The contemplation of the week: Psalm 83: 1-18

Text: Joel 3: 1-8

The title of the book: The United Nations decided to part the promised land to Israel, and coming the  judgment of all nations (Armageddon)  

          On November 29, 1947, the United Nations General Assembly passed a resolution allowing Israel to establish a state. As a result, the following year, May 14, 1948, Israel finally became an independent state recognized by the United Nations. But on November 29, 2016, 69 years later, the United Nations divided the Palestinian land promised by Israel to Israel and decided that both Palestinians and Israel would coexist. According to the Jewish date calculation method, it will be the 70th year since it will include the year that begins. In addition, the United Nations decided not only to leave Israel from Jerusalem occupied after the war on June 6, 1967, but also to withdraw from the Golan Heights. United Nations have decided to enforce this resolution even by using enforced methods.

         The main passage given to us today is a prophecy spoken through the prophet Joel and is a warning message that God will judge all the nations of this world through the battle of Armageddon in the future. The prophet Joel clearly witnesses when the war of this last judgment will take place. God said he would defend his inheritance, Israel. He promised God’s decision to judge the nations of the world when all nations would scatter all Israel among the peoples and part the whole area of the land of Palestine from the land of promise given to Israel through Abraham to the river Euphrates on the north and the river of Egypt on the south.

           This coming  judgment of God is evident by the United Nations resolution to divide the land of Israel and give it to Palestine on 29 November 2016. After this UN resolution, God gave a sign of a warning first. There is a huge cloud pillar on the Golan Heights on the Syrian and Israeli border inside of Syria. Surprised Israeli soldiers took a picture of  the sight and informed the whole world through the face book  and Israel Today magazine. As to this phenomenon, those who have seen this testify that it is divine intervention. A Yafat Romano cried out “Thank you, Father” as the tornado stood on the Syrian border and made a huge cloud of pillar. Another Jew, Natanel Tanaami, testified, “What more do you to believe?” That’s right! God can still see the signs and actions of the Jews.

        God has once again prophesied to all the peoples who are touching the eyes of God through the prophet Zechariah:

” For I, saith the Lord, will be unto her a wall of fire round about, and will be the glory in the midst of her. Ho, ho, come forth, and flee from the land of the north, saith the Lord: for I have spread you abroad as the four winds of the heaven, saith the Lord. Deliver thyself, O Zion, that dwellest with the daughter of Babylon. For thus saith the Lord of hosts; After the glory hath he sent me unto the nations which spoiled you: for he that toucheth you toucheth the apple of his eye.“(2: 5-8)

       God  once again gave a terrible warning through the prophet Zechariah. This is the warning against the United Nations that made resolution to eliminate Israel from Jerusalem recently  

“And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it. “(Zech. 12: 3)

      When Jesus spoke to his disciples on Mount Olivet, he said clearly when there would be a tribulation, and through the Armageddon, who will judge the nations, the world under Satan’s reign will end:

”  Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:  So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.  Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.  Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.“(Matthew 24: 32-35)

         That’s right! The fig tree is a symbol of Israel and the branches are supposed to be flexible in that they will also receive life by believing in the Lord Jesus Christ when the time of fullness of  Gentiles ends in 1948 when Israel was nationally independent . And the fact that the summer is near can be seen as saying about the harvest, that is, the end is near. Also, regarding this generation that the Lord has spoken, we can say that in light of the recent UN decision to part  the land of Israel in 70 years, Moses said, “The days of our years  is seventy” We can see that the time of the will of God is near when the United Nations resolved to divide the land of Israel in seventy years. The Lord is telling the Jews that it is time to say, “Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth as is done in heaven.”

            The Holy Ghost has foretold and prophesied long before that all nations will strike Israel at the end of time:

 “1Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord, and against his anointed, saying, Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us. He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision. Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure.  Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion“(Psalm 2: 1-6)

          The same Holy Ghost let Asaph pray against the nations that are going to drive Israel out of Jerusalem:

” Keep not thou silence, O God: hold not thy peace, and be not still, O God. For, lo, thine enemies make a tumult: and they that hate thee have lifted up the head.They have taken crafty counsel against thy people, and consulted against thy hidden ones. They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation; that the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance. For they have consulted together with one consent: they are confederate against thee:  The tabernacles of Edom, and the Ishmaelites; of Moab, and the Hagarites; Gebal, and Ammon, and Amalek; the Philistines with the inhabitants of Tyre;Assur also is joined with them: they have holpen the children of Lot. Selah. Do unto them as unto the Midianites; as to Sisera, as to Jabin, at the brook of Kishon: Which perished at Endor: they became as dung for the earth. “(Psalm 83: 1-10)

           When you see that God is planning time around Israel, you must not forget that the church of God also moves with the timetable for Israel. Approximately seven years before the judgment of most nations united in the United Nations in Armageddon to achieve  the New World Order, came to realize that the rapture in the air must be  imminent, In order to be prepared as the bride of Christ, we must love each other with warm love and live a life of purity as Jesus is pure. Amen! Hallelujah!
