Meditations of the Week: Psalms 133:1-3

Word of God: Ephesians 1: 1-14

Title: God’s timetable for heaven and earth and our faith

           Not only did God show through His Word that His plan for heaven and earth would come to an end when the time come, but also through the natural revelation in the earthly material system. For example, after the seventh number, you have eight that symbolize infinity. And by creating the sun and the moon, when Sunday through Saturday are over, it will be Sunday again, so that seven days will continue. He also gave people the wisdom to make music and gave them wisdom, and made it possible to make all the music with seven notes, and made the octave sound to infinity.

          God revealed  his  time plan for the first time when he created all things on the earth. The Bible witnesses as this:

 ” Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made. (Genesis 2: 1-3)

             God said He sanctified the seventh day when He rested. The Apostle Peter testified that the Holy One is the only one God:

” But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation;” (1 Peter 1:15)

The seventh day when God rested, God said He made the heavens and the earth complete, and the seventh day, the next day after the completion of all the groups of the heavens, sanctified.

            But unfortunately, the things and the creations that God created on heaven and on earth due to Lucifer’s rebellion against God in the heavens were defiled with sin, death, and curse. The Heavenly Father’s kingdoms, the heavens and the earth, have been corrupted, and God had to recreate all things once again, including those in the heavens and on the earth. As for this God’s plan, God Himself appeared as a man named Jesus.

            Two thousand years before God appeared as a Son of man, he called Abraham and blessed him and promised that all nations would blessed in  him. He then gave his grandson Jacob a new name Israel and chose his descendants as his people. He was  to be the last Adam to die for the sins, deaths, and curses that first Adam received from Lucifer and to plan his people to be once more re-created and master of the earth. In addition, all the Gentiles who believed in Him were to be cleansed by his  own blood and adopted as his children.

             God called Moses and redeemed them from the land of Egypt, and spoke of the seventh day He sanctified them when He gave them the Ten Commandments:

” Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: But the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it. “(Exodus 20: 8-11)

            Fifteen hundred years later,  Jesus finally appeared as the  Son of God, and revealed all things, including the seventh day, when he will recreated all the hosts in heavens and all things including all men on earth, to show that he is the Lord God who sanctified the seventh day. He once spoke to his chosen people Israel to pray about what would happen when the newly created and restored holy Sabbath came:

” Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.” (Matthew 6: 9-10)

           Jesus, looking forward  the new Garden of Eden, in the future where the devil that defiled the heavens and the earth disappears, became the  last Adam so that  his people and children are to be renewed together with all things in his kingdom. He looked at the day when he came, and first he spoke to his people. As well as

He said that the day will be the seventh day that he is going to rest. The Seventh Day in the Ten Commandments The Sabbath was spoken to the people of Israel with a strict commandment that they should not forget the seventh day of their holy Sabbath where their kingdom will be fulfilled in this land. From the seventh day on, it will be the eternal Eighth day of eternal holy days. Therefore, God told the Israelites about the Sabbath day what was between them and God;

” Moreover also I gave them my sabbaths, to be a sign between me and them, that they might know that I am the Lord that sanctify them. (Ezekiel 20:12)

         The Apostle Peter realized and witnessed spiritual truths concerning the work of God created by God:

”   But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.”(2 Peter 3: 8-9).

          Apostle Paul also notified this truth to the Hebrews, realizing that the holy Sabbath of God would come:

” For he spake in a certain place of the seventh day on this wise, And God did rest the seventh day from all his works. And in this place again, If they shall enter into my rest. Seeing therefore it remaineth that some must enter therein, and they to whom it was first preached entered not in because of unbelief: Again, he limiteth a certain day, saying in David, To day, after so long a time; as it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts. For if Jesus had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day. There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God.” (Hebrews 4: 4-9)

               In the main scripture given today, we can more clearly see what the words of the apostle Paul testify to the saints of the Church of Ephesus:

     First, God saw that the heavens were defiled by Lucifer before laying the foundation of the world, and had planned to send Christ Jesus before making the earth in which we live.

        Second, knowing the land to be defiled by Lucifer the devil, God will judge the devil through the death and resurrection of his Son, Christ Jesus, and to destroy his works, sin and death  t make us to be the  new creature, Jews or Gentiles and to be adopted by his own children.

        Third, this God’s plan is saying that when the time comes, the heavens and the earth will be fulfilled. In other words, on the seventh day, the seventh millennium, God will sanctify the heavens and the earth at last. Like Apostle Peter testified not to think the plan of God slow, but  God has been waiting for a thousand years as a day,  for them to repent, to give everyone the same chance.

        Fourth, Apostle Paul testifies that the plan of God according to this timetable is mysterious to man. Also, at this time, he realized the dispensation of God in the fullness of time. And he testified, God gave  the Holy Spirit of promise  so that his children may be able to overcome in the evil world , and sealed with the Spirit.  . God is protecting his children until they put off the body of sin to meet the Lord.

       God will have people to be born during the seventh thousand years of his reign, and those who are left at the final judgment will be blessed to live in eternity to live forever in eternal kingdom of God, where heaven and earth are renewed. Apostle John, who heard the voice of the Lord, testified:

“And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful. And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.     He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.“(Revelation 21: 5-7)

               That’s right! We, who are living in the sixth days planed by God when the six thousand years are almost fulfilled. We have to be aware of the plan of God. We are supposed to rejoice always in the time table of God, not ceasing in prayer. Amen! Hallelujah!
