Word title: Joyful meeting with departed families in the glorious day of Christ
Apostle Paul wrote to Titus, to whom he had preached the gospel unto salvation to be his spiritual son. He assures us that the Savior Jesus Christ, who is going to appear, is the blessed hope and great God coming in glory.
Apostle Paul testified in great detail about the blessed hope unto the saints of Thessalonian Church, who had been severely persecuted in the midst of preaching the gospel of Christ unto the Jews who never believed in Christ even crucified him. They were only looking for the hope of the day of Christ appearing in the air to take them home in heaven.
Their bodies are already dead in the graves, but their spirits and souls are already up in heaven to meet with the Lord, so they are ahead of them that are alive. The Lord said that He will bring their spirits and souls when the Lord appears in the air. Then they shall rise from the tomb, and the Lord is going to make their spirits and souls to be united with their bodies to bring them unto the image of Christ Jesus.
In addition, he continued to testify of the mystery of the rapture, when they shall meet again with the saints who are alove and ascend together to meet the Lord:
How much comforting message this is especially for them who are living in suffering after they sent their loved ones to heaven ahead of them? What a thrilling moment it shall be when the Lord brings them and the bodies of their beloved ones rise from the grave and appear before them in the presence of them? The day when we meet our beloved wife, husband, children, and the beloved saints who left before will be the most joyful day on earth. It will be the most exciting moment in the human history, because it is not just to meet one another, but in the form of most beautiful figure of thirty-three years old as Jesus. As soon as we meet again, we shall be taken together into the air and ascend to the everlasting home of the celestial jewels decorated with golden jewelry. This is why Apostle Paul said, “Wherefore Comfort one another with these words.”
Apostle Paul also testified of this mysterious day when he wrote to the Corinthian Saints:
Meanwhile, the Saints of Thessalonica, who were severely persecuted in the midst of preaching waiting for Christ’s day and urged them not to be shaken by those who deceived saying when it was coming.
Apostle Paul testified specifically of the signs of the day of Christ, the day of the rapture. The signs are what will happen later in the future. But for us today, the sugns are appearing right before our eyes.
First, he testified that the day would not come without falling away first. Apostasy is not about the people of the world but about apostasy in the churches that believe in God. Falling away is literally falling away from the faith in Jesus Christ. It refers to the loss of salvation from believing in Jesus as the only Christ. To be more specifically speaking, it is the separation from the church of the bride of Christ, to be united with the Roman Catholic Church that is the whore before Christ, being united with the WCC and WEA. Apostasy began more than a hundred years ago, and more than 95% of the world’s churches, including the Korean church, have been falling away from the Christ, and wherefore God could not endure it anymore.
Second, Apostle Paul testified that the day (Christ’s day) would not come without appearing the man of sin (the Antichrist), the son of perdition. Apostle John testified at the end of time that the great Babylon that is Roman Catholic sits onthe beast, the Antichrist (Rev. 17: 3). In other words, the whore, Roman Catholic is preparing to hand over the whole world to the Antichrist, through finalizing Christian apostasy through religious integration. Apostle Paul testified of the Antichrist that shall soon appear:
It is necessary to examine through the Bible who shall be the Antichrist known as the man of sin and the son of perdition. In his last prayer, Jesus spoke of the son of perdition:
Now the apostasy is almost over and Christ will appear in the air as long as the Antichrist, the Son of perdition appears. Apostle Paul encouraged the Saints awaiting the day of Christ, encouraging them what kind of life they should live:
