle Paul also wrote unto Hebrews saying of the doctrine,

"Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God, Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment."(Heb. 6:1,2)

       Then, what was the doctrine that was taught by Jesus? Whenever he delivered the message of doctrine, people said, "This is an hard saying; who can hear it?"(John 6:60) And they left Jesus. Unless man is  born again of the Spirit of God, the doctrine of the scriptures seems to be difficult to understand, because the word of the doctrine  of God are related to the kingdom of God that comes to pass in heaven and earth physically and literally.  This is the reason why Jesus spoke unto Nicodemus who visited Jesus at night, "Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.….. Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God."(John 3:3,5)

       Yea! the subject of the doctrine in the scriptures is the Kingdom of God. Therefore, whosoever is born of the Spirit of God has to eat all the doctrine of the scriptures from milk to hard meat to wear the whole armor of God to preach the kingdom of God with the power of God.

Therefore, Apostle Paul called the ministers of Christ as the stewards of mysteries of God; and they are required to found faithful (1Cor. 4:1,2)

The ministers of God are responsible for teaching the words of God; the first one to be taught is of the doctrine of scriptures. The doctrine of the word of God is mysterious; and no one understand it without the Spirit of God. Therefore, the ministers of Christ have to preach the gospel to make them be born again; and afterward they have to teach the doctrines of the mystery of God.

       Therefore, they have to teach the mystery of godliness (1Tim. 3;16) testifying of God manifested in flesh from the womb of a virgin. Also have to testify of the mystery of Christ (Col. 1:26, 27)which is dwelling within believers. And also the mystery of relationship between Christ and church of God as husband and wife in one flesh (Eph. 5:31-33). And the mystery of Rapture (1Thes. 4:16-18, 1Cor. 15:51-55) that come to pass in the day of Christ when Christ appears in the air to take his bride home in heaven to be married to the church.

And the mystery of iniquity (2Thes. 2:7-10) that is already working, and shall come to pass in the earth in the days of the Great Tribulation after the rapture happens; they have to encourage the saints to have passion of preaching the gospel so that they win even one soul to the last moment. And the mystery of the Babylon, Great (Rev. 17, 18 chapters); so that the saints in the church may be able to recognize the true picture of Roman Catholic church which is to be transformed as the Great Babylon in the days of the great Tribulation; and so that they have passion of winning souls that are bound within Roman church. Finally, the mystery of Israel (Rom. 11;25-36); so that they receive the blessing of Abraham through preaching the gospel unto the Jews.

       Summarizing the message in the doctrine of the scriptures is the kingdom of God including Millennium of Christ to be established literally and physically at the end of the Great tribulation after the judgment of the Lord Jesus Christ and followed by the eternal kingdom of God :the New heaven and the New earth and New Jerusalem where is no devil, no sin, no death and no curse when all his the word of doctrine is well done completely. The ministers of Christ have to give the vision of the kingdom of God unto the saints in the church which they serve. They that have the faith in the kingdom of God are very ones that have power of God so that they can overcome the world, as testified by Apostle John "This is the victory that overcomes the world, even our faith. Who is he that overcomes the world, but he that believes that Jesus  is the Son of God."(1John 5:4,5). Therefore, they that believe overcome the world with power making the substance that they hope for the kingdom of God to be done in the earth as is in heaven. Amen! Hallelujah!
