너를 축복하는 자들에게 내가 복을 주고 너를 저주하는 자를 저주하리라.
네 안에서 땅의 모든 족속들이 복을 받을 것이라." 하셨더라. (창 12:3)

Meditation of the Week: Psalm 91:1-16
Text: Song of Solomon 7:1
Sermon Title: Is your feet in the shoes of the gospel of peace?
Christians who have received the Holy Ghost through knowing God  the Father, who is the only true God, and Jesus Christ sent by him are the  children of God as well as the bride of  Christ, the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. They are also his daughters of the only ruler in heaven and on earth.
Solomon praised her, saying how beautiful the feet of the Shulamite woman wearing shoes. Our Lord Jesus Christ also praises Christians who preach the gospel wearing the shoes of the gospel of peace.
The shoes people wear are for going somewhere. The Lord is not interested in just beautiful the feet of Christians, but even if they are in bad shape as rough, ugly, and feet with fungus Lord praise their feet shoes spreading the gospel of Christ of peace reconciling sinners with God through the blood of Christ.  The feet of  Christian who wears this shoes are more beautiful than anything else in the world.
Once upon a time, Enoch walked with God for three hundred years and was taken to heaven without seeing death. It was at the age of sixty-five that he believed in God and walked with God. Apparently he wore shoes to lead people to God at that time.
God knew that Noah was the only one who found grace in God’s eyes at that time, so the LORD God called him to build the ark for 120 years. While building the ark, he did not stop preaching the word of God of righteousness, always wearing shoes in spite of all kinds of ridicule persecution while preaching the word. Apostle Peter testified that he was a preacher of righteousness:
“And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;” (2 Peter 2:5).
Prophet Isaiah also testified of how blessed the feet of those who preach the gospel  are:
“How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth! ” (Isaiah 52:7).
The prophecy prophesied by prophet Isaiah says that when the Lord Jesus Christ becomes King of Kings and Lord of Lords in Zion reigning in the future, the feet of those who preach all the people saying that He is the Prince of Peace reigning over the whole earth are beautiful. .
The psalmists also prophesied of the Lord Jesus Christ ruling in Christ’s millennial kingdom:
” All the ends of the world shall remember and turn unto the LORD: and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee.
28 For the kingdom is the LORD’S: and he is the governor among the nations.
….. Say among the heathen that the LORD reigneth: the world also shall be established that it shall not be moved: he shall judge the people righteously.” (Psalm 22:27-28; 96:10).
Even in the present age of grace, Apostle Paul testified that the feet that preach the gospel of peace are beautiful:
“... as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things! (Romans 10:15).
As Christians prepare the shoes of the gospel of peace on their feet, they must put on the full armor of God for spiritual warfare. Apostle Paul testified of this:
” Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.” (Ephesians 6:10-13).
The full armor of God is a spiritual armor that is fully armed from head to toe. Apostle Paul compared it to the armor worn by Roman soldiers at that time. He witnessed in detail even the order of putting on the armor. If a soldier going into battle doesn’t wear shoes, no matter how good the armor he’s put on, he’ll never go out further and die.
He testified that the first armor to be worn is the loin made of truth. We must first arm ourselves with the truth, not lies. In other words, we must be armed with God’s word of truth and live a life without lies before God.
The second thing to wear is the breastplate of righteousness. In order to fight with the devil, we must always clean our hearts with the blood of Christ and by the water of the Word of God. Otherwise, we will be accused by the devil making our spiritual power weakened.
After putting on these two pieces of armor, we have to put on shoes for preaching the gospel of peace in order to fight with the devil. Because of this, now we have to defend ourselves with the shield of faith in order to be able to put out the fiery arrows fired by the devil.
From now on, with the certainty that we have been saved by the grace of the Lord, wear the helmet of salvation on our head and boldly testify of the salvation we have received. We have to win the souls that are trapped in the hands of the devil attacking his fortress.
Also, the most important thing is to keep awake and pray in the Spirit so that other saints can win together to the end without stumbling in the spiritual battle. Apostle Paul asked the saints to pray for him ambassador in bonds in prison for the gospel so that utterance may  be giving unto him, that he may open his mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel.
Solomon also praised the joints of the Sulamite woman’s thighs as jewels crafted by the hand of a sophisticated craftsman. That’s right. Christians who put on the shoes of the gospel and go to spiritual battles field must also have strong and beautiful spiritual thighs to stay strong for a long time. Apostle John, who foretold in the Holy Ghost the appearance of the Lord Jesus Christ, who came down to opening the gate of   heaven and judge the world, testified:
” And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, LORD OF LORDS.” (Revelation 19:16).
Apostle Paul confessed that he first put on the full armor of God and ran perfectly on the way  to which he would run, keeping his faith, victorious in spiritual battles:
“Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,
14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
….. For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. 7 I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: 8 Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.” (Philippians 3:13-14; 2 Timothy 4:6-8).
The Bible says that Enoch had this evidence that he pleased God before he was taken to heaven (Hebrews 11:3), so that we can all put on the shoes of peace and win  souls over the devil in spiritual battle to please God. We must move forward with the hope of receiving the blessing of being raptured and translated to heaven without seeing death like Enoch. Amen! Hallelujah!
