The Word of God: The Holy Spirit has been reproving the world to comfort them for past 2,000 years
Four days passed by after the death of Lazarus, Jesus appeared to Martha, saying, “I am the resurrection and life, and he who believes in him shall live even if he dies, and he who believes before he dies shall not die forever. He also said, ” if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God?” (John 11: 25-26). After hearing her confession, Lazarus immediately walked out of the tomb when Jesus called out loudly, “Lazarus!”
God regards a thousand years as one day. Until God sent his only begotten Son to the world, all men in the world had lived in sin, death, and curse without any hope for four thousand years since Adam lived, as Lazarus was in the grave being rotten four days. all the world after Adam had rotten in the grave for four days. God had waited for four thousand years and finally appeared as the Resurrection and the LIFE to save those who were groaning in the midst of death.
He died on the cross to take away the sin of the world, and he rose again on the third day, and ascended and sent the Holy Spirit as the comforter in his own name. Jesus spoke beforehand that the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Truth, and the Comforter, will reprove the world when it appears in the world. Since then, for the past 2,000 years, the Holy Spirit has been reproving and comforting the world.
The Holy Spirit is reproving the world to correct the thoughts of man because they not have understanding the will of God.. In other word, it is a word of rebuking toward the world because this world had been without hope in the midst of sin, death and curses for 4,000 years since Adam handed this world over to the devil. There is also a message that those who hear and understand the rebuke of the Holy Spirit and believe in Jesus Christ shall realize God’s grace and receive eternal comfort. However, those who do not believe in the words of this reproving shall deny God’s comfort and receive eternal judgment.
The Holy Spirit is reproving of sin saying, ” Of sin, because they believe not on me;” Before Jesus died for the sin of the world and rose again, everyone was in the state of misery so that they cannot come to the glory of God, because of their sins. Until Jesus appeared to save the world, no one could see the glory of God living more on misery than beasts. But after Jesus took away all the sins of the world on his own body and died, only sin is not to believe in him. In other words, if we believe in Jesus Christ in all the heart, we can be forgiven of all sins, and receive life, and reach the glory of God;
The Apostle Paul testified of this amazing thing:
” Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)
6And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:
7That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus. “(Ephesians 2: 5-7).
Secondly, the Holy Spirit has been reproving of righteousness over the last 2,000 years.
“Of righteousness, I go unto my Father, and ye see me no more.” He said. In other words, It is a rebuke that we cannot ascend to heaven without knowing that we are sinners because we not believe in Jesus. He once again declared himself to be the way, the truth, and the life (John 14: 5).
Apostle Paul also testified of righteousness:
” For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;…. For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. ” (Romans 3:23; 6:23)
Thirdly, the Holy Spirit has been reproving the world of the very important thing saying, ” Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged.
After the first man Adam sinned and handed over the rulership of the world to the devil, we must not forget that the devil has been reigning for six thousand years in the world. However, the Holy Spirit says that after Jesus Christ died for our sins and was buried, he dumped all our sins into the hell , and rose again, God sentenced the devil the judgment to be cast in to the lake of fire forever asking him the sin that he had reigned the world with the power of sin and death. The judgment has been made to be executed in near future. The devil is still looking to devour like a roaring lion pretending himself as the eternal ruler in the world. but he is already judged by God eternally, and he shall be executed when time comes.
To the devil, the serpent, who brought sin into the Garden of Eden and caused the first man to be fallen, God said he will send forth his only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, as the seed of woman (Israel). God said to the serpent the devil that he shall bruise his heel, but the seed of woman, Christ shall bruise his head.
When Jesus Christ died and resurrected, God had already made a decision to bruise the head of the serpent. The Holy Spirit is reproving the world not to follow the devil seeking the lust of the flesh and the lust of the eyes and the pride of life, but to follow the Lord Jesus Christ that will judge the world, and execute the devil in the lake of fire.. .
Apostle John made a testimony to the execution of the death penalty of the ruler of the world that deceive the world after the millennium kingdom by the Christ:
” And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.” (Rev. 20:10)
God has already planned to send Christ before the foundation of the world to destroy the first sinner, the Lucifer in the heavens, and to restore the earth that is destroyed by him. During the last 2,000 years, God came back as the last Adam, and judged the devil and all the people who followed him, and planned to restore Eden in the earth. As the last Adam, the Lord Jesus Christ, for the last 2,000 years, when he has been doing this ministry, he has been making his helping spouse like Eve ,and made them the members of his church. As Adam said of Eve, “Now it is the bone of my bones, and the flesh of my flesh,” Our Lord Jesus Christ is saying to the members in the church of God as his bone and his flesh as Adam said to Eve. (Ephesians 5:30).
In writing to the Saints in the Church of Ephesus, Apostle Paul testified that the Lord is the head of the church and that in the future his church shall be the helping hand in filling all things in all:
” And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church,
23Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all. “(Ephesians 1: 22-23)
