너를 축복하는 자들에게 내가 복을 주고 너를 저주하는 자를 저주하리라.
네 안에서 땅의 모든 족속들이 복을 받을 것이라." 하셨더라. (창 12:3)

Meditations of the Week: Psalms 5:1-12
Text: Psalms 27:1-14
Title of the Word: Wait On The Lord: Be Of Good Courage, and He Shall Strengthen Thine Heart.
King David, the man of God, suffered throughout his life through his enemies. But he was not afraid by trusting in the Lord God, the only light, salvation, and the power of life  . As to his suffering, he testified that his enemies  had come and fell upon him to eat his flesh. The Holy Spirit spoke through David of the enemies of the Jews to eat the flesh of the Jews at the time of the Great Tribulation in the future. .
He testified about being not afraid of those who oppressed, ” One thing have I desired of the Lord, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to enquire in his temple.“ (Psalm 27: 4).
That is correct! The present world in which the children of God belongs to the church of God today is constantly attacked by all the means and methods of the enemy against the church. Children who become the temple of God through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit can cast out all fear in righteousness, peace and joy in God’s kingdom in the Holy Spirit (Rom. 14:17) by praying unceasingly in the full armor of God.
He testified that when he suffered, God would hide him in his dwelling place, hide himself in the secret place of his tabernacle, and put him on the rock. That is correct! Our Lord Jesus Christ is the rock for us, and he built his church on his own, and we will be able to offer him a sacrifice of joy even in times of hardship, like David, by eating the words of life, And singing to the Lord.
But the man of faith, David, sometimes sought the Lord in his fears when he sinned:
Hear, O Lord, when I cry with my voice: have mercy also upon me, and answer me…. 9Hide not thy face far from me; put not thy servant away in anger: thou hast been my help; leave me not, neither forsake me, O God of my salvation.“(Psalm 27: 7, 9)
God spoke to Israel who sinned through the prophet Isaiah:
”  1Behold, the Lord’s hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear: But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.# (Isa. 59: 1-2)
God does not forsake His people and His children, but when they are  in sin, His presence shall leave from them putting them  in the darkness. The Apostle John testified that God’s children should continue to dwell in the light:
” If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us. “(1 John 1: 6-10).
King David asked the LORD to teach the way of Him.  He knew only the word of the LORD led him in the straight path . He praised the Word of God, confessing, ” Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. ” (Psalm 119: 105).
Apostle Paul also confessed in his suffering  that he firmly believed in the goodness of God not to be  discouraged and weakened. He did not doubt God’s goodness toward Him. Apostle Paul, the apostle of God, said of God’s goodness to God’s children, even in extreme suffering, ” 28And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.“(Romans 8: 28-29).
The devil, knowing the will of God to make the children of Israel and the children of God holy by the word of God, and to fill them in  heavens and the earth, is still attacking them not to lose the earth uniting with New World Order sponsored by Roman Church. However God will accomplish His good will, and be glorified through all things. But against the will of God, for thousands of years, the devil, who persecutes the people of God and the church of God, will be thrown into the eternal fire, and the good will of God will be fulfilled.
God can sometimes allows the Devil to temp His servants to sanctify their whole spirit, soul and body.   As the  examples, God allowed the Devil to put his thorn into them giving them tremendous suffering. But in the end,   God was honored in the presence of Satan, who accused Job and Apostle Paul.
Apostle James testified of the suffering prophets and Job:
” Take, my brethren, the prophets, who have spoken in the name of the Lord, for an example of suffering affliction, and of patience. Behold, we count them happy which endure. Ye have heard of the patience of Job, and have seen the end of the Lord; that the Lord is very pitiful, and of tender mercy. “(James 5: 10-11)
Apostle Paul also glorified God by rejoicing for Christ in the midst of the affliction, insults, poverty, persecution, and distress he had suffered in the attack of Satan, and he praised the Lord for his strength in his weaknesses. He also boasted of his weakness, praising Christ Jesus before Satan, witnessing that he was strengthened by the power of Christ when he was weak.
The Holy Spirit made witness to King David through the secret to the victory of God’s people in suffering:
” Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord. (Psalm 27:14)
 Amen! Hallelujah!
