The Meditations of the Week: Psalm 3: 1-8

Text: Romans 16: 1-27

The title of the Word: God shall bruise Satan under our feet shortly

         The Apostle Paul lists the names of the labours who worked with him in His love for him, writing to the saints in Rome. The sons of Priscilla and Aquila, all the churches of the Gentiles, Epinero, Mary, his relatives, Andronicus and Junia, Amplia, Uvano and Stacu, Apele, Aristobulo, Herodion, All the saints who are with them, the sons of Nerou and his sisters, the sons of Nerou, and the sisters of the sons of the house, Trupena and Truffos, Rufo and his mother, Asa Cristo, Pergon, Hema and their brothers with them, Philo and Yulia. He said to each one of them to salute with a holy kiss.

         He also spoke to his co-workers who were pleased with him when he wrote to the Philippians church. Especially the women who helped him:

” And I entreat thee also, true yokefellow, help those women which laboured with me in the gospel, with Clement also, and with other my fellowlabourers, whose names are in the book of life. Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice. “(Philippians 4: 3-4)

         The apostle Paul spoke a very important warning to the saints who were with him at that time:

” Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them. For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple. “(Romans 16: 17-18)

           The Lord Jesus Christ chose the Apostle Paul specifically to preach the gospel of Christ of grace to all nations. All the doctrines of the Lord Jesus Christ he received from the Lord were unknown but to him. Even Apostle Peter could not have known because he was called to be an apostle of the Jews, and the Apostle Paul was called to be an apostle of the Gentiles who preached the gospel to both Jews and Gentiles. The Apostle Paul testified to the Galatian Saints about the doctrinal words he received from the Lord Jesus Christ:

” For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ. But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man. For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ. “(Galatians 1: 10-12).

             When the Lord who appeared to the Apostle Paul appeared to his disciples Ananias and told to go to Saul  and lay his hands on him, he told Ananias, who was afraid of his past acts of oppression:

” Go thy way: for he is a chosen vessel unto me, to bear my name before the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel: For I will shew him how great things he must suffer for my name’s sake. “(Acts 9: 15-16)

           That’s right! He was greatly persecuted when he preached the gospel of Christ to the Jews, because he delivered the doctrine of the physical circumcision for useless which was commanded them in the Law, that he was eventually accused by the Jews unto death.  Therefore, at that time, the Apostle Paul was regarded as a heretic of the heresy like Jesus. In addition, even the servants of Christ who were saved and received the gospel of Christ were contrary to the circumcision of Christ that the Apostle Paul had received. They were still doing  physical circumcision of the law. The Apostle Paul testified that he was persecuted because he had told them  not to be circumcised physically(Gal. 5:11). At that time, they taught that according to Moses’ ordinance, he would not be saved unless they were circumcised physically(Acts 15: 1, 5).

           The Apostle Paul strongly testified against the Saints in the Galatians because of the many at that time were  against the doctrine they had learned through the Apostle Paul:

 .” I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. “(Galatians 1: 6-8)

        He gave the same warning message when he wrote to Corinthian church:

” For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him.” (II Corinthians 11: 4).

          The Apostle Paul kept the right doctrine and communicated a very important message of blessing to his co-workers:

” And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.” (Romans 16:20).

            That’s right! Only Christians who preach the words of all the doctrines in the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ will be able to bruise Satan under their feet. As to the purpose of Jesus being a man, the Apostle Paul and the Apostle John testified that they would destroy the devil’s work and destroy it (Hebrews 2:14, 1 John 3: 8).

            The old serpent the Devil and the first sin Satan brought from the Garden of Eden was the corruption of the gospel of God’s grace. God told Adam and Eve to freely eat all the fruit of the trees in the garden, and it was a message to eternal life through the grace of God. However, the Devil has changed the gospel of God’s grace by telling a lie saying if they eat the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil, they shall be as gods.

            The Devil has been using his servants ever since and is continuing to change the gospel of the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ. Rome, beheaded the Apostle Paul who preached the true gospel after ruling the world as the king, became the Roman Catholic from the year AD 325 through the Nicene Congregation and mixed human righteousness with the gospel of grace through the Lord Jesus Christ, to make the blood of the Holy Lord Jesus Christ, with the righteousness of a filthy one of man, to believe in another gospel, another Jesus, and receive the spirit of Satan, not the Spirit of Christ. They are putting almost all the Protestant denominations, including seminaries, in their hands, leading them to the path of destruction.

          That’s right! Our Lord Jesus Christ will only recognize  the church of Christians who preach the gospel only given unto the Apostle Paul. Only the true church shall be lifted up into heaven as the bride of Christ when he appears in the air. In addition, at the end of the Great Tribulation, when he comes down as the King of the Kings and , the Lord of Lords, he shall bruise the head of the  old serpent, a red dragon, and the  devil. But the Roman Church, the bride of the devil himself, and all the religions associated with him will go into destruction with him.

          Jesus saw the disciples of the seventy who had returned from the gospel preaching as child, and said a blessing unto them:

”  I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven. Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven. “(Luke 10: 18-20).

            True Christians whose names are written in the book of life will soon be able to trample under Satan’s head and smash his head, but the false Christians, who follow the Roman church, the bride of Satan that is the great Babylon whore, will be crushed under the feet of Satan. The reason they do not believe in Rapture as well as  the Millennial Kingdom is that they received the different spirit who believes that the chief of the Church of Rome is  the Holy Father and the vicars of  Christ. They are not able to meet the Lord Jesus Christ, who appears in the day of Christ, because there is no spirit of Christ in them.

          The very important fact that we need to know is that there is extremely a few that has the hope of Rapture as well as the glory of the rulers in the Millennium Kingdom of Christ preached by Apostle Paul.  . After the Resurrection, Jesus met with eleven disciples in the Mount of Galilee, and ordered them to go to all nations. Our Lord Jesus Christ spoke of a small number of people who shall receive his Spirit through believing on him who died for the sin of the world in the future.:

” Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.” (Luke 12:32)
